All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The intelligent home is characterized in that a home is used as a platform, facilities related to home life are integrated by utilizing a comprehensive wiring technology, a network communication technology, a safety precaution technology, an automatic control technology and a multimedia information technology, an efficient management system of home facilities and family schedule affairs is constructed, home safety, convenience, comfortableness and artistry are improved, and an environment-friendly and energy-saving living environment is realized.
At present, an intelligent household control panel in an intelligent household system can be connected with a plurality of intelligent household devices, the intelligent household devices are networked through a gateway in the intelligent household control panel, and each intelligent household device can download an upgrade package through the gateway, so that the version of an application program contained in the intelligent household device is upgraded. When the number of the intelligent home devices connected with one intelligent home control panel is too large, the intelligent home devices download data through the network, and the problems of network congestion, low data downloading speed, poor user experience and the like can occur.
In order to solve the above problems, the inventors have long studied and proposed a network management method for a smart home control panel and a smart home control panel in the embodiments of the present application. The method comprises the steps that whether state data of the household equipment are acquired or not is determined according to the current network state, when the target network is in an idle state, the control panel can acquire the current state data of the household equipment in communication connection with the control panel, the target data of the household equipment are acquired by the server through the target network under the condition that the current state data of the household equipment meet preset conditions, and finally the target data are sent to the household equipment.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for network management of an intelligent home control panel according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the intelligent home control panel is connected to a server through a target network, and the method includes steps S110 to S130.
Step S110: it is determined whether the target network is currently in an idle state.
In the embodiment of the application, the smart home system may include a plurality of control panels, each control panel is connected to at least one home device, and the home devices are connected to the server through the control panels, that is, the home devices upload, download or update data through the control panels. The target network may be an overall network between a plurality of control panels and a server, wherein the server may be a network access server, a database server, a cloud server, or the like.
In other embodiments, the target network may be a network between a target control panel and a server, that is, when the smart home system includes a plurality of control panels, the method may respectively determine whether each of the control panels meets a preset condition, and if the preset condition is met, the control panel is used as the target control panel. The control panels are respectively in communication connection with the server, the server can receive the work records of each control panel, the first data flow of each control panel in a preset time period can be obtained according to the work records, and when the first data flow is larger than the preset flow, the first data flow is used as a target control panel.
In addition, the method and the device can acquire the data such as the name, the use frequency and the use times of the household equipment connected with each control panel, and can determine the target control panel by comprehensively analyzing the data. For example, the smart home system includes a control panel a and a control panel B, home devices connected to the control panel a include a television, an air conditioner, a floor sweeping robot, and the like, home devices connected to the control panel B include a smoke sensor, smart gloves, and the like, and by analyzing historical data of the control panel a and the control panel B, it can be determined that the priority of the control panel a is higher than that of the control panel B, and the usage frequency of the home devices corresponding to the control panel a is higher, so that the control panel a can be used as a target control panel.
In an embodiment, the idle state refers to when the network bandwidth utilization rate is low, and it may use a balance quantity such as a network data traffic size, an unused bandwidth ratio, a data packet loss ratio of the network, and the like, which may be set according to an actual need. Referring to fig. 2, as an alternative, step S110 may include steps S111 to S112.
Step S111: and judging whether the current flow of the target network is smaller than the preset flow.
As one mode, the present application may determine whether the target network is idle through the current data traffic of the target network, and when the current traffic of the target network is smaller than the preset traffic, it may determine that the target network is currently in an idle state, that is, step S112 is performed. And when the current flow of the target network is greater than or equal to the preset flow, indicating that the target network is not in an idle state currently. The preset flow rate may be set as needed or according to an empirical value, and this embodiment is not limited.
Step S112: and if the current flow of the target network is smaller than the preset flow, judging that the target network is in an idle state currently.
In some embodiments, if the current traffic of the target network is less than the preset traffic, the current time is obtained, and it is determined whether the current time is the preset time, and if the current time is the preset time, it is determined that the target network is currently in an idle network. The preset time may be a time period or a time point, and this embodiment is not limited. For example, the traffic of the 00:00 night target network is 520kb, the preset traffic is 512kb, obviously, the traffic is smaller than the preset traffic, the preset time period is 23:00 to 4:00, and the current time point is obviously the preset time, so that the target network can be determined to be in the idle state currently.
