一种安全泄压阀由安全泄压阀阀体、弯头外壳、外螺纹接头、活节螺母、安全泄压阀手柄、排气孔接头、排气孔、安全泄压阀芯杆、安全泄压阀孔、阀芯固定块、介质进口、介质出口、密封活塞、活节紧固件和安全泄压弹簧组成;安全泄压阀阀体设置在弯头外壳上方,设有安全泄压阀孔;弹簧、芯杆安装于阀体内的安全泄压阀孔中,并用阀芯固定;弯头外壳进口端内孔中安装设有介质进口的活节紧固件,用于套装活节螺母,出口端内孔为介质出口,外部设有外螺纹接头;安全泄压阀手柄设置在安全泄压阀芯杆的上端部,排气孔接头、排气孔设置在安全泄压阀阀体的侧面。具有节省安装空间、结构简单、超压保护、安装方便、安全性能高、供热效果好等特点。

安全泄压阀
技术领域
本发明属于太阳能供热工程装置技术领域,特别涉及一种用来保持供热系统循环介质在设定压力范围内工作,同时具备超压保护和排气功能的安全泄压阀。
背景技术
目前,随着人民生活水平的不断提高和热水器产品的迅猛升级换代,各种电热水器、分体式太阳能热水器、承压式热水器、太阳能集分供热系统逐渐开始推广使用,它们的水箱一般都做成承压式,保证供水时有适宜的压力,能有效地满足压力需要,特别适合于不能在楼顶安装普通太阳能热水器的高层建筑。为保证各类承压热水器和供热系统压力达到一定的正常压力和集热供热效果,需要供热系统管道中设置安全泄压阀,当压力过高时自动泄压,当管道内产生积气时能够排出,普通的安全泄压阀一般是通过三通安装于供热管道上,但由于受楼房建筑结构面积限制和人民对于住宅空间内布局和美观的不断提升,使得太阳能热水器和承压式热水器占用的空间不断减小,有时也会必须安装在狭小空间,特别是供热管道转弯处,现有的安全泄压阀根本无法安装使用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是:为了克服现有安全泄压阀不便于安装使用、安全性差、供热效果不好的缺点,本发明提供一种既可以作为弯头使用,又能起到安全泄压、排除积气作用的安全泄压阀,具有节省安装空间、结构简单、超压保护功能、安装方便、安全性能高、供热效果好等特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该安全泄压阀,其特征在于:它是由安全泄压阀阀体、弯头外壳、外螺纹接头、活节螺母、安全泄压阀手柄、排气孔接头、排气孔、安全泄压阀芯杆、安全泄压阀孔、阀芯固定块、介质进口、介质出口、密封活塞、活节紧固件和安全泄压弹簧组成;所述的安全泄压阀阀体设置在弯头外壳弯管侧面正上方,安全泄压阀阀体设有安全泄压阀孔,连通弯头外壳的弯管内部;所述的安全泄压阀弹簧套置在安全泄压阀芯杆外面,安装于安全泄压阀阀体内的安全泄压阀孔中,并用阀芯固定块紧固安装;所述的弯头外壳进口端内孔中安装设有介质进口的活节紧固件,用于套装活节螺母,以便与介质管道连接;所述的弯头外壳出口端内孔为介质出口,出口端外部设有外螺纹接头,以便与介质管道连接;所述的安全泄压阀手柄设置在安全泄压阀芯杆的上端部,排气孔接头、排气孔设置在安全泄压阀阀体的侧面,排气孔与安全泄压阀孔相连通。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构的安全泄压阀,介质从介质进口流经弯头外壳到达介质出口,当介质出口的压力低于安全泄压阀设置压力时,介质进口与介质出口保持通畅状态;当介质出口的压力达到或高于安全泄压阀设置压力时,则密封活塞在介质进口的介质压力下克服安全泄压阀弹簧的弹力向上方移动,介质经介质进口流入泄压口泄流,确保介质进口与介质出口的压力在安全泄压阀设置压力的范围内。当供热系统中压力过高或产生积气时,也可操作安全泄压阀手柄,进行手动泄压或排除积气,确保供热系统压力正常和供热效果良好。当介质在弯头外壳中的压力增大到安全阀设定的压力时,介质经过安全阀孔挤压安全阀芯,使得安全阀把手抬起从排气孔中流出,以达到泄压的效果,当压力降低以后,安全阀把手落下,使得安全阀芯回复至闭合状态,介质不能经排气孔芯排出,形成整个安全阀的密闭回路。本发明安全泄压阀既可以作为弯头使用,又能起到安全泄压、排除积气作用。具有超压保护功能,在压力超过泄压设定值后,能够实现自动泄压;确保热水器承受的压力不大于设定压力,大大延长热水器的使用寿命。具有节省安装空间、结构简单、安装方便、安全性能高、供热效果好等特点。
作为本发明的改进,所述的安全泄压阀阀体设置在弯头外壳弯管侧面左上方,安全泄压阀阀体内设有的安全泄压阀孔连通弯头外壳的弯管内部左侧,位于弯头外壳的外弯管内孔壁。使用时,安全泄压阀阀体中的安全泄压阀孔位于管路的最高位置,可以更彻底的排除积气。

如图1、图2所示,本安全泄压阀由安全泄压阀阀体1、弯头外壳2、外螺纹接头3、活节螺母4、安全泄压阀手柄5、排气孔接头6、排气孔7、安全泄压阀芯杆8、安全泄压阀孔9、阀芯固定块10、介质进口11、介质出口12、密封活塞13、活节紧固件14和安全泄压弹簧15组成;安全泄压阀阀体1设置在弯头外壳2弯管侧面正上方,安全泄压阀阀体1设有安全泄压阀孔9,连通弯头外壳2的弯管内部;安全泄压阀弹簧15套置在安全泄压阀芯杆8外面,安装于安全泄压阀阀体1内的安全泄压阀孔9中,并用阀芯固定块10紧固安装;弯头外壳2进口端内孔中安装设有介质进口11的活节紧固件14,用于套装活节螺母4,以便与介质管道连接;弯头外壳2出口端内孔为介质出口12,出口端外部设有外螺纹接头3,以便与介质管道连接;安全泄压阀手柄5设置在安全泄压阀芯杆8的上端部,排气孔接头6、排气孔7设置在安全泄压阀阀体1的侧面,排气孔7与安全泄压阀孔9相连通。
