Description
Technical Field

Background
The transportation industry is the life line of the market economy, and vehicles occupy an important position in the life and production of people. The vehicle is one of important vehicles, and the vehicle generally includes a hydraulic brake system for reducing the speed of the vehicle or stopping the vehicle, so as to control the distance between vehicles and the speed of the vehicle and ensure the safety performance of the vehicle during running. The hydraulic brake system in the prior art is composed of a brake pedal, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a brake disc, a brake pad and the like, and comprises a series of sensors for adjusting feedback and providing a buffer device for adjusting vibration in a brake.
In the conventional brake, there are the following problems:
in the existing brake, the brake pedal directly controls the brake, and manpower is a laborious thing to control the brake pedal.
To address the issue of manual control, some prior art systems provide power-assisted brakes that increase the weight of the vehicle due to the complexity and use of large components. Such as the braking system that patent CN105857283A proposed, it adopts worm gear and rack and pinion as the drive mechanism, and this kind of scheme, the efficiency of transmission is lower, and the performance requirement to the motor is higher, also does not contribute to cost saving and energy-conservation of car. The electric power-assisted brake based on the ball screw mechanism, such as the CN103129546A patent, has complex structure processing and installation, high cost and difficult popularization.
In the prior art, the power-assisted brake fails to provide redundant brake backup for a brake system, and when a motor fails, the backup brake force is insufficient.
The prior art booster brake has a problem of complicated structure even if a portable structure such as a connecting rod is used, and two transmission systems of a pedal brake and a booster brake are faced.
In the prior art, power-assisted braking and pedal braking are neglected, and a powerful and stable pedal driving transmission path is lacked.
The prior art power brakes involve complicated gear mechanisms which, however, have a guiding requirement, but it is not possible to design a guide for each gear part, since space is not allowed.
In the prior art, when emergency danger avoiding braking or overspeed braking is carried out, the problem that an accelerator is used as a brake is not expected, and serious accidents can occur.