As one mode, the control panel may determine whether the current time is a preset time, and if the current time is the preset time, obtain the current traffic of the target network, and determine whether the traffic is smaller than the preset traffic, and if the current traffic is smaller than the preset traffic, indicate that the target network is currently in an idle state. In addition, after the current flow of the target network is judged to be smaller than the preset flow, the duration that the flow of the target network is smaller than the preset flow can be obtained, when the duration is longer than the preset duration, the target network can be judged to be in the idle state currently, and specifically, how to judge whether the target network is in the idle state currently is not specifically limited, and the target network can be selected according to actual conditions.
Step S120: and if the target network is in an idle state at present, acquiring the current state data of the household equipment in communication connection with the control panel.
In the embodiment of the application, when it is determined that the target network is currently in the idle state, the control panel may obtain state data of the home equipment connected to the control panel, where the state data of the home equipment may include historical usage data of the home equipment, version information of an application program in the home equipment, an equipment name or an equipment parameter of the home equipment, and the like. The historical usage data of the home devices may include usage time, usage times, usage duration, browsing records, and the like of the home devices, and the browsing records may include browsing website records, multimedia information watching records, or multimedia information downloading records, and the like.
Step S130: and under the condition that the current state data of the household equipment meets the preset conditions, acquiring target data of the household equipment by using a target network through a server, and sending the target data to the household equipment.
According to the introduction, the current state data of the household equipment comprises the version information of the application program, after the control panel obtains the version information of the application program on the household equipment, whether the version information of the application program on the household equipment meets the preset condition or not can be determined, and if the preset condition is met, the target data of the household equipment is obtained by the server through the target network. Specifically, the control panel may determine whether version information of an application program on the home equipment is latest version information, and if the version information of the application program is not the latest version information, the control panel downloads update data corresponding to the latest version information from the server by using the target network, and then sends the update data corresponding to the downloaded version information to the home equipment, where the update data correspond to the home equipment. And if the version information of the application program is the latest version information, acquiring historical use data of the household equipment, and determining whether to update data through the target network according to the historical use data.
It should be noted that, if the current state data of a plurality of home devices all satisfy the preset condition, the control panel may first obtain the priority of the home devices satisfying the condition, and then obtain the target data of the home devices according to the priority, that is, the higher the priority of the home devices is, the earlier the corresponding target data may be obtained. For example, when the control panel detects that the version information of the application programs on the air-conditioning and sweeping robots are not the latest version information, which priority is higher for the air-conditioning and sweeping robots can be determined, if the priority of the air-conditioning is higher than the priority of the sweeping robot, the update data corresponding to the latest version information of the air-conditioning is downloaded from the server by using the target network, and then the latest version information of the sweeping robot is downloaded from the server by using the target network.
In addition, when it is determined that the current state data of the plurality of home devices meet the preset condition, the control panel may first obtain a network bandwidth required by each home device meeting the condition, obtain a total network bandwidth according to the network bandwidth required by each home device, determine whether the total network bandwidth is less than or equal to a target network bandwidth, and if the total network bandwidth is less than or equal to the target network bandwidth, obtain the target data of each home device by the server using the target network.
According to the network management method of the intelligent home control panel, whether state data of home equipment is acquired or not is determined according to the current network state, when a target network is in an idle state, the control panel can acquire the current state data of the home equipment in communication connection with the control panel, and under the condition that the current state data of the home equipment meets preset conditions, the target network is utilized to acquire the target data of the home equipment through a server, and then the target data are sent to the home equipment. In addition, the method and the device determine whether the target network is idle in different modes, and can improve the accuracy of data acquisition of the household equipment to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for network management of an intelligent home control panel according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, in which the intelligent home control panel is connected to a server via a target network, and the method includes steps S210 to S250.
Step S210: it is determined whether the target network is currently in an idle state.
Step S220: and if the target network is in an idle state at present, acquiring the current state data of the household equipment in communication connection with the control panel.
In the embodiment of the present application, steps S210 to S220 may refer to the contents of the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Step S230: it is determined whether a play record of the multimedia information is included in the historical usage data, the play record of the multimedia information including an identification of the first multimedia information.
