The cleaning rollers 22 of the impurity cleaning mechanism can be arranged in one row, which is suitable for the unwinding of single cloth, of course, the cleaning mechanism can also be arranged in two rows, namely, two rows of cleaning rollers 22 are arranged in the shell 20, and the two rows of cleaning rollers 22 are arranged up and down, which is suitable for the synchronous unwinding of two layers of cloth. The cloth passes through the upper part of the front side cleaning roller 22 and the lower part of the rear side cleaning roller 22 and bypasses the cleaning roller 22 in an S shape, and roller grooves 29 with U-shaped sections are arranged below the cleaning roller 22 on the front side and above the cleaning roller 22 on the rear side. The height of the roller groove 29 is not more than 3/4 of the cleaning roller 22, and the cleaning roller 22 is arranged in the roller groove 29. The design of the U-shaped of roller slot 29 can make the whole suction direction of cleaning roller 22 towards cloth, improves cleaning roller 22 and to the suction performance of impurity, can scrape down and carry out certain collection to the impurity that cleaning roller 22 was not siphoned away simultaneously, of course, roller slot 29 preferably adopts the detachable mode to be convenient for clear up.
For the high-speed cloth processing production line, the stability of the cloth roll 6 in the unwinding process is high due to the high conveying speed of the cloth, namely the cloth roll 6 does not vibrate or jump, so that the normal work of subsequent process equipment is greatly influenced, and the conventional unwinding cylinder of the carrier roller matched with the compression roller cannot meet the requirement. A further great improvement of the invention therefore consists in optimizing the support properties of the unwinding reel 5.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5-9, the unwinding roll 5 includes a transversely arranged roll body and an encircling component disposed in the roll body, as shown in fig. 5, a leading-out opening 30 is disposed at a lower portion of one side of the roll body, the cloth is led out from the leading-out opening 30, and of course, in order to improve the stability and smoothness of the cloth leading-out, a cloth-out guide roller 54 is disposed at the leading-out opening 30.
The encircling assembly is composed of at least three ring supporting rollers 31 extending along the length direction of the cylinder body, as shown in fig. 7-9, the number of the ring supporting rollers 31 is 4, but may be more. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the feeding top door 43 is hinged to the upper portion of the cylinder, in this way of feeding upwards, the cloth roll 6 needs to be placed into the cylinder through a gap between the feeding top door 43 and the ring carrier roller 31 after being opened, so the number of the ring carrier rollers 31 is not too large, and usually three ring carrier rollers are provided, so that the cloth roll 6 can be clamped, and a mounting area of the cloth roll 6 is formed between the ring carrier rollers 31. Two ends of the ring carrier roller 31 are respectively provided with a swing rod 32, one end of the ring carrier roller 31 is installed on one end of the swing rod 32 and forms a rotating fit with the swing rod 32, and the other end of the swing rod 32 is hinged in an installation hole 33 on the side wall of the cylinder body through a hinge shaft. Through the swinging of the swing rod 32, the invention can drive the ring carrier roller 31 to swing in an arc shape around the hinge shaft, thereby realizing the surrounding clamping of the cloth roll 6.
Of course, the unwinding barrel 5 is further provided with a clamping driving assembly for driving the swing rod 32 corresponding to each ring carrier roller 31 to swing so as to drive each ring carrier roller 31 to clamp and clamp on the cloth roll 6. The clamping and holding driving assembly has more specific structures, for example: the clamping driving component can be a cylinder, an electric push rod and the like for driving the swing rod 32 to swing, but the layout is complex and the equipment cost is high. Therefore, the clamping and holding driving component can be a spring arranged between the middle section of the swing rod 32 and the inner wall of the cylinder, and the spring is used for driving the swing rod 32 to rotate so as to realize clamping and holding.
As shown in fig. 7, a better design scheme of the clamping driving assembly may further be that a plurality of arc-shaped guide holes 34 are uniformly arranged on two end faces of the cylinder body corresponding to the number of the ring rollers 31, and the guide holes 34 are matched with the swing tracks of the ring rollers 31. The ends of the two ends of the ring carrier roller 31 correspondingly penetrate through the guide holes 34 and form sliding fit with the guide holes 34. The elastic restoring member can be in the form of an elastic rope, an elastic telescopic pipe and the like, but the simplest scheme is that the elastic restoring member is a spiral spring 36. By adopting the design, the clamping and holding driving assembly is integrally positioned outside the cylinder body, so that the clamping and holding driving assembly is more convenient to overhaul and replace, and simultaneously lays a foundation for the adjustment of elasticity.
