本发明公开了一种灭火清洁剂,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5‑2.5%、烷基糖苷0.5‑1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.05‑0.15%、苯扎溴铵0.05‑0.15%、发泡剂3‑7%、食品级碳酸钠1‑3%、尿素0.5‑1.5%、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂1‑3%,其余为水,其制备工艺,A、将自来水通过水处理器,去除钙镁离子;B、将碳酸钠倒入搅拌罐,配比去离子水,进行搅拌;C、加入尿素和苯甲酸钠及苯扎溴铵,进行搅拌;D、再分别加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷、发泡剂、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂进行搅拌直至充分溶解;E、采用二元气雾罐包装,使用时通过雾化喷嘴喷出。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:实现消防产品和日化产品结合,在满足家庭日常清洁需求的同时,增加消防功能,多一层安全保障,同时做到消防功能产品可以再次利用不浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及消防灭火技术领域,具体是指一种灭火清洁剂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
从环保节能的角度,首先传统灭火器过期之后面临报废和回收,例如传统干粉、泡沫、二氧化碳等灭火器,回收后处理难度大,对环境有严重的污染,为增加传统灭火器的清洁能力,改进有水系灭火剂,传统水系灭火剂GB/17835因采用部分发泡剂和氟碳表面活性剂,具有一定的清洁功能,但是针对油污的清洁效果极差,加上大部分采用了“二乙二醇单丁醚”“乙二醇”等有毒原料,因此不能作为常规清洁使用,而传统的清洁剂要么有腐蚀性,要么清洁性能一般,同时常规清洁剂不能作为灭火用,有的甚至会助燃,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是要解决灭火清洁剂发泡倍数和泡沫抗烧性,要解决灭火清洁剂作为清洁作用对油污的超强溶解和中和能力,要解决灭火清洁剂实现“经口无毒”的目的,提供一种具备良好的灭火和清洁能力,让用户可以安全放心使用的一种灭火清洁剂及其制备工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种灭火清洁剂,由以下成分配比的原料制备而成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5-2.5%、烷基糖苷0.5-1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.05-0.15%、苯扎溴铵0.05-0.15%、发泡剂3-7%、食品级碳酸钠1-3%、尿素0.5-1.5%、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂1-3%,其余为水。
作为改进,由以下成分配比的原料制备而成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2%、烷基糖苷1%、苯甲酸钠0.1%、苯扎溴铵0.1%、发泡剂5%、食品级碳酸钠2%、尿素1%、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂2%,水86.8%。
一种灭火清洁剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将自来水通过水处理器,去除钙镁离子;
B、将碳酸钠倒入搅拌罐,配比去离子水,进行搅拌,直至完全溶解;
C、加入尿素和苯甲酸钠及苯扎溴铵,进行搅拌直至完全溶解;
D、再分别加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷、发泡剂、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂进行搅拌直至充分溶解;
E、最后采用二元气雾罐包装,使用时通过雾化喷嘴喷出。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:要解决灭火清洁剂发泡倍数和泡沫抗烧性,采用6碳链氟碳表面活性剂,符合降解要求,做到无残留可降解,降低灭火清洁剂表面张力,强化覆盖速度和渗透能力以及对污渍的溶解能力,同时碳链的稳定性可以有效解决泡沫抗烧,以实现泡沫在高温下的生存力,达到持续覆盖隔绝空气灭火的性能;
要解决灭火清洁剂作为清洁作用对油污的超强溶解和中和能力,首选食用级碳酸钠,对油污有极强的溶解和中和能力,搭配好6碳链氟碳表面活性剂浓度,实现低碱度,高去污力的效果,同时碳酸钠溶液针对固体表面着火,能释放二氧化碳和水,起到一定的阻燃和降温作用;
要解决灭火清洁剂实现“经口无毒”的目的,让用户可以安全放心使用,本发明所需原料除了采用6碳链氟碳表面活性剂外,均从食品及化妆品原料当中选取,发泡剂首选椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱及烷基糖苷,发泡性能好,环保无毒。
消防和日化结合,可以作为常规清洁剂用使,环保无毒可降解,无刺激性,对皮肤不腐蚀,没有明显的刺激,可以用于厨房表面清洗,甚至餐具清洗清洁,但同时又是一款水基型灭火器,可以应对ABEF初期火灾扑灭,灭火级别:0.5A\8B\E\5F,相比传统灭火器报废后的回收处理,本品不会因为报废回收导致的环境问题和材料浪费,做到物尽其用,更加容易被大众接受,同时,作为一款清洁剂来说,还具备极强的灭火功能,在满足日常清洁需求的情况下,还多了一层消防安全保障。
改变传统消防器材过期即报废造成的环境污染和浪费,结合日化产品功能,实现消防产品和日化产品结合,在满足家庭日常清洁需求的同时,增加消防功能,多一层安全保障,同时做到消防功能产品可以再次利用不浪费。
具体实施方式
一种灭火清洁剂,由以下成分配比的原料制备而成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2%、烷基糖苷1%、苯甲酸钠0.1%、苯扎溴铵0.1%、发泡剂5%、食品级碳酸钠2%、尿素1%、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂2%,水86.8%。
一种灭火清洁剂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将自来水通过水处理器,去除钙镁离子;
B、将碳酸钠倒入搅拌罐,配比去离子水,进行搅拌,直至完全溶解;
C、加入尿素和苯甲酸钠及苯扎溴铵,进行搅拌直至完全溶解;
D、再分别加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基糖苷、发泡剂、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂进行搅拌直至充分溶解;
E、最后采用二元气雾罐包装,使用时通过雾化喷嘴喷出,针对厨房油污可以有效清洁,同时针对A/B/E/F类火灾可以有效扑灭。
本发明通过对日化产品及消防产品的性能和成分进行研究,剔除其中有毒有害成分,并在常规清洁剂和灭火剂的基础上,综合并强化了对应的去污及灭火功能,以达到去污和灭火的完美结合,并实现了经口无毒的性能,可以作为常规清洁剂用于厨房表面油污清洁,同时通过采用二元气雾罐包装实现喷雾,可以用于初期火灾扑灭,实现常规灭火器的灭火功能。

1.一种灭火清洁剂,其特征在于,由以下成分配比的原料制备而成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5-2.5%、烷基糖苷0.5-1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.05-0.15%、苯扎溴铵0.05-0.15%、发泡剂3-7%、食品级碳酸钠1-3%、尿素0.5-1.5%、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂1-3%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种灭火清洁剂,其特征在于,由以下成分配比的原料制备而成:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2%、烷基糖苷1%、苯甲酸钠0.1%、苯扎溴铵0.1%、发泡剂5%、食品级碳酸钠2%、尿素1%、6碳链氟碳表面活性剂2%,水86.8%。
3.一种灭火清洁剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
