Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent dimming LED driving power supply which comprises a motherboard circuit and an embedded system circuit, wherein the motherboard circuit comprises a pin header 2, a rectifier BD1, a transformer T1, a constant voltage driving chip IC1, a pin header 3, a driving controller IC2 and a pin header 1, the embedded system circuit comprises a main control chip U1, a photoelectric coupler U3 and a chip U2, and the input end of the rectifier BD1 is connected with the input end of the pin header 2. This intelligence light modulation type LED drive power supply has following advantage: firstly, the color temperature in the dimming process is constant, and the change of the color cannot be caused; secondly, a nonlinear curve light modulation suitable for human eye characteristics is provided by a single chip microcomputer embedded system according to human eye characteristics, and natural transition is achieved; and thirdly, linear optocouplers are used for isolation, so that the load of a control signal of each power supply is reduced to 5 milliamperes, and one-to-many centralized control and safety isolation are realized.

Background
In the prior art, a Direct Current (DC) 0-10V voltage is used as a control signal of an LED driving power supply, and the output current is linearly regulated in proportion according to the control voltage of 0-10, so that the following defects can occur due to the technical limitation: 1, the dimming process can cause a severe color temperature shift, and the transition from dark to bright can be perceived by the human eye as "yellow" to "white". 2, the brightness change of the light of human eyes is a nonlinear characteristic, so that a linearly changed current is not suitable for the actual feeling of human eyes, and the comfort level is greatly reduced. 3, because the load current is relatively large, the prior art is difficult to realize that one controller can control a plurality of power supplies in a centralized way.

The intelligent dimming LED driving power supply adopts a two-stage power supply structure, namely a first-stage power supply formed by connecting a pin arrangement TER2, a rectifier BD1, a transformer T1 and a constant voltage driver IC1, a second-stage power supply formed by connecting a pin arrangement TER3, a driving controller IC2 and a pin arrangement TER1, wherein the first-stage power supply provides a constant voltage power supply with PFC (power factor correction), the first-stage power supply supplies power for a main control chip U1 of an embedded system circuit and supplies power for the second-stage power supply, and the second-stage power supply precisely controls the output average current according to a control signal provided by the main control chip U1; the main control chip U1 is a 0-10V control circuit board, and carries out photoelectric isolation on 0-10V control signals through a photoelectric coupler U3, the main control chip U1 carries out quantitative sampling on the control signals, and carries out operation on the control signals to obtain the percentage of nonlinear dimming, outputs 10-bit pulse width modulation signals to a secondary power supply chip, isolates and digitalizes the 0-10V control signals, and uses an embedded system circuit to provide a set of nonlinear control signals suitable for human eyes.
