Abstract

The invention discloses a high-accuracy time transfer method based on a hospital time card, which comprises the following steps: obtaining standard time data of a time source through a serial port, and processing the time data based on a network time protocol; updating the time of a local clock of a network time server of the server side according to the standard time data of the time source; receiving a timing request of a client, and sending standard time information to the client. The invention also provides a high-accuracy time transfer device and a high-accuracy time transfer system based on the hospital time plate. The invention ensures uninterrupted time transfer by selecting and setting various time source priorities; after the multipath time transfer device is built, network delay threshold analysis is carried out, a repeatability experiment is carried out, round-trip network delay of at least 10000 time timing requests is counted, the network delay threshold is analyzed, time packets with the network delay exceeding the threshold are discarded, and the time plate retransmits the timing requests, so that the high accuracy of timing is guaranteed.
