Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a plastic pipe fitting, in particular to an antistatic plastic pipe.
Background
The plastic pipe has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, good electrical insulation, shock absorption, noise suppression, good forming processability and the like, and meanwhile, the strength can meet the practical application, so the plastic pipe is widely applied to various fields. However, static charges are accumulated on the surface of the plastic pipe under the conditions of contact, friction, collision and the like, the generated static charges are difficult to transfer, and when the static charges are accumulated to a certain degree, potential safety hazards can be brought, the product is easy to electrically breakdown, and fire disasters are easy to cause. For special use environments, such as gas stations and mines, the antistatic requirements of the plastic pipe are more strict.
It is therefore desirable to produce a plastic tube that is antistatic, eliminates adverse effects on the product, and reduces the safety risks associated with the use of plastic tubes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an antistatic plastic pipe which can effectively eliminate static electricity, has high compressive strength and high temperature resistance and prolongs the service life.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an antistatic plastic pipe comprising:
a plastic substrate layer;
the antistatic composite layer is wrapped on the outer side of the substrate layer, and a conductive ground wire is arranged in the antistatic composite layer; and
and the insulating layer wraps the outer side of the antistatic composite layer.
Compared with the prior art, the antistatic plastic pipe has the advantages that the antistatic composite layer is wrapped on the outer side of the plastic base material layer, the ground wire is arranged in the antistatic plastic pipe, the antistatic plastic pipe is convenient to conduct, static charges can be eliminated in the using process of the plastic pipe, the insulating layer is wrapped on the outer side of the antistatic composite layer, the human body can be prevented from being contacted and conducting, the compressive strength is improved, the high temperature is resistant, and the service life is prolonged.
Preferably, the antistatic composite layer is an antistatic coating, and the antistatic coating is prepared from the following components: the coating comprises, by weight, 100 parts of acrylic resin, 50 parts of water, 20 parts of conductive graphite, 0.5 part of a silane coupling agent and 1 part of a dispersing agent.
Preferably, the dispersing agent is formed by mixing triethyl hexyl phosphoric acid and sodium dodecyl sulfate according to the mass ratio of 1: 3.
Preferably, the insulating layer is chopped glass fiber.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an antistatic plastic tube according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The antistatic plastics pipes according to the invention are illustrated in the following examples, without restricting the invention thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, the antistatic plastic pipe 100 of the present invention comprises:
a plastic base material layer 101;
the antistatic composite layer 102 is wrapped on the outer side of the substrate layer 101, and a conductive ground wire 103 is installed inside the antistatic composite layer 102; and
an insulating layer 104 wrapping the outer side of the antistatic composite layer.
The antistatic plastic pipe 100 is a hollow pipe, and the plastic substrate layer 101 can be made of high-strength high-temperature-resistant plastic. The antistatic composite layer 102 is an antistatic coating coated on a plastic substrate layer. The antistatic coating is prepared from the following components: the conductive graphite coating comprises, by weight, 100 parts of acrylic resin, 50 parts of water, 20 parts of conductive graphite, 0.5 part of a silane coupling agent and 1 part of a dispersing agent, wherein the dispersing agent is preferably formed by mixing triethylhexyl phosphoric acid and sodium dodecyl sulfate according to a mass ratio of 1: 3. The raw materials are uniformly stirred to form a coating, and the coating is uniformly coated on the outer wall of the plastic substrate layer to form the antistatic composite layer 102.
In order to further improve the antistatic ability, a conductive ground wire 103 is installed inside the antistatic composite layer, and static charges can be eliminated from the plastic pipe during use by using the conductive ground wire 103.
Finally, an insulating layer 104 is coated on the outer side of the antistatic composite layer. Preferably, the insulating layer 104 is chopped glass fiber. The chopped glass fiber is prepared by adding glass raw materials into a platinum crucible, melting the glass raw materials into molten glass at the high temperature of 1300-1500 ℃, compressing the molten glass into filaments, collecting the filaments by a bundling wheel, and finally cutting the filaments into chopped glass fibers. The chopped glass fiber has high strength, good thermoplasticity, chemical corrosion resistance and good processing performance, thereby leading the application field of the plastic pipe to be wider.
In summary, the antistatic plastic pipe 100 of the present invention is formed by wrapping the antistatic composite layer 102 on the outer side of the plastic substrate layer 101, the antistatic composite layer 102 contains the antistatic paint and is internally installed with the ground wire 103 for facilitating electrical conduction, so that static charges can be eliminated during the use of the plastic pipe, the insulating layer 104 is wrapped on the outer side of the antistatic composite layer 102 for preventing the human body from contacting and conducting electricity, and simultaneously, the compressive strength is improved, and the plastic pipe is resistant to high temperature, so as to prolong the service life.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
