(2) adding the pre-loaded aluminum hydroxide obtained in the step (1), 100kg of pigment wood powder, 1-3kg of polyethylene wax and 1-2kg of stearic acid amide into a mixer, stirring at a high speed of 1000-1200rpm for 15-20min, and disaggregating the pre-loaded aluminum hydroxide and the pigment wood powder into fine particles by high-speed stirring, wherein the interface is hydrophobic, and the compatibility with polypropylene is improved to obtain a modified material;
(3) adding 45kg of the modified material obtained in the step (2), 15kg of polypropylene K171230 kg, 5kg of a compatilizer (easily-moldable maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene provided by Shenzhen Pasteur new material science and technology Co., Ltd.), 1250-mesh marble powder, 0.5kg of terpene resin, 3kg of lubricant microcrystalline wax, 10100.2 kg of an antioxidant and UV-90.03 kg of an ultraviolet absorbent into a mixer, mixing for 45min at 80 ℃, uniformly mixing, then feeding into a double-screw extruder, melting, mixing, extruding and granulating, wherein the double-screw extruder adopts a co-rotating double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio L/D of a screw being 35, the temperature of the extruder is controlled at 190 ℃ of 160 plus materials, and the rotation speed of the screw is 150 revolutions per minute, so as to obtain the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture.
Comparative example 1
(1) Dispersing 5kg of nano yellow bismuth vanadate ceramic pigment and 0.1kg of glycerin monostearate serving as a dispersing agent in 50kg of saturated aluminum sulfate solution, and grinding for 15min at the rotating speed of 50rpm by using a ball mill to disperse the nano yellow bismuth vanadate ceramic pigment in the saturated aluminum sulfate solution to form slurry; adding excessive slurry into wood powder which is subjected to pre-refining treatment and is compounded by straw powder and rice hull powder in a mass ratio of 3:1, slowly stirring and soaking for 1h, filtering redundant slurry by using a 300-mesh filter screen, adding the obtained wood powder for adsorbing aluminum sulfate and pigment into a stirrer, washing for 3 times, performing filter pressing, and drying at 70 ℃ to obtain wood powder preloaded with pigment;
(2) adding 100kg of the wood powder preloaded with the pigment obtained in the step (1), 3kg of polyethylene wax and 1kg of stearic acid amide into a mixer, stirring at a high speed of 1000rpm for 20min, and performing high-speed stirring to break the wood powder preloaded with the pigment into fine particles, wherein the interface is hydrophobic, and the compatibility with polypropylene is improved to obtain a modified material;
(3) adding 45kg of the modified material obtained in the step (2), 30R-H40kg of polypropylene EPC, 5kg of a compatilizer (easy-to-mold maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene provided by Shenzhen Pasteh New Material science and technology Co., Ltd.), 10kg of 1250-mesh marble powder, 0.5kg of terpene resin, 3kg of lubricant microcrystalline wax, 10100.1 kg of an antioxidant and 0.02kg of an ultraviolet absorbent UV-O into a mixer, mixing for 45min at 100 ℃, uniformly mixing, and then sending into a double-screw extruder to melt, mix, extrude and granulate, wherein the double-screw extruder adopts a co-rotating double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio L/D of a screw rod of 35, the temperature of the extruder is controlled at 190 ℃ of 160 plus materials, and the rotation speed of the screw rod is 120 r/min, so as to obtain the wood-.
Comparative example 1 after the wood powder adsorbs aluminum sulfate and pigments, the wood powder is not treated with sodium hydroxide to form cured aluminum hydroxide, and the wood powder has poor rigidity and compactness because the wood powder does not have cured aluminum hydroxide; the fixation to the pigment is poor, the combination of the pigment and the wood powder is poor when the wood-like product is prepared by extrusion, and the wood-like effect is influenced.
Comparative example 2
(1) Dispersing 5kg of nano yellow bismuth vanadate ceramic pigment and 0.1kg of glycerin monostearate serving as a dispersing agent in 50kg of saturated aluminum sulfate solution, and grinding for 15min at the rotating speed of 50rpm by using a ball mill to disperse the nano yellow bismuth vanadate ceramic pigment in the saturated aluminum sulfate solution to form slurry; adding excessive slurry into wood powder which is subjected to pre-refining treatment and is compounded by straw powder and rice hull powder according to the mass ratio of 3:1, slowly stirring and soaking for 1h, filtering redundant slurry by using a 300-mesh filter screen, adding the obtained wood powder for adsorbing aluminum sulfate and pigment into a stirrer, spraying sodium hydroxide solution while stirring, wherein the mass concentration of the sodium hydroxide solution is 10%, the adding amount is 15% of the mass of the wood powder for adsorbing aluminum sulfate and pigment, stirring and reacting for 30min, and changing aluminum sulfate into aluminum hydroxide and curing; then washing with water for 3 times, press-filtering, and drying at 70 deg.C to obtain wood powder preloaded with aluminum hydroxide and pigment;
(2) adding the pre-loaded aluminum hydroxide obtained in the step (1), 45kg of wood powder of pigment, 30R-H40kg of polypropylene EPC, 5kg of compatilizer (easily-moldable maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene provided by Shenzhen Pasteur new material science and technology Co., Ltd.), 10kg of 1250-mesh marble powder, 0.5kg of terpene resin, 3kg of lubricant microcrystalline wax, 10100.1 kg of antioxidant and UV-O0.02kg of ultraviolet absorbent into a mixer, mixing for 45min at 100 ℃, uniformly mixing, then sending into a double-screw extruder for melting, mixing, extruding and granulating, wherein the double-screw extruder adopts a co-rotating extruder with the length-diameter ratio L/D of a screw rod of 35, the temperature of the extruder is controlled at 190 ℃ and the rotation speed of the screw rod is 120 r/min, and the special wood-like composite plastic for furniture is obtained.
Comparative example 2 no deagglomeration treatment of wood powder preloaded with aluminum hydroxide and pigment, large wood powder particles, poor dispersibility, rough surface when extrusion was carried out to prepare wood-like products, and affected wood-like effect.
Extrusion wood-like article testing:
the wood-like composite plastic particles obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were added to a conical screw profile extruder, the temperature was controlled at 190 ℃ and 200 ℃ to directly extrude a louver profile, and the color uniformity, powder removal and surface brightness of the product were observed as shown in Table 1.
The wood-like composite plastic particles obtained in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were subjected to injection molding at 200 ℃ to make a sample, and cut into test specimens of 80mm × 10mm × 4mm, referring to the standard test notched izod impact strength of GB/T1843-2008-.
The density of the extruded samples was tested with reference to GB/T1463 test methods for Density and relative Density for fiber reinforced plastics, as shown in Table 1.

