Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
The present embodiment provides a fan noise control method, which performs noise reduction on multiple fans (i.e., at least two fans) based on phase cancellation. The target noise reduction unit comprises at least two fans which are identical fans and have the same rotating speed at the same moment. The target noise reduction unit may be an air conditioner internal unit or an air conditioner external unit.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a fan noise control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
and S101, determining the noise peak frequency corresponding to the current rotating speed of the fan.
The noise peak frequency corresponding to the current rotating speed of the fan can be determined according to the corresponding relation between the pre-stored rotating speed gears and the noise peak frequency. Correspondingly, before determining the noise peak frequency corresponding to the current rotating speed of the fan, the method further comprises the following steps: collecting noise frequency spectrums of the fan at each rotating speed gear; determining noise peak frequency corresponding to each rotating speed gear according to the noise frequency spectrum; and storing the corresponding relation between each rotating speed gear and the noise peak frequency of the rotating speed gear.
And S102, respectively controlling the voltage phases of the at least two fans according to the noise peak frequency and the number of the fans, so that the noise phases of the at least two fans at the noise peak frequency are cancelled.
Wherein, the voltage phase of the fan can be controlled by controlling the voltage signal or the current signal supplied to the fan motor. When the given operating voltages of the fans are the same at the same time, the frequency and the phase of the noise generated by the fans are the same, and the noise amplitude at the same frequency point is superposed. When the given voltage phases of the fans are different at the same moment, the generated noise has the same frequency, but the noise phases are different, so that the waveforms at the same frequency point are offset.
According to the fan noise control method, the noise peak frequency corresponding to the current rotating speed of the fan is determined, and the voltage phases of the at least two fans are respectively controlled according to the noise peak frequency and the number of the fans, so that the noise phases of the at least two fans at the noise peak frequency are cancelled. The voltage phases of the fans in the unit are controlled, so that the noise phases emitted by the fans at the noise peak frequency point at the current rotating speed are mutually offset, the noise at the frequency point is close to 0 after being synthesized, the noise peak value is reduced, the integral noise value of the air conditioner is reduced, and the comfort of the air conditioner is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the controlling the voltage phases of the at least two fans according to the noise peak frequency and the number of fans respectively, so that the noise phases of the at least two fans at the noise peak frequency are cancelled out, includes: determining a reference fan in the at least two fans; determining respective delay time of other fans except the reference fan in the at least two fans according to the noise peak frequency and the number of the fans; and correspondingly controlling the on-off time of other fans according to the delay time.
The reference fan is a fan which does not need time delay and serves as a reference for time delay operation of other fans. Specifically, one fan may be randomly selected as the reference fan, or the reference fan may be selected according to the installation position of the fan, for example, one fan closest to the side is selected as the reference fan from three fans arranged side by side. The delay time corresponds to a voltage phase change supplied to the fan, for example, a delay time of T/2, corresponding to a voltage phase change (noise phase change) ± 180 degrees. The phases of the voltages are different, and the phases of the noise generated by the fan are different. The control of the switching time of the fan can be realized by controlling the switching time of a switching device in an inverter of the fan, the inverter is used for driving a fan motor and can be arranged in the motor or the motor, and the switching device in the inverter can be an MOS (metal oxide semiconductor) tube or an IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) and the like. The phase of the voltage supplied to the fan can be changed by controlling the switching time of the switching device.
Further, according to the noise peak frequency and the number of the fans, determining respective delay time of other fans except the reference fan in the at least two fans, includes: respectively calculating the delay time of each fan in the other fans relative to the reference fan according to the following formula: t is tmThe method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps that (i) m/fn, wherein f represents noise peak frequency, n represents the number of fans, m represents the mth fan under the sequence of other fans according to delay time from short to long, and tmAnd represents the delay time of the mth fan.
The delay time may be relative to the reference fan or relative to the previous fan. The values of the delay time are different when the reference objects are different. Illustratively, three fans, the first fan being the reference fan, the second fan being delayed 1/3f with respect to the reference fan, and the third fan being delayed 2/3f (with respect to the second fan delay 1/3f) with respect to the reference fan. The delay time of the reference fan is regarded as 0, and then the sum of the delay times of all the fans is a multiple of the noise peak value period, and correspondingly, the voltage phase change of the reference fan is regarded as 0, and the sum of the voltage phase changes of all the fans is a multiple of 360 degrees.
In an optional embodiment, the controlling the voltage phases of the at least two fans according to the noise peak frequency and the number of fans respectively, so that the noise phases of the at least two fans at the noise peak frequency are cancelled out, includes: if the number of the fans is four or more, grouping the fans according to the number of the fans, wherein each group at least comprises two fans; respectively determining a reference fan in each group aiming at each group; determining the respective delay time of other fans except the reference fan in the group according to the noise peak frequency and the number of the fans in the group; and correspondingly controlling the switching time of other fans in the group according to the delay time.
