The jig of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of limiting components circumferentially disposed along the sidewall of the bottom plate receiving slot, the limiting components being configured to limit a position of a circuit board of an electronic device or a semi-finished component including the circuit board in the receiving slot.

The jig of claim 2, wherein the limiting component comprises an abutting part and a fixing part; the fixing piece is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the bottom plate accommodating groove, one end of the abutting piece is clamped and matched with the fixing piece, and the other end of the abutting piece extends into the accommodating groove so as to support a circuit board of the electronic equipment or a semi-finished product assembly comprising the circuit board, wherein the circuit board is arranged in the accommodating groove.

The jig according to claim 3, wherein the fixing member is provided with a T-shaped groove, the abutting member includes an abutting portion, a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion which are integrally formed, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion extend toward opposite sides of the abutting portion, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion form a T-shaped structure, and a partial structure of the abutting portion and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are clamped in the T-shaped groove of the fixing member.
5. The jig of claim 1, wherein the pressing assembly comprises a connecting member and a pressing head assembly, the connecting member is used for connecting the pressing head assembly to a driving device, so as to drive the pressing head assembly to perform the pressing operation.

The jig of claim 5, wherein the connecting member comprises a press-fit rod, a first connecting member and a second connecting member; one end of the pressing rod is detachably connected with the pressure head assembly, the other end of the pressing rod is fixedly connected with the first connecting piece, the other end of the first connecting piece is connected with the second connecting piece, and the second connecting piece is used for being connected with the driving device.
7. The jig of claim 6, wherein the pressure head assembly further comprises a pressing head and a pressure head connecting block, wherein one end of the pressure head connecting block is provided with a clamping groove, and the pressing head is in clamping fit with the clamping groove; the other end of the pressure head connecting block is detachably connected with the pressing rod.
8. The jig of claim 1, wherein the bottom plate further comprises a guide groove, the guide groove being in communication with the receiving groove.
9. The jig according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate further comprises avoiding grooves formed on opposite sides of the accommodating groove, the avoiding grooves extending through the side walls of the accommodating groove and communicating with the accommodating groove.