As can be known from the above description, the historical usage data may include usage time, usage times, usage duration of the application program on the home device, records of browsing websites, records of playing multimedia information, or records of downloading multimedia information, etc. After the control panel acquires the historical usage data of the home equipment, it may be determined whether the historical usage data includes a play record of multimedia information, where the play record of the multimedia information includes an identifier of first multimedia information, and if the historical usage data includes the play record of the multimedia information, it is determined whether second multimedia information related to the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, that is, step S240 is performed. The multimedia information may be at least one of video and voice, that is, the control panel may determine whether the historical usage data includes a video play record, may also determine whether the historical usage data includes a voice play record, or may determine whether the historical usage data includes a video play record, a voice play record, or the like, and which of the multimedia information is specifically referred to is not specifically limited herein and may be selected according to actual situations.
By one approach, if the playing record of the multimedia information is not contained in the historical use data, whether the version information of the application program is the latest version information is determined, and if the version information of the application program is not the latest version information, the update data corresponding to the latest version information is downloaded from the server by using the target network. According to the embodiment of the application, the historical use data can be acquired firstly, the version information of the application program can also be acquired firstly, or the historical use data and the version information of the application program can be acquired simultaneously under the condition of sufficient network bandwidth, subsequent judgment is carried out, and specific data is acquired firstly without clear limitation.
As a mode, the playing record of the multimedia information may be data uploaded or downloaded by home devices such as a mobile phone, a television, or a computer, and the home devices have the capability of playing the multimedia information, and a user can view the multimedia information through the home devices. In the embodiment of the present application, the playing record of the multimedia information refers to the playing record of the multimedia information within a preset time period, and if the playing record of the multimedia information exceeds the preset time period, the playing record of the multimedia information is not taken as the playing record of the multimedia information. For example, the user watched video a on the television a month ago, and the preset time period was a week, at which time the video a watched a month ago cannot be taken as the video watching record described in the present application.
As one mode, the play record of the multimedia information may include an identifier of the first multimedia information, where the identifier of the first multimedia information may be a name of the multimedia information, and in this embodiment, the play record of the multimedia information may include a plurality of identifiers of the first multimedia information, and each identifier of the first multimedia information may further include a plurality of episode identifiers and access progress identifiers corresponding to the episode identifiers. The episode identification refers to identification of an updated episode and does not contain identification of an unrefreshed episode, the access progress identification refers to a playing progress corresponding to the updated episode, and the episode identification and the access progress identification are stored in a one-to-one correspondence mode. For example, the play record of the multimedia information includes a television play with a video name of "XXXX", the corresponding episode identifications are a first episode, a second episode and a third episode, respectively, the access progress identification corresponding to the first episode is 95%, the access progress identification corresponding to the second episode is 92%, and the access progress identification corresponding to the third episode is 30%.
Step S240: if the history data includes a play record of the multimedia information, determining whether the server has second multimedia information associated with the identification of the first multimedia information.
As one way, if the control panel determines that the history data includes the play record of the multimedia information, it determines whether the server has second multimedia information related to the identifier of the first multimedia information, and if the server has the second multimedia information related to the identifier of the first multimedia information, the control panel controls the home device to cache the second multimedia information by using the target network, that is, the control panel proceeds to step S250. Specifically, the control panel firstly obtains an identifier of first multimedia information according to the playing record of the multimedia information, then searches whether an identifier matched with the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, and if the identifier matched with the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, the multimedia information corresponding to the identifier is used as second multimedia information, namely, the existence of the second multimedia information related to the identifier of the first multimedia information on the server is judged. The identification of the second multimedia information is matched with the identification of the first multimedia information, and the difference between the identification of the episode of the second multimedia information and the identification of the episode of the first multimedia information is different. For example, the play record of the multimedia information includes a television episode with a "XXXX" identifier of the first multimedia information, and episode identifiers corresponding to the television episode identifiers are a first episode, a second episode, and a third episode, respectively, the control panel finds that the server has multimedia information with the "XXXX" identifier by searching, and episode identifiers corresponding to the multimedia information are a fourth episode and a fifth episode, and at this time, the fourth episode and the fifth episode are the second multimedia information.
In an embodiment, when the identifier of the first multimedia information includes a plurality of episode identifiers, the control panel may obtain the number of the episode identifiers, and determine whether the number of the episode identifiers is greater than a preset number, if the number of the episode identifiers is greater than the preset number, it indicates that the user is interested in the first multimedia information corresponding to the episode identifier, and at this time, the control panel may control the home equipment to pre-cache the episode identifier related to the identifier of the first multimedia information, that is, enter step S250.
