The first oil outlet 74 and the second oil outlet 75 are overlapped with each other relative to the filter container, that is, the first oil outlet 74 (the second oil outlet 75) is communicated with the oil outlet pipeline 2 and the recovery pipeline 3, the first oil outlet 74 is provided with a first filter screen 12 (the second filter screen arranged at the second oil outlet 75 is the first filter screen 12 because the second oil outlet 75 is overlapped with the first oil outlet 74), the first filter screen 12 is in a cylindrical shape with an upper opening, the upper edge of the cylindrical shape is outwards turned over and provided with a limiting hole, a limiting column is arranged at a corresponding position of the inner side wall of the filter container, so that the first filter screen 12 is arranged at the first oil outlet 74, when the filter screen 11 is damaged, the first filter screen 11 can play a role in filtering, and food debris in the oil frying oil is prevented from being mixed into the production oil or the recovery container 9. The first filter 12 may also perform a supplementary filtering function when the filter 11 is normally operated.
Because of filter vessel and the oil storage tank and the frying jar in the fried production are linked together, therefore the gas temperature that the inside contains is higher, even fry under vacuum condition, the fried oil temperature that flows through filter vessel is also about 90 degrees centigrade, and it is known in general that high-temperature gas is great to the damage of vacuum pump 8, can reduce vacuum pump 8's life, consequently still is equipped with condenser 13 on the vacuum gas circuit 4, condenser 13 is connected with the cold source. The cold source is compressor 14, and compressor 14's gas outlet and air inlet communicate with condenser 13 respectively, vacuum gas circuit 4 is spiral equidistant distribution in condenser 13, and still is equipped with outlet valve 15 on the condenser 13, can in time discharge the comdenstion water in the condenser 13.
In addition, the pressure gauge is arranged on the air inlet pipeline 5 between the second valve 711 and the second vent 71 and used for monitoring the pressure in the filtering container in real time and preventing production faults. The first valve 721, the second valve 711, the third valve 741, the fourth valve 751 and the fifth valve 731 are all pneumatic ball valves, which is beneficial to automatic control.
The side wall of the container body 7 is provided with an opening, the cover body 6 is used for covering the opening on the side wall of the container body 7, one side of the cover body 6 is connected with the side wall pin of the container body 7, a sealing gasket is sleeved at the contact position of the container body 7 and the cover body 6, the container further comprises a locking device 16, the locking device 16 is used for locking the cover body 6 and the container body 7, the locking device 16 comprises a convex block, a clamping plate and a limiting block, the convex block is welded on the outer side wall of the container body 7, the limiting block is welded with the outer side face of the cover body 6, one end of the clamping plate is rotatably connected with the convex block, a limiting groove for accommodating the clamping plate is arranged on the limiting block, and the other.
The working principle is as follows: in the frying process, the first vent hole 73, the second vent hole 71 and the second oil outlet 75 are closed, and the frying oil in the oil storage tank flows into the filtering container through the first oil inlet 72 in the frying process, flows through the filter screen 11 and then flows out from the first oil outlet 74, so that the frying oil is continuously filtered circularly, the whole production process is ensured to be carried out smoothly, and the higher clarity of the frying oil is kept;
in the process of recovering the oil attached to the filtered food scraps, the first oil inlet 72 and the first oil outlet 74 are closed, the first vent 73 is opened, the filtering container is in a negative pressure state under the action of the vacuum pump 8, then the second vent 71 and the second oil outlet 75 are opened, and the frying oil attached to the food scraps instantaneously breaks away from the food scraps and is gathered at the bottom of the filtering container under the action of pressure difference, and flows into the recovering container 9 through the second oil outlet 75 and the recovering pipeline 3. When the food scraps accumulated in the filter screen 11 are to be removed, the locking device 16 is released, the cover 6 on the container body 7 is opened, the filter screen 11 is manually taken out and the food scraps thereon are shaken off, and simultaneously, the first filter screen 12 or the second filter screen can be manually taken out and the food scraps thereon are shaken off.