In the use process of the unwinding roll, the cloth roll 6 is placed in the installation area between the ring carrier rollers 31, as shown in the dotted line shaded parts in fig. 8 and 9, each ring carrier roller 31 can always keep stable contact with the cloth roll 6 under the driving of the clamping driving assembly, and as the traditional compression roller positioning mode is replaced by the encircling mode, the cloth roll 6 basically has no jump in the unwinding process, and the small number of ring carrier rollers 31 can adapt to the change of the cloth roll 6 from large to small in the whole unwinding process, such as: when the diameter of the cloth roll 6 is reduced, the coil spring 36 can drive the connectors 35 on the ring supporting rollers 31 to close, so that the ring supporting rollers 31 can slide along the guide holes 34 to close, real-time clamping of the cloth roll 6 is realized, and jumping is prevented. With the improvement of the stability of the cloth roll 6, the influence of the jumping of the cloth roll 6 on the work of the conveying mechanism is reduced, so the invention is particularly suitable for the unwinding requirement of a high-speed cloth processing production line and lays a solid foundation for improving the production efficiency.
Since the angle of the connecting head 35 is changed to a certain degree compared with the spiral spring 36 during the process of following the movement of the ring carrier roller 31 along the guide hole 34, in consideration of the stability of the force applied to the spiral spring 36, it is preferable that the connecting joint of the connecting head 35 and the spiral spring 36 is in a rotatable form, which can follow the rotation, so as to ensure that the spiral spring 36 is in a straight optimal elastic retraction state. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 10, the end of the ring roller 31 is provided with an external thread and is adapted with a nut 37, and a limiting disc 38 is arranged on the ring roller 31 near the nut 37. The connector 35 is sleeved on the ring carrier roller 31 between the nut 37 of the ring carrier roller 31 and the limiting disc 38, and is locked by the nut 37. The periphery of connector 35 is provided with the annular rotation groove of round, install swivel becket 39 in the rotation groove, coil spring 36's one end is connected with swivel becket 39. Through the design of the rotating ring 39, the working condition of the spiral spring 36 can be effectively improved, and the spiral spring 36 is more stable in the retraction process. Meanwhile, the mode is more convenient for processing and assembling each part.
For the cloth roll 6 with a large diameter size, in order to ensure that the ring carrier roller 31 has good clamping performance on the cloth roll 6 in the whole unwinding stage, the maximum stretching limit of the coil spring 36 must meet the requirement of clamping the maximum size of the cloth roll 6, and therefore, when the cloth roll 6 is in the maximum size state, the coil spring 36 may generate an excessive resilience force, so that the cloth roll 6 is clamped too tightly, and the unwinding smoothness is further affected. For this reason, the present invention should also have a function of adjusting the contraction elastic force of the coil spring 36.
As shown in fig. 7 and 11, the hydraulic pressure self-adaptive adjusting device further includes a pressure self-adaptive adjusting assembly, the pressure self-adaptive adjusting assembly includes a hydraulic pressure adjusting cylinder 40, two sliding pistons 41 are disposed in the hydraulic pressure adjusting cylinder 40 and are matched with the hydraulic pressure adjusting cylinder 40, an outer surface of the sliding piston 41 is connected to the other end of the coil spring 36, and in order to prevent the movable piston 41 from being out of position, a limiting component for limiting a limit position of the sliding piston 41 in the hydraulic pressure adjusting cylinder may be disposed in the hydraulic pressure adjusting cylinder 40. And a pumping and discharging pipeline 42 is further arranged on the side wall of the middle section of the hydraulic adjusting cylinder 40, and the pumping and discharging pipeline 42 is communicated with a hydraulic pump. The pressure self-adaptive adjusting assembly further comprises a pressure sensor which is arranged on the ring carrier roller 31 and used for detecting the pressure between the ring carrier roller 31 and the cloth roll 6, and the pressure sensor and the hydraulic pump are both electrically connected with the controller. When the pressure sensor is used, the pressure sensor detects the pressure value of the ring carrier roller 31 to the cloth roll 6 in real time, when the pressure value is too large, the hydraulic pump injects hydraulic oil into the hydraulic adjusting cylinder 40 through the pumping and discharging pipeline 42, the sliding piston 41 slides towards the two ends, and the elasticity of the spiral spring 36 is reduced. On the contrary, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pressure adjusting cylinder 40 is pumped out by the hydraulic pump, and the sliding piston 41 is gathered toward the center, thereby increasing the elastic force of the coil spring 36.