In another embodiment, when the identifier of the first multimedia information includes a plurality of episode identifiers, and the number of the episode identifiers is greater than the preset number, the control panel may determine whether the plurality of episode identifiers are consecutive, if the plurality of episode identifiers are consecutive, it indicates that the user is interested in the multimedia information corresponding to the episode identifier, and at this time, the control panel may control the home equipment to pre-cache the episode identifier related to the identifier of the first multimedia information, that is, enter step S250.
Step S250: and if second multimedia information related to the identification of the first multimedia information exists on the server, the home equipment is controlled by using the target network to cache the second multimedia information.
In the embodiment of the application, the identifier of the second multimedia information is the same as the identifier of the first multimedia information, when the control panel determines whether the server has the second multimedia information related to the identifier of the first multimedia information, it mainly determines whether a target identifier matching the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, and if the target identifier matching the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, the multimedia information corresponding to the target identifier is used as the second multimedia information, wherein the target identifier may include a plurality of episode identifiers.
Referring to fig. 4, as an alternative, step S250 may include steps S251 to S252.
Step S251: and determining whether a target multimedia information set corresponding to the identification of the first multimedia information exists in the server.
In some embodiments, after acquiring the identifier of the first multimedia information, the control panel may determine whether a target multimedia information set corresponding to the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, and if the target set corresponding to the identifier of the first multimedia information exists on the server, take multimedia information other than the first multimedia information in the target multimedia information set as second multimedia information, that is, enter step S252. And if the target set corresponding to the identifier of the first multimedia information does not exist on the server, the multimedia information pre-caching operation is not executed. And the identification corresponding to the target multimedia information set is the same as the identification of the first multimedia information.
Step S252: and taking the multimedia information except the first multimedia information in the target multimedia information set as the second multimedia information.
As a manner, the target multimedia information set may include a plurality of multimedia information, each of the multimedia information corresponds to an episode identification, that is, the corresponding episode identifications are different when the multimedia information is different, in this embodiment of the present application, the multimedia information included in the play record of the multimedia information may be referred to as first multimedia information, and the multimedia information that does not exist in the play record of the multimedia information may be referred to as second multimedia information.
In another embodiment, after determining that the server has a target multimedia information set corresponding to the identifier of the first multimedia information, the control panel may determine whether the first multimedia information in the target multimedia information set includes a plurality of episode identifiers, determine whether the episode identifiers are consecutive if the first multimedia information includes the plurality of episode identifiers, and take multimedia information other than the first multimedia information in the target multimedia information set as the second multimedia information if the plurality of episode identifiers are consecutive. And if the plurality of episode identifications are discontinuous, sequencing the plurality of episode identifications from small to large, taking the largest episode identification as a candidate episode identification, and taking the multimedia information after the candidate episode identification as second multimedia information. For example, the second, fourth and eighth episodes of the tv series "yyyy" are included in the play record of the multimedia information, and the ninth to fifteenth episodes of "yyyy" are found to exist on the server through detection, at this time, because the second, fourth and eighth episodes are not continuous, only the video after the eighth episode is needed to be downloaded, but the video before the eighth episode is not needed to be downloaded, mainly because the user may already watch the relevant video on other devices, so that the relevant video is not needed to be downloaded. In the process, the control panel can judge whether a plurality of home devices have a record of login of the same account number, if yes, the account number is used as a target account number, a historical play record of a user is obtained according to the target account number, then a multimedia information caching operation is executed based on the historical play record, and specific how to cache is not specifically limited.
Referring to fig. 5, as one way, the embodiment of the present application may further include steps S260 to S270.
Step S260: it is determined whether the second multimedia information is played within a preset time period.
As a mode, after the control panel controls the home device to cache the second multimedia information by using the target network, it may be determined whether the second multimedia information is played within a preset time period, and if the second multimedia information is played within the preset time period, the second multimedia information is kept unchanged. If the second multimedia information is not played within the preset time period, it indicates that the user is not interested in the multimedia information, and in order to avoid occupying the memory and reducing the user experience, the second multimedia information may be deleted, that is, the process proceeds to step S270. In other embodiments, if the second multimedia information is played within a preset time period, the access progress indicator of the multimedia information is obtained, if the access progress indicator is greater than the progress threshold, the second multimedia information is deleted, if the access progress indicator is less than or equal to the progress threshold, it indicates that the playing of the multimedia information may not be completed, and at this time, the second multimedia information is not deleted.
