Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of colloid sludge treatment, and particularly relates to a treatment method and a treatment device for peach gum base solution sediments.
Background
Peach gum, also known as peach oil, peach butter and peach tears, is a resin secreted from the bark of peaches or prunus davidiana of Rosaceae, and mainly contains galactose, rhamnose, alpha-glucuronic acid, fat, protein and the like. The natural peach gum is naturally secreted by peach trees or generates wounds under the action of external force, and the relatively viscous liquid generates solids through sun drying and evaporation. The dried peach gum is crystalline and hard, has an amber appearance, has enough water solubility and proper viscosity, and can be soaked in clear water for more than ten hours to be foamed and softened to form a peach gum solution.
The products such as the peach gum solution can be used in a plurality of fields such as pharmaceutical preparations, printing protective plates, colored pencil leads, micro powder, ceramic applique, fireworks, art pigments, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, cosmetics, edible processing, light industrial packaging and the like.
The peach gum treating process for artistic pigment includes cutting and crushing peach gum solid containing impurity, steam reaction in reactor, water and sodium silicate2O·nSiO2) Mixing in proportion to form liquid mixture, placing into a cooling tank, mixing with sodium hydroxide (also called caustic soda and caustic soda, chemical formula is NaOH), hydrogen peroxide (H)2O2) Aqueous solution of (a) mixing and stirring in proportion, standing to separate clear liquid for filling of art paint to form a product, filtering, and precipitating the remaining mixture to form a peach gum base solution containing a large amount of precipitated dregs.
Sediment dregs in the peach gum base solution is the discarded object, and a large amount of barks, sand, silk weave packing material cutting piece and other impurity can be sneaked into to this discarded object in the collection process, and these impurity are separated out in the technology processing in-process and are formed sediment dregs discarded object, because thoughtlessly have the peach gum liquid of stickness in this discarded object, and whole thick is difficult for doing. The traditional treatment method is to transport the solid waste to qualified refuse dump for landfill.
With the trend of the national environmental protection policy, the waste generated in the production process of art pigment is qualitatively dangerous waste, and the traditional landfill does not meet the environmental protection requirement; secondly, the wastewater of the peach gum base solution generated in the pigment production process has deep chromaticity and high concentration of organic pollutants, is organic wastewater with high concentration and poor biodegradability, can not completely treat colloid sediment by utilizing the conventional sewage treatment equipment, is easy to have various problems of poor flocculation effect, long treatment time, pipeline blockage, sludge pump damage, scrapping of a spiral shell stacking machine disc due to grit abrasion and the like, and even causes paralysis of an original sewage treatment system, so that the fine treatment of the peach gum solution sediment waste is increasingly emphasized.