In the present embodiment, another specific control method is provided for four or more fans, that is, fans are grouped, and noise phase cancellation of noise peak frequency is performed for each group. For example, for four fans, the noise control mode may be: the first fan is a reference fan, the second fan is delayed 1/4f relative to the reference fan, the third fan is delayed 1/2f relative to the reference fan, and the fourth fan is delayed 3/4f relative to the reference fan; or four fans may be divided into two groups, and each group may be controlled according to two fans, i.e., one fan is used as a reference fan and the other fan is delayed 1/2 f.
Preferably, the distance between adjacent motors in the motors corresponding to the at least two fans is smaller than a preset threshold. The distance between adjacent motors is short, so that the influence of the long distance between the motors on noise phase offset can be avoided, and the smooth realization of noise offset is ensured. For example, as an application scenario, two fans are arranged side by side in an indoor unit, and the distance between the fan motors is smaller than a preset threshold, the noise peak can be reduced through the above steps.
The principle of the fan noise control method according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 5.
When the fan runs at different rotating speed gears, the generated noise is also different, so that noise data of the fan at each rotating speed gear can be tested in advance and used as a reference for subsequent noise control. Specifically, in the air conditioner development process, noise frequency spectrums of the fan under all rotation speed gears are collected, and for each rotation speed gear, the noise peak frequency corresponding to the rotation speed gear can be obtained according to the noise frequency spectrums under the rotation speed gear. More specifically, the set time duration can be measured by using a spectrum analyzer to obtain the fan frequency spectrum. As shown in fig. 2, it is a noise spectrum diagram of the fan at a certain speed gear, where the abscissa represents noise frequency and the ordinate represents noise amplitude, and it can be known from the noise spectrum diagram shown in fig. 2 that a peak frequency point of 92Hz appears at the speed gear.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a noise waveform when a single fan operates, and the schematic diagram does not consider attenuation of sound in air. The coordinate axis with the scale value of-1 to 1 represents the noise loudness amplitude, the other two coordinate axes represent the displacement (distance) in different directions, and the intersection point of the three-axis origin points is the position of the fan motor.
When a plurality of fans operate synchronously, the synchronous operation refers to that the fans are given the same operating voltage (namely, the phase, the frequency and the amplitude of the voltage are all consistent), and because the fans are the same and the given voltage is the same, the frequency and the phase of noise generated by each fan are the same, the amplitude of the noise at the same frequency point is superposed, and the loudness is doubled. As shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of noise waveforms when the two fans operate synchronously, compared with fig. 3, the noise amplitudes of the two fans are superimposed.
When a plurality of fans are not operated synchronously (i.e., the voltage supplied to each fan at the same time is different in phase), the generated noise has the same frequency, but the noise has different phases, and the waveforms at the same frequency point are offset. Through a corresponding control algorithm, the phases of the peak frequency points of the noise of the multiple fans are just offset, the noise waveforms can be offset, and the noise of the unit is improved.
For example, for two identical fan motors, the noise emitted by a single motor is expressed as Y1 ═ Asin (wt + Φ) under normal conditions, and the sum of the two motor noises is expressed as Y ═ 2Asin (wt + Φ); by controlling the driving program, the noise expression from the motor 1 is Y1 ═ Asin (wt + Φ), the noise expression from the motor 2 is Y2 ═ Asin (wt + Φ +180 °), or Y2 ═ Asin (wt + Φ -180 °), and the superimposed noise is Y1+ Y2 ═ 0, which greatly improves the noise performance of the unit. Where Y, Y1 and Y2 both represent displacements, a represents amplitude, w represents angular frequency, the period T is 2 pi/w, T represents time, wt + phi represents phase, and phi represents initial phase.
As shown in fig. 5, it is a schematic diagram of a noise waveform when the dual fans are not synchronized (off-peak), and the noise phases of different fans at the noise peak frequency point are exactly offset by controlling the driving of the fan motors.
Based on the principle, the voltage or current signals of the motors are controlled by controlling the switching time of the inverter power electronic devices of the motors, so that the voltage phases of different fans at the same moment are staggered for a period of time, and the peak noises generated by the fans are just offset.
For example, in the case of two fans, assuming that the rotation speed of the first fan after operation is k at the current time, peak noise with frequency a × k is generated, and a is a coefficient. The air at the position of the receiver is a vibration particle, the phase corresponding to the peak noise frequency of the particle is phi, and the vibration equation of the corresponding particle is Y1-Asin (wt + phi); through a control algorithm, the phase corresponding to the peak noise frequency of the second fan at the moment is phi +/-pi, and the corresponding particle vibration equation is Y1-Asin (wt + phi + pi) or Y1-Asin (wt + phi-pi); the vibration of the two mass points is just 0 after being superposed, and the effect of reducing vibration and noise is achieved. Similarly, if there are three fans and four fans, the vibration equations of the fans at the mass point can be mutually offset.

The device may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the device may be generally integrated into an air conditioner controller.
