Claims (10)
1. A pulp crushing assembly of a pulp crushing pump, comprising:
the cavity shell is provided with a sunken flat columnar cavity, an annular step is arranged at the middle height of the inner wall of the cavity, and two opposite grooves with different depths are arranged at the edge of an upper opening of the cavity;
the pulping sieve plate is a circular plate inlaid on the annular step, the diameter of the pulping sieve plate is the same as the inner diameter of the basin cavity, and a shaft hole is formed in the center of the pulping sieve plate;
the power extension shaft is positioned on the central axis of the basin cavity and penetrates through a shaft hole in the pulping sieve plate;
the coarse crushing S-shaped blade, the fine crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing S-shaped blade are identical in structure and are all arranged on the power extension shaft, wherein the fine crushing S-shaped blade is located at the lowest part and is attached to the upper surface of the pulp crushing sieve plate, the coarse crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing S-shaped blade are stacked up and down, and the coarse crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing S-shaped blade are arranged above the fine crushing S-shaped blade at intervals;
coarse crushing arc tool setting and fine crushing arc tool setting, the two structures are the same, are in respectively in the recess court the installation of pelvic cavity central direction, wherein, fine crushing arc tool setting is installed darker in the recess, it is attached the bottom surface of S-shaped blade in small crushing, coarse crushing arc tool setting is installed shallowly in the recess, it is attached the top surface of coarse crushing S-shaped blade.

The slurry pump slurry crushing assembly as recited in claim 1 wherein the cutting edges of the coarse crushing S-shaped blade, the fine crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing S-shaped blade are all located on the outer arc edge and have a slope at the cutting edges, the cutting edges of the coarse crushing pair of arc blades and the fine crushing pair of arc blades are all located on the inner arc edge and have a wave slope at the cutting edges, wherein the cutting edges of the fine crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing pair of arc blades are opposite, and the cutting edges of the coarse crushing S-shaped blade and the coarse crushing pair of arc blades are opposite.

The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 1, wherein the power extension shaft comprises a screw, and a cone tightening shaft sleeve, a key groove nut and a top sealing fastening nut which are sequentially sleeved on the screw in a threaded manner from bottom to top, wherein the tops of the cone tightening shaft sleeve and the key groove nut are respectively provided with a raised pin key, the coarse crushing S-shaped blade, the fine crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing S-shaped blade are respectively provided with a key groove matched with the pin key in shape, the fine crushing S-shaped blade is fixed between the cone tightening shaft sleeve and the key groove nut, and the coarse crushing S-shaped blade and the fine crushing S-shaped blade are stacked up and down and fixed between the key groove nut and the top sealing fastening nut.

The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 2, wherein the rough-crushing S-shaped blade, the fine-crushing S-shaped blade and the fine-crushing S-shaped blade are all embedded with a tungsten steel sheet at the bottom of the cutting edge slope surface, and a concave space is carved on the surface of the tungsten steel sheet.
5. The pulp crushing assembly of claim 2 wherein the coarse S-shaped blade, the fine S-shaped blade and the fine S-shaped blade are not coincident and the included angle between each two of the coarse S-shaped blade, the fine S-shaped blade and the fine S-shaped blade is 60 degrees.

The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 3, wherein a locking nut is further screwed on the screw rod below the conical shaft sleeve, a conical sleeve is arranged between the locking nut and the conical shaft sleeve, the inner diameter of the conical sleeve is larger than that of the screw rod, and the conical sleeve is sleeved at the lower end of the conical shaft sleeve.
7. The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 6, wherein the side wall of the chamber shell is provided with an adjusting groove with a width capable of allowing a wrench to extend into the adjusting groove, and the locking nut can be adjusted from the adjusting groove.

The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 1, wherein a cap sleeve is inlaid on the shaft hole in the center of the pulping screen plate, a tetrafluoro bushing is arranged on an inner ring of the cap sleeve, the inner diameter of the tetrafluoro bushing is the same as the maximum outer diameter of the cone fastening shaft sleeve, the cap sleeve is an inlaid cap sleeve capable of being used in both forward and reverse directions, and the inlaid cap sleeve is detachably inlaid on the shaft hole in the center of the pulping screen plate.

The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 1, wherein the groove, the coarse crushing arc-shaped counter knife and the fine crushing arc-shaped counter knife are provided with screw holes, the coarse crushing arc-shaped counter knife and the fine crushing arc-shaped counter knife are fixed in the groove through bolts, and the knife tip faces the center direction of the pelvic cavity.

The pulping pump pulping assembly of claim 1, wherein the side walls of the cone tightening sleeve and the capping fastening nut are provided with annular tool setting tool nose track grooves, and tool noses of the fine crushing arc tool setting and the coarse crushing arc tool setting are respectively clamped into the tool setting tool nose track grooves on the cone tightening sleeve and the capping fastening nut.
