Description

Alcohol detector calibrating device and method for displaying current calibration allowable error
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of alcohol detector calibration, in particular to a method for displaying a current calibration allowable error by an alcohol detector calibration device.
Background
The new exhaled gas alcohol content detector (hereinafter referred to as alcohol detector) metrological verification procedure (JJG657-2019) stipulates the indication error requirement of the alcohol detector: first verification: (-0.040-0) mg/L or relative error-10% -0, meet one of them; and (4) subsequent verification: (-0.060-0) mg/L; or the relative error is-15 to 0, and only one of the relative errors is satisfied.
Compared with the old edition verification procedure, the method has three characteristics: one is that it only allows negative deviations and not positive deviations. The error value of the old version verification rule is positive or negative, and the absolute value of the error value is symmetrical; secondly, the method is divided into two requirements according to whether the instrument is firstly detected or subsequently detected, wherein the absolute value of the error in the subsequent detection is 1.5 times of that in the first detection; third, the standard gas concentration value is expressed by absolute error and relative error value, that is, when the standard gas concentration value is low, the standard gas concentration value is expressed by absolute error, and when the standard gas concentration value is high, the standard gas concentration value is expressed by relative error.
JJG657-2019 also stipulates that ethanol standard gas generated by ethanol gas standard substances (hereinafter referred to as primary standard gas) and generation sources (hereinafter referred to as generation devices) in national first-class certified air is used as gas for verification. In order to verify the indication error of the alcohol detector, a corresponding verification device is provided in the market, wherein the chinese patent with the application number of CN201710563165.3 provides a verification device and a verification method for the alcohol detector, in which, a primary standard gas filled in a steel cylinder is placed in a constant temperature box, the temperature of an air outlet is kept constant to the required 34 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃, meanwhile, the current atmospheric pressure is detected, and the corresponding mass concentration is calculated according to the molar concentration on the steel cylinder for practical verification, and the calculation formula can refer to jjjg 657-. For example, at a standard atmospheric pressure of 34 ℃, the mass concentration of a cylinder-filled alcohol standard gas with the molar concentration of 219ppm is 0.400mg/L, if a certifier measures a certain alcohol detector by using the alcohol standard gas, the allowable indication error range is divided into two types, at the first time of detection, if the measurement result of the alcohol detector is between 0.360mg/L and 0.400mg/L, the detector is qualified, and if the measurement result exceeds the range, the detector is unqualified; and in the subsequent detection, if the measurement result of the alcohol detector is between 0.340mg/L and 0.400mg/L, the instrument is qualified, and is unqualified when the measurement result exceeds the range. Because the allowable error is a negative error and is not a common positive or negative error, for each standard alcohol gas concentration, a checker needs to calculate an allowable error range first to judge whether a checked instrument is qualified or unqualified, and because the outlet temperature and the atmospheric pressure change slightly all the time, the calculated allowable error range also changes, the range needs to be calculated every detection, which is not only troublesome, but also easy to make mistakes in manual calculation, and both the checking efficiency and the checking accuracy are not high.
