The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the first switch 8 is operated to enable the motor 11 to operate, an output shaft of the motor 11 can drive the main mixing drum 4 to rotate in the first bearing 3 by utilizing a linkage effect between the driving gear 10 and the driven gear 9 in the operation process, so that the main mixing drum 4 and the auxiliary mixing drum 6 arranged on the surface of the main mixing drum 4 can be driven to rotate correspondingly, then the second switch 24 is operated to enable the fan 22 to operate, an output port of the fan 22 can inject purified cooling normal-temperature air into the main mixing drum 4 through the air inlet pipe 13 and disperse the purified cooling normal-temperature air into the auxiliary mixing drum 6 through the main mixing drum 4 in the operation process, the first check valve pipe 5 and the second check valve pipe 7 are opened in sequence under the action of air pressure in the main mixing drum 4 and the auxiliary mixing drum 6, raw materials are injected, the second check valve 25 is opened, one end, far away from the fermentation tank 2, of the raw material conveying pipe 28 is connected with a power output device, therefore, the raw material can be directly fed into the fermentation tank 2 through the raw material conveying pipe 28, the conveying capacity per unit time can be regulated and controlled by operating the second control valve 25, the normal temperature air input by the fan 22 and the raw material introduced by the raw material conveying pipe 28 are uniformly mixed and cooled, after the raw material is cooled, the first control valve 19 is operated to control the discharge amount per unit time of the curved powder in the storage tank 18, the curved powder flowing in through the connecting pipe 17 and the normal temperature air in the air inlet pipe 13 are mixed and respectively enter the main stirring cylinder 4 and the auxiliary stirring cylinder 6 along with the normal temperature air, and are respectively and uniformly mixed with the cooled raw material in the fermentation tank 2 through the first check valve pipe 5 and the second check valve pipe 7, after the fermentation process of the raw material in the fermentation tank 2 is completed, the semi-finished product in the fermentation tank 2 can be discharged through the semi-finished product discharge pipe 29 by opening the third control valve 30, and the processing method is repeated, the rest raw materials can be cooled and processed by fermentation process.

step S6: after the fermentation process of the raw materials in the fermentation tank (2) is finished, the semi-finished product in the fermentation tank (2) can be led out through a semi-finished product leading-out pipe (29) by opening a third control valve (30);
step S7: the processing method of steps S1-S6 is repeated, and the rest raw materials can be cooled and processed by fermentation process.
