In this embodiment, the hoisting hole 102 is specifically configured as a waist-shaped hole, which is convenient for processing, and when being installed, the hoisting member can be moved to a position avoiding the hoisting gap 104, so as to avoid the hoisting member sliding out, thereby realizing reliable hoisting. Further, the lifting lug 1 further comprises a lifting folding edge 106, the lifting folding edge 106 is arranged at one end, far away from the second connecting portion 12, of the lifting portion 10, the lifting folding edge 106 and the second connecting portion 12 are located on the same side of the lifting portion 10, and the lifting notch 104 penetrates through the lifting folding edge 106.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a base plate assembly 3 comprising a base plate 2 and the shackle 1 of any one of the above embodiments, wherein the base plate 2 comprises a base plate body 20 and a base plate flange 21 connected together; the first connecting part 11 of the lifting lug 1 is connected with the chassis body 20, the pressing plate 14 of the lifting lug 1 is pressed on the chassis body 20, and part of the second connecting part 12 of the lifting lug 1 is connected with the chassis folding edge 21.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the chassis assembly 3 provided by the present invention includes the lifting lug 1 according to any of the above embodiments, so that the present invention has all the advantages of the lifting lug 1, and details thereof are not repeated herein. Further, the first connection portion 11 is spot-welded to the chassis body 20, and the number of spot-welds is one or more. It is worth mentioning that the chassis body 20 and the chassis flange 21 are of an integral structure, i.e. the chassis flange 21 may be formed by a bending process. Of course, the chassis body 20 and the chassis flange 21 may be separate parts, and they are connected by a welding process.
Further, the chassis body 20 is further provided with a lifting lug positioning portion 22, and the lifting lug positioning portion 22 is matched with the positioning portion 112 of the first connecting portion 11.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, by providing the lifting lug positioning portion 22 on the chassis body 20, it can be matched with the positioning portion 112 of the first connecting portion 11, so as to achieve accurate positioning when the lifting lug 1 is fixedly connected with the plate body, which helps to improve the assembly efficiency. Specifically, the positioning portion 112 may be configured as at least one of a positioning hole and a positioning groove, and accordingly, the lug positioning portion 22 may be configured as a lug positioning protrusion; the positioning portion 112 may also be configured as a positioning projection, and accordingly, the lug positioning portion 22 may be configured as a lug positioning hole or a lug positioning groove.
Further, the chassis hem 21 is provided with a lifting lug mounting hole 23, and the lifting lug mounting hole 23 is arranged corresponding to the mounting hole 122 of the second connecting part 12; the chassis assembly 3 further comprises: the fastener 24, the fastener 24 passes through the lifting lug mounting hole 23 and the mounting hole 122 on the second connecting part 12 at the same time.
In this embodiment, the attachment of the second connecting portion 12 to the chassis flange 21 is achieved by providing the chassis flange 21 with the shackle mounting holes 23, which correspond to the mounting holes 122 of the second connecting portion 12, and simultaneously inserting the fasteners 24, such as bolts, through the mounting holes 122 of the second connecting portion 12 and the shackle mounting holes 23.
Further, the extension height of the second connecting part 12 in the direction perpendicular to the hoisting plate is adapted to the height of the chassis flange 21.
In the technical scheme, the extension height of the second connecting part 12 in the direction vertical to the hoisting plate is matched with the height of the chassis hem 21, so that the normal connection between the lifting lug 1 and the chassis 2 can be ensured.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner comprising the lifting lug 1 according to any one of the above embodiments; or the chassis assembly 3 according to any of the above embodiments, and thus includes all the advantages of the lifting lug 1 or the chassis assembly 3, which will not be described herein again.

The terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; "coupled" may be direct or indirect through an intermediary. Claims (15)
1. A shackle, comprising:
a hoisting part;
a first connection portion;
and the second connecting part is connected between the hoisting part and the first connecting part after being bent.
2. The shackle of claim 1,
the hoisting part is constructed as a hoisting plate;
the second connecting portion comprises a first end and a second end, the first end is connected with the hoisting plate, the second end is bent towards the direction far away from the hoisting plate after extending in the thickness direction of the hoisting plate, and the second end is connected with the first connecting portion.
3. The shackle of claim 2,
the second end of the second connecting part extends along the direction vertical to the hoisting plate and then is bent,
the hoisting plate and the first connecting part are positioned on the same side of the second connecting part.
4. The shackle of claim 2,
the lug still includes:
an opening provided at a connection of the first connection portion and the second connection portion;
the pressing plate is connected to the side wall, facing the second connecting portion, of the first connecting portion, and extends into the opening.
5. The shackle of claim 4,
the first connecting portion is configured as a connecting plate.
6. The shackle of claim 5,
the first connecting portion is provided with a positioning portion, and the positioning portion is at least one of the following structures: a positioning hole, a positioning groove and a positioning bulge;
the second connecting portion is provided with a mounting hole.
7. The shackle of claim 1, further comprising:
the reinforcing rib is connected with the hoisting part and the second connecting part simultaneously.
8. The shackle according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
and the hoisting part is provided with a hoisting hole and a hoisting notch which are communicated.
9. The shackle of claim 8,
the hoisting hole is a waist-shaped hole.
10. The shackle of claim 8, further comprising:
the hoisting folding edge is arranged at one end, far away from the second connecting part, of the hoisting part, the hoisting folding edge and the second connecting part are located on the same side of the hoisting part, and the hoisting notch penetrates through the hoisting folding edge.
11. A floor assembly, comprising:
the chassis comprises a chassis body and a chassis folding edge which are connected; and
the shackle as defined in any one of claims 1 to 10;
the first connecting portion of the lifting lug is connected with the chassis body in an attaching mode, the pressing plate of the lifting lug is pressed on the chassis body, and part of the second connecting portion of the lifting lug is connected with the folded edge of the chassis in an attaching mode.
12. The floor assembly of claim 11,
the chassis body is further provided with a lifting lug positioning portion, and the lifting lug positioning portion is matched with the positioning portion of the first connecting portion.
13. The floor assembly of claim 11,
a lifting lug mounting hole is formed in the folded edge of the base plate and corresponds to the mounting hole of the second connecting part;
the chassis assembly further includes: a fastener passing through both the shackle mounting hole and the mounting hole of the second connecting portion.
14. The floor assembly of claim 11,
the extending height of the second connecting part in the direction perpendicular to the hoisting plate is matched with the height of the chassis folding edge.
15. An air conditioner, comprising:
the shackle as defined in any one of claims 1 to 10; or
The floor assembly as claimed in any one of claims 11 to 14.