through the tests, the wood-like effect is improved by coloring the wood material in advance, and the wood-like effect is expressed in that the wood-like color is stable, no powder is removed, the compactness is good, and the wood-like effect is closer to the characteristics of solid wood.

Claims (9)

1. A preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) dispersing the nano ceramic pigment and the dispersant in a saturated aluminum sulfate solution, and grinding the mixture by a ball mill to prepare slurry; adding the refined wood powder into the slurry, slowly stirring and soaking for 1-3h, then filtering out redundant slurry, adding the obtained wood powder adsorbing aluminum sulfate and pigment into a stirrer, spraying sodium hydroxide solution while stirring, and changing the aluminum sulfate into aluminum hydroxide and curing; then washing with water, filter-pressing, and drying at 70-80 ℃ to obtain wood powder preloaded with aluminum hydroxide and pigment;
(2) adding the pre-loaded aluminum hydroxide and the wood powder of the pigment obtained in the step (1), polyethylene wax and stearic acid amide into a mixer for high-speed dispersion, so that the pre-loaded aluminum hydroxide and the wood powder of the pigment are disaggregated and subjected to surface modification to obtain a modified material;
(3) adding 40-45 parts by weight of the modified material obtained in the step (2), 30-40 parts by weight of polypropylene, 3-5 parts by weight of compatilizer, 10-15 parts by weight of marble powder, 0.5-1 part by weight of terpene resin, 3-5 parts by weight of lubricant, 0.1-0.2 part by weight of antioxidant and 0.02-0.05 part by weight of ultraviolet absorbent into a mixer, uniformly mixing, and then feeding into a double-screw extruder for melting, mixing, extruding and granulating to obtain the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture.
2. The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the nano ceramic pigment, the dispersing agent and the saturated aluminum sulfate solution in the step (1) are prepared according to the following weight parts: 3-5 parts of nano ceramic pigment, 0.1-0.2 part of dispersant and 30-50 parts of saturated aluminum sulfate solution.

The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the nano ceramic pigment in the step (1) is teak red ceramic pigment or yellow bismuth vanadate ceramic pigment obtained by sintering; the dispersant is glyceryl monostearate.
4. The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step (1), the ball mill grinds for 10-15min at the rotating speed of 50 rpm.

The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the refined wood powder in the step (1) is wood powder which is subjected to refining treatment in advance and has a particle size of less than 50 mu m; the sodium hydroxide solution is 10% by mass, and the addition amount of the sodium hydroxide solution is 15-20% of the mass of the wood powder adsorbing aluminum sulfate and pigment.

The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: the wood powder preloaded with the aluminum hydroxide and the pigment in the step (2) comprises 100 parts by weight of polyethylene wax 1-3 parts by weight and stearic acid amide 1-2 parts by weight; the high-speed stirring speed of the mixer is 1000 and 1200 rpm; stirring and dispersing for 15-20 min.

The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: selecting 1250-mesh marble powder as the marble powder in the step (3); the compatilizer is prepared from easily-moldable maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene provided by Shenzhen Pasteur new material science and technology Limited; the lubricant is one of microcrystalline wax, butyl stearate and liquid paraffin; the antioxidant is one of an antioxidant 1010, an antioxidant 168 and an antioxidant DSTP; the ultraviolet absorbent is at least one of commercially available ultraviolet absorbent UV-P, ultraviolet absorbent UV-O, ultraviolet absorbent UV-9, ultraviolet absorbent UV-531 and ultraviolet absorbent UV-RMB.

The preparation method of the wood-like composite plastic special for furniture according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: in the step (3), the double-screw extruder is a co-rotating double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio L/D of the screw being 35-40, the temperature of the double-screw extruder is controlled at 190 ℃ and the rotation speed of the screw is controlled at 150 rpm and 120 ℃.
9. A special wood-like composite plastic for furniture, which is prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