Considering that the ring rollers 31 need to be opened when the cloth roll 6 is installed, the invention preferably makes the end of the swing link 32 far away from the ring roller 31 be provided with a hook head 44, and the hook head 44 extends out of the cylinder body through the installation hole 33. By applying acting force to the hook head 44, the swing rod 32 is driven to rotate, and the ring carrier roller 31 is driven to open. The specific driving mode is that, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the invention further comprises an opening driving assembly, wherein the opening driving assembly comprises adjusting rings 45 sleeved on the circumferential surfaces of the two ends of the cylinder, and the adjusting rings 45 are mounted on the cylinder through bearings 46. The inner surface of the adjusting ring 45 is provided with a toothed block 47 which is matched with the hook head 44 on the swing rod 32, and the outer surface of the adjusting ring 45 is provided with a toothed ring 48. Open drive assembly still including setting up the pivot 49 that extends along barrel length direction in the barrel bottom, the middle section and the fixed open motor 50 transmission that sets up in the barrel bottom of pivot 49 are connected, and the both ends of pivot 49 are fixed and are provided with adjusting gear 51, adjusting gear 51 meshes mutually with the ring gear 48 on the adjustable ring 45. During operation, the motor 50 is opened to drive the rotating shaft 49 to rotate, the rotating shaft 49 drives the adjusting gear 51, the adjusting gear 51 drives the toothed ring 48, the toothed ring 48 drives the adjusting ring 45, and the toothed block 47 on the inner surface of the adjusting ring 45 pushes the hook head 44 to drive the swing rod 32 in the rotating process. In this way, the ring carrier roller 31 of the invention is more convenient to open, thereby facilitating the installation and replacement of the cloth roll 6.
In addition, the unwinding barrel 5 of the invention should keep the limit control of the two ends of the cloth roll 6, so that the cloth roll moves in the axial direction of the unwinding barrel 5, and therefore, the center of the end surfaces of the two ends of the barrel of the invention is also provided with an adjusting screw rod 52, and the adjusting screw rod 52 extends along the axial direction of the barrel and forms a threaded fit with the end surface of the barrel. The inner end of the adjusting screw rod 52 is provided with an end disc, and the outer end is provided with an adjusting hand wheel 53. The adjusting screw 52 can be rotated through the adjusting hand wheel 53, and then the end disc is driven to change the position through the expansion of the adjusting screw 52 in the cylinder, the end disc is utilized to limit the end part of the cloth roll 6 to a certain degree, of course, in order to further reduce the friction force between the end disc and the end part of the cloth roll 6, the end disc can adopt the form of a rotating disc, or the end disc is connected with the adjusting screw 52 through a rotary joint.

Claims (9)

1. A textile fabric unwinding drum comprises a base (1), wherein a cloth roll supporting mechanism (2) and a conveying mechanism (3) are sequentially arranged on the base (1) along the cloth conveying direction;
the method is characterized in that: the cloth roll supporting mechanism (2) comprises a pair of mounting side plates (4) arranged on two sides of the front end of the base (1), two unwinding drums (5) are arranged between the mounting side plates (4), and a cloth roll (6) is respectively arranged on each of the two unwinding drums (5);
the unwinding drum (5) comprises a drum body arranged transversely and an encircling assembly arranged in the drum body, and the lower part of one side of the drum body is provided with a guide outlet (30);
the encircling assembly at least comprises three ring carrier rollers (31) extending along the length direction of the cylinder body, and an installation area of a cloth roll (6) is formed between the ring carrier rollers (31); two ends of the ring carrier roller (31) are respectively provided with a swing rod (32), one end of the ring carrier roller (31) is installed on one end of the swing rod (32) and is in running fit with the swing rod (32), and the other end of the swing rod (32) is hinged in an installation hole (33) in the side wall of the cylinder body through a hinge shaft;
the unwinding drum (5) is further provided with a swing rod (32) used for driving each ring carrier roller (31) to swing so as to drive each ring carrier roller (31) to clamp and embrace a clamping and embracing driving assembly on the cloth roll (6).