A filtering device for frying equipment comprises a filtering container, a filtering device arranged in the filtering container, an oil inlet pipeline (1), an oil outlet pipeline (2), a recovery pipeline (3), an air inlet pipeline (5), a vacuum air circuit (4) and a recovery container (9), wherein the filtering container comprises a cover body (6) and a container body (7) capable of being covered with the cover body (6), the filtering device is characterized in that a second vent (71) communicated with the air inlet pipeline (5) is formed in the upper portion of the filtering container, a second valve (711) is arranged on the air inlet pipeline (5), a first oil inlet (72) communicated with the oil inlet pipeline (1) is formed in the upper portion of the filtering container, a first valve (721) is arranged on the oil inlet pipeline (1), the filtering device also comprises a vacuum pump (8), a first vent (73) connected with the vacuum air circuit (4) is formed in the upper portion of the filtering container, the other end of vacuum gas circuit (4) and the access connection of vacuum pump (8), just be equipped with fifth valve (731) on vacuum gas circuit (4), the below of filtering the container is equipped with first oil-out (74) of being connected with play oil pipe way (2), just be equipped with third valve (741) on play oil pipe way (2), the below of filtering the container is equipped with second oil-out (75) of being connected with recovery pipeline (3), still includes recovery container (9), recovery pipeline (3) other end and recovery container (9) inner chamber are connected, just be equipped with fourth valve (751) on recovery pipeline (3), filter equipment includes filter screen (11), and treats that the filter oil flows through first oil inlet (72) and filter equipment in proper order and flows out by first oil-out (74) or second oil-out (75).

The filtering device for the frying equipment according to claim 1, further comprising a filtering rack (10), wherein the filtering rack (10) is detachably connected with the inner side wall of the filtering container, the filtering net (11) is detachably sleeved on the filtering rack (10), and the outer side wall of the filtering net (11) is attached to the inner side wall of the filtering rack (10).
3. A filtering device for a frying apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the material of the filter net (11) is nylon or food grade stainless steel.
4. A filtering device for a frying apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mesh number of the sieve (11) is 40-60.

The filtration device for a frying apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said filtration container is provided with an eyepiece on a lower side wall thereof, said eyepiece having an elliptical shape, and the axis of the elliptical shape in the height direction of the filtration container is the major axis.
6. A filtering device for a frying apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a first sieve (12) and a second sieve, said first sieve (12) being detachably arranged at the first oil outlet (74) and said second sieve being detachably arranged at the second oil outlet (75).
7. A filtering device for a frying apparatus according to claim 3, characterized in that a condenser (13) is arranged on the vacuum gas circuit (4), and the condenser (13) is connected to a cold source.
8. The filtering device for the frying apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the cold source is a compressor (14), the vacuum gas circuit (4) is spirally and equidistantly distributed in the condenser (13), and the condenser (13) is further provided with a water outlet valve (15).

A filtering device for a frying apparatus according to claim 8, characterized in that the side wall of the container body (7) is provided with an opening, the cover (6) is adapted to cover the opening of the container body (7), and further comprising a locking device (16), the locking device (16) locking the cover (6) and the container body (7).

The filtering device for the frying apparatus according to claim 8, further comprising a pressure gauge, wherein the pressure gauge is disposed on the air inlet pipeline (5) between the second valve (711) and the second vent (71), the first valve (721), the second valve (711), the third valve (741), the fourth valve (751) and the fifth valve (732) are all pneumatic ball valves, the container body (7) is in a cylindrical shape with an upper opening, the cover (6) is used for covering the upper opening of the container body (7), the cover (6) is rotatably connected with the top of the container body (7), a sealing gasket is sleeved on the container body (7), and further comprising a locking device (16), wherein the locking device (16) locks the cover (6) and the container body (7).
