(3) processing tail end flanks at two end parts of the steel strip through two flank rollers;
(4) and cutting the processed steel belt according to the set length to obtain the finished product connecting keel.
6. The method for preparing a joint keel according to claim 5, wherein in the step (1), the steel strip pretreatment comprises: removing unqualified steel strips, cleaning the steel strips and processing and adjusting the size of the steel strips.
7. The method for manufacturing a joint keel according to claim 5, wherein in the step (2), the central roll is rolled 3-5 times to complete the processing of the U-shaped groove.
8. The method for manufacturing a connecting keel according to claim 5, wherein in the step (3), two side wing rollers are rolled 4-6 times each to complete the processing of the end wing.
9. The method for preparing a joint keel according to claim 5, further comprising, after the step (4): and packaging and stacking, namely packaging the finished product connecting keel through a packaging belt machine, and stacking the packaged finished product connecting keel.
