In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an air conditioning control device provided by the present invention mainly includes: a housing 100, a case 200; the housing 100 is embedded in the case 200; an air conditioner control panel 110 is disposed on the housing 100; the air-conditioning control panel 110 is provided with an infrared emission lamp 120, a calibration key 130, a display panel 140, a timer 150, an on-off key 160 and a switching key 170; a control circuit board 210 is arranged in the box body 200, and a control chip 220, a calibration module 230, a switching module 240, a timing module 250 and a switch module 260 which are connected with the control chip 220 are arranged on the control circuit board 210; the calibration key 130 is connected with the calibration module 230, the timer 150 is connected with the timing module 250, the switch key 160 is connected with the switch module 260, and the switch key 170 is connected with the switch module 240; the infrared emission lamp 120 and the display panel 140 are both connected with the control circuit board 210; a hanging buckle 202 is arranged at the back of the box body 200.

The box 200 may be provided therein with a control circuit board 210, and the control circuit board 210 may be a complete circuit control board for controlling the air conditioner control device provided in this embodiment. The control circuit board 210 may be provided with a control chip 220, and the control chip 220 may be a cpu (central processing unit), an mcu (microcontrollerunit), or a chip such as a single chip microcomputer. The control circuit board 210 may further include a calibration module 230, a switching module 240, a timing module 250, and a switch module 260 connected to the control chip 220. The infrared emission lamp 120 and the display panel 140 are connected to the control circuit board 210. A hanging buckle 202 may be disposed behind the box 200, and the air conditioner control device provided in this embodiment may be fixed by the hanging buckle 202.
In the embodiment, due to the arrangement of the timer 150, the on-off time of the air conditioner in the elevator machine room can be controlled by the timer 150 at regular time, the air conditioner does not need to be manually turned on or turned off, and the cost is saved; a hanging buckle 202 is arranged at the back of the box body 200, and the air conditioner control device can be fixed through the hanging buckle 202.
In one embodiment, the switching module 240 is configured to switch the switch state and send the switched switch state to the control chip 220; the control chip 220 controls the switching state of the switch module 260 according to the switched switching state; the switch state comprises a manual state and an automatic state. Because the switching module 240 corresponds to the switching key 170, a user can switch the switching state by pressing the switching key 170, the switching key 170 is connected to the switching module 240, and after the user presses the switching key 170, the switching module 240 can transmit the switched switching state to the control chip 220, so as to transmit the switched switching state to the switching module 260 for switching the switching state.
In one embodiment, when the switched on-off state is an automatic state, the control chip controls the switch module to turn on or turn off the air conditioner according to the timing module. When the switched on-off state is an automatic state, a user can set the on-time or the off-time of the air conditioner through the timer and the timing module, so that the control chip controls the switch module to turn on or turn off the air conditioner according to the timing module.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the control circuit board 210 is provided with a temperature chip 270 connected to the control chip 220; the temperature chip 270 is used for transmitting temperature data to the control chip 220; the control chip 220 controls the switch module 260 to be turned on or off according to the temperature data. In one embodiment, the temperature chip 270 is connected to a temperature sensor; the temperature sensor is used for collecting temperature data and transmitting the temperature data to the temperature chip 270. The temperature sensor can be arranged outside the elevator machine room and used for acquiring temperature data outside the elevator machine room and transmitting the acquired temperature data to the temperature chip 270, and the temperature chip 270 transmits the temperature data to the control chip 220; the control chip 220 controls the switch module 260 to be turned on or off according to the temperature data. Specifically, a user can set a temperature threshold value through the air conditioner control panel 110, and when the temperature data acquired by the temperature sensor reaches the set temperature threshold value, the control chip 220 can control the switch module 260 to turn on the air conditioner; when the temperature data collected by the temperature sensor does not reach the set temperature threshold, the control chip 220 may control the switch module 260 to turn off the air conditioner.
In one embodiment, the control chip may control the switch module according to timing data of the timing module and temperature data acquired by the temperature sensor, and when the current time reaches the timing data of the timing module and the temperature data acquired by the temperature sensor reaches a temperature threshold, the control chip may control the switch module to turn on the air conditioner, otherwise, the control chip controls the switch module to turn off the air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, an air conditioner learning key 180 is further disposed on the air conditioner control panel 110; the air conditioner learning key 180 is connected to the control chip 220 for receiving air conditioner data transmitted from the air conditioner. In one embodiment, the control chip 220 may adjust the emission frequency of the ir emitting lamp 120 according to the received air conditioner data, so that the air conditioner may be turned on or off by the ir emitting lamp 120. In this embodiment, the user can also modify the operation code through the control chip 220.
In one embodiment, the infrared emission lamp is connected with the control chip; when the switch module is in an on state, the control chip controls the infrared emission lamp to emit infrared rays so as to control the air conditioner to be turned on; when the switch module is in an off state, the control chip controls the infrared emission lamp to emit infrared rays, so that the air conditioner is controlled to be turned off.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, a synchronous clock 112 is further disposed on the air conditioner control panel 110; the synchronous clock 112 is connected to the calibration key 130 for unifying clocks on the air conditioner control panel 110.
In one embodiment, the collation keys include a time collation key, a date collation key; the time correction key and the date correction key are connected with the synchronous clock; and the time correction key performs time correction according to the synchronous clock, and the date correction key performs date correction according to the synchronous clock. In one embodiment, the air conditioner control panel is further provided with a working indicator light, the working indicator light is connected with the control chip, and the working indicator light is turned on when the air conditioner control device is in a working state; when the air conditioner control device is in an idle state, the work indicator lamp is turned off.
In one embodiment, the air conditioner control panel is further provided with a cancel/restore key, the cancel/restore key is connected with the control chip, and when a user presses the cancel/restore key, the control chip can cancel or restore the set calibration data, timing data, temperature data and the like.
In one embodiment, an air conditioning control apparatus is provided that may further include a power supply; the power supply may be a battery, wherein the voltage required by the display panel may be 1.5 volts; the voltage required to control the chip may be 3 volts.
