Background

the carbon fiber heating cables 1 are arranged on the surface of the damp-proof substrate 6 through cable holders 5; the two sides of the damp-proof substrate 6 are provided with the conductive plates 3; two ends of the carbon fiber heating cable 1 are provided with connecting joints 2; the connection tabs 2 are connected to the conductive plates 3.
The damp-proof substrate 6 comprises a polyurethane foaming layer 61 at the bottom, a rock wool heat insulation layer 62 in the middle and a solid wood layer 63 at the top.
The conducting plate 3 comprises an external insulating shell 31, a conducting metal sleeve 32 arranged in the insulating shell and a plurality of metal elastic sheets 33 welded on the inner wall of the conducting metal sleeve 32; if two conductive metal sleeves 32 are disposed in the insulating housing 31, the two conductive metal sleeves 32 are electrically connected through a wire.
The connection joint 2 comprises a metal column 21 inserted into a conductive metal sleeve 32 and a connecting sheet 22 arranged on the metal column 21; the conductor of the carbon fiber heating cable is welded on the connecting sheet 22.
The cable fixer 5 comprises an arc-shaped hoop 51, round holes are arranged on two sides of the arc-shaped hoop 51, screw holes are arranged on the surface of the moisture-proof substrate 6, and the cable fixer 5 is fixed on the moisture-proof substrate 6 through screws.
The invention also comprises a multi-way change-over switch 4 and a conducting cable 7; a heating circuit consisting of a plurality of carbon fiber heating cables 1 and a conductive plate 3; the power supply output end of the multi-way change-over switch 4 is connected with the conducting cable 7 and the heating circuit; the multi-way switch 4 is controlled by a control module.

The carbon fiber composite wire core of the carbon fiber heating cable and the epoxy resin rubber sheath are provided; the carbon fiber composite wire core is twisted with the copper alloy wire, and an insulating layer is wrapped outside the carbon fiber composite wire core; a shielding layer, a filler, a tensile element and a flame-retardant belt are arranged between the insulating layer and the epoxy resin adhesive sheath; the carbon fiber wire cores are annularly arranged in the epoxy resin rubber sheath.
