It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (6)

1. A project management method is suitable for a background management software platform and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a project creation request of a user;
creating a first number of items according to item contents corresponding to the item creating request;
receiving a sub-account creation request of a user;
creating a second number of sub-accounts according to the sub-account creation request;
matching the sub-accounts with the second quantity with the items with the first quantity based on a first preset rule to obtain a first matching result;
performing authority operation function division on the sub-accounts of the second number based on a second preset rule according to the first matching result;
the project content comprises project demand information, project feasibility analysis information, project cost and period information;
the creating a first number of items according to the item content corresponding to the item creating request includes:
respectively evaluating and scoring the project demand information, the project feasibility analysis information, the project cost and the period information according to the project content to obtain a first score, a second score and a third score;
calculating a total project score according to the first score, the second score and the third score, and judging whether the total project score is greater than or equal to a preset project score;
when the total item score is judged to be larger than or equal to a preset item score, a first number of items are created according to item contents corresponding to the item creation request;
calculating the total item score according to the first score, the second score and the third score, and judging the total item score, wherein the algorithm is as follows:

3. The project management method of claim 1, wherein the matching the second number of sub-accounts with the first number of projects based on a first preset rule to obtain a first matching result comprises:
acquiring a project plan corresponding to each project in a first number of projects;
and acquiring a first matching result according to the sub-account number required by the project plan distribution.
4. The project management method of claim 3, further comprising: correcting the first matching result to obtain a second matching result; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring participation data and active data of sub accounts distributed by each project in the first matching result;
determining the participation degree score of the sub-account according to the participation data;
determining an activity score of a sub-account according to the activity data;
obtaining the distribution score of the sub-account in a first matching result according to the engagement score and the activity score;
and respectively judging whether the distribution scores of all the sub-accounts are within a preset score range, screening the sub-accounts which are not within the preset score range, and redistributing to obtain a second distribution result.
5. The project management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a monitoring request of a user;
and monitoring the items with the first quantity and the sub-accounts with the second quantity according to the monitoring request.
6. An item management apparatus, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a project creation request of a user;
a first creating module, configured to create a first number of items according to item content corresponding to the item creating request;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a sub-account creating request of a user;
the second creating module is used for creating a second number of sub-accounts according to the sub-account creating request;
the matching module is used for matching the sub-accounts with the second quantity with the items with the first quantity based on a first preset rule to obtain a first matching result;
the function division module is used for dividing the authority operation functions of the sub-accounts with the second number based on a second preset rule according to the first matching result;
the project content comprises project demand information, project feasibility analysis information, project cost and period information;
the first creation module includes:
respectively evaluating and scoring project demand information, project feasibility analysis information, project cost and period information according to the project content to obtain a first score, a second score and a third score;
calculating a total project score according to the first score, the second score and the third score, and judging whether the total project score is greater than or equal to a preset project score;
when the total score of the project is judged to be larger than or equal to the preset project score, a first number of projects are created according to the project content corresponding to the project creation request;
calculating the total item score according to the first score, the second score and the third score, and judging the total item score, wherein the algorithm is as follows:
