a circular arc-shaped water inlet cavity 112 is formed on one side of a bottom plate of the counter bore of the rotor cavity 11, and a circular arc-shaped water outlet cavity 113 is formed on the other side of the bottom plate of the counter bore of the rotor cavity 11;
