The invention has the beneficial effects that: the first clamping device is arranged and can drive the rotating ring to rotate by driving the gear located on the upper side of the gear cavity II to rotate for driving the rotating shaft to rotate for four times, the rotating shaft for four times drives the gear for seven times, and the gear for seven times drives the clamping rod to slide to a position close to one side of the fixed connecting frame for driving the clamping block to clamp the upper shell of the smoke collector; the smoke collector is provided with the second clamping device and the driving device, so that the left and right side wall bodies and the upper side wall body of the lower shell of the smoke collector can be extruded, reinforced and moved leftwards respectively, the effect of stable clamping is realized, and the welding quality and the welding efficiency are effectively improved; the welding device is arranged, the clamping rod and the laser head II can be fixedly welded in a specified welding track in a moving mode, the angle of the lower shell of the smoke collector is adjusted, and accordingly welding consistency is achieved.

When the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector is tightened, the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector is firstly placed on the upper side of the lower support frame 55, the side clamping blocks 27 on the left side and the right side of the lower support frame 55 are started to clamp the left side and the right side of the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector, and the second motor 28 is started, so that the upper wall clamping block 29 is driven to clamp the upper side of the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector.
When the clamped upper shell 49 and the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector are subjected to laser welding, the sliding cavity 62 and the motor III 11 are started firstly, the sliding cavity 62 and the motor III 11 are started to drive the second threaded rod 61 and the first threaded rod 12 to rotate, the second threaded rod 61 and the first threaded rod 12 rotate to drive the lower side fixing rod 31 and the upper side fixing rod 13 to move leftwards or rightwards, so that the bracket 30 is driven to move leftwards or rightwards, and the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector is clamped and the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector is moved to the left side position to be tightly matched with the upper shell 49 of the smoke collector; and then the first motor 32 is started, the first motor 32 rotates to drive the first rotating shaft 39 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 39 rotates to drive the second gear 33 to rotate, the second gear 33 rotates to drive the third rotating shaft 37 to rotate, the third rotating shaft 37 rotates to drive the third rotating gear 38 to rotate, the third rotating gear 38 rotates to drive the rotating wheel 17 to rotate, the rotating wheel 17 rotates to drive the sliding rod 18 to rotate, so that the first connecting rod 63 and the second connecting rod 52 are driven to move along the track, and the first laser head 64 and the second laser head 51 are driven to weld the upper shell 49 of the smoke collector and the lower shell 54 of the smoke collector.
