Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the distance between the first abutting portion 120 and the pull rod hook 130 is set according to the distance between the protruding portion of the bottom wall of the upper diesel engine body 10 (the position where the pull rod hook 130 is hooked) and the flange 21 (the flange for fixing the diesel engine intake branch pipe) on the water collecting pipe 20, so that it can be ensured that the first abutting portion 120 abuts against the diesel engine intake branch pipe 22 stably, and the pull rod hook 130 forms a fulcrum, so that the pull rod 110 forms a lever structure.

Further, the elastic member 132 is a spring. The spring is vertically placed on the supporting plate 121, one end is connected to the supporting plate 121, the other end is connected to the connecting end 1313 of the pull rod hook 130, when the pull rod hook 130 extends into the inner side of the diesel engine body 10, the distance between the pull rod hook 130 and the first abutting portion 120 can be shortened through the compression spring, and therefore the pull rod hook 130 can be conveniently extended into the protruding portion of the bottom wall of the diesel engine body 10. When the pull rod hook 130 hooks the protruding portion of the bottom wall of the diesel engine body 10, the spring is reset at this time, and a pretightening force is generated on the pull rod hook 130, so that the pull rod hook 130 is more stably connected to the diesel engine body 10 to form a stable fulcrum.
Further, the second abutting portion 150 is rotatably connected to the first end 111 of the pull rod 110, so that the second abutting portion 150 can rotate relative to the pull rod 110, and thus the position of the second abutting portion 150 can be more conveniently adjusted, and the second abutting portion 150 is stably supported on the diesel engine body 10. In the illustrated embodiment, the second abutting portion 150 is rotatably connected to the pull rod 110 by a pin.