Step S270: and if the second multimedia information is not played within the preset time period, deleting the second multimedia information.
According to the network management method of the intelligent home control panel, whether the state data of the home equipment is acquired or not is determined according to the current network state, when the target network is in the idle state, the control panel can acquire the current state data of the home equipment in communication connection with the control panel, and when the state data comprises the playing record of the multimedia information, the second multimedia information related to the playing record of the multimedia information can be cached.

Step S310: it is determined whether the target network is currently in an idle state.
If the target network is not in the idle state, the current available bandwidth of the target network is obtained, and whether the available bandwidth is smaller than the bandwidth threshold is determined, i.e., the step S340 is performed.
Step S320: and if the target network is in an idle state at present, acquiring the current state data of the household equipment in communication connection with the control panel.
Step S330: and under the condition that the current state data of the household equipment meets the preset conditions, acquiring target data of the household equipment by using a target network through a server, and sending the target data to the household equipment.
In the embodiment of the present application, reference may be made to the contents of the foregoing embodiment in steps S310 to S330, which are not described herein again.
Step S340: and if the target network is not in an idle state currently, acquiring the current available bandwidth of the target network, and judging whether the available bandwidth is smaller than a bandwidth threshold value.
As one mode, the control panel determines that the target network is not currently in an idle state, acquires a current available bandwidth of the target network, then determines whether the available bandwidth is smaller than a bandwidth threshold, and if the available bandwidth of the target network is smaller than the bandwidth threshold, acquires a priority of each piece of home equipment, that is, enters step S350. And if the available bandwidth is larger than the bandwidth threshold, acquiring the target data of each household device by using the target network. The bandwidth threshold may be set as needed or according to an empirical value, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S350: and if the available bandwidth is smaller than the bandwidth threshold, acquiring the priority of each household device.
In this embodiment, the control panel may obtain the priority of each home device connected to the control panel when determining that the current available bandwidth of the target network is smaller than the bandwidth threshold. The priority can be determined according to the number of times of use, the use duration or the quantity and the flow of the household equipment, and the priority can also be set by a user according to actual requirements. For example, if the user thinks that the mobile phone is important, the user may set the priority of the mobile phone to be the highest, and the user may input the priority of the home device through the control panel, or may input the priority of the home device at the terminal device and send the priority to the control panel.
Step S360: and acquiring target data of each household device according to the priority of each household device, and correspondingly sending the target data of the household devices to each household device.
As a mode, after the control panel acquires the priority of each household device, the target data of each household device may be acquired according to the priority of each household device, the higher the priority is, the more priority the acquisition of the target data is, and the lower the priority is, the later the acquisition of the target data is, and after the control panel acquires the target data, the control panel may send the target data to the corresponding household device.
Referring to fig. 7, as an alternative, step S360 may include steps S361 to S363.
Step S361: and sequencing the priority of each household device, and taking the highest priority as the designated priority.
Step S362: and acquiring target data of the household equipment corresponding to the designated priority by using the target network, and determining whether the next priority exists.
In some embodiments, the obtaining, by using the target network, target data of the home device corresponding to the designated priority may include: the method comprises the steps of firstly determining whether an appointed priority corresponds to a plurality of household devices, if the appointed priority comprises the plurality of household devices, obtaining the number of the household devices, dividing a target network according to the number of the household devices to obtain a plurality of target sub-networks, and then simultaneously obtaining target data of each household device from the network according to the plurality of targets.
Step S363: if so, the next priority is taken as the new assigned priority.
As a mode, when determining that there is a next priority, the control panel may use the next priority as a new designated priority, continue to acquire target data of the home equipment corresponding to the designated priority by using the target network, then determine whether there is the next priority, and if there is no next priority, end the target data acquisition operation.
According to the network management method of the intelligent home control panel, whether state data of home equipment is acquired or not is determined according to the current network state, when a target network is not in an idle state, the control panel can acquire the current available bandwidth of the target network and judge whether the available bandwidth is smaller than a bandwidth threshold or not, if the available bandwidth is smaller than the bandwidth threshold, the priority of each home equipment is acquired, target data of each home equipment is acquired according to the priority of each home equipment, the target data of each home equipment is correspondingly sent to each home equipment, the network management method can distribute corresponding networks to each home equipment while network congestion is avoided, and the use experience of a user can be improved to a certain extent.
