As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the bladder inflator comprises a frame 1, wherein a limit measuring platform 2 and an inflation unit are arranged on the frame 1, and the inflation unit is arranged right above the limit measuring platform; the middle part of the limiting measurement platform 2 is provided with a round hole 3, three groups of inflation detection devices are arranged around the round hole 3 on the limiting measurement platform 2, each inflation detection device comprises a strip-shaped mounting groove 4 and a laser correlation inductive switch 5, and the transmitting part and the receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch 5 are oppositely arranged at two ends of the inside of the mounting groove 4; wherein, the laser correlation inductive switch 5 adopts an E3F2 series photoelectric sensor produced by Nanjing Mimsong company; the middle part of one side of the mounting groove 4 close to the round hole 3 is provided with a detection hole 6 communicated with the round hole 3, and a connecting line between the transmitting part and the receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch 5 is intersected with the inner circle of the round hole 3. When the inflation quantity of the bladder is large enough, the side wall of the bladder can block the receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch 5 from receiving the signal, so that the laser correlation inductive switch 5 can judge that the inflation quantity of the bladder meets the requirement and feed the inflation quantity back to the control cabinet 16, and the control cabinet 16 further controls the on-off of the air source.
The inflation unit comprises an inflation cylinder 7 and an air needle 8, a cylinder body of the inflation cylinder 7 is mounted at the top of the frame 1 through two mounting plates 9, one end, far away from the cylinder body, of a piston rod of the inflation cylinder 7 is connected with a first baffle plate 10, the air needle 8 is connected with the first baffle plate 10, a needle hole of the air needle 8 faces the circle center of the round hole 3, and the other end of the air needle 8 is connected with an air source; an inflation buffer box 11 is connected between the air needle 8 and the air source, an air inlet and an air outlet which are respectively communicated with the air source and the air needle 8 are arranged on the inflation buffer box 11, and the inflation buffer box 11 is connected with a first baffle 10.
An automatic ball-poking device is further arranged on one side of the air needle 8 and comprises a ball-poking cylinder 12, a cylinder body of the ball-poking cylinder 12 is mounted on the side wall of the inflatable buffer box 11, one end, far away from the cylinder body, of a piston rod of the ball-poking cylinder 12 is connected with a second baffle plate 13, and a ball-poking piece is connected onto the second baffle plate 13; the ball poking piece is a ball poking piece 14, one end of the ball poking piece 14 is fixedly connected to the second baffle 13, a small hole 15 is formed in the middle of the ball poking piece 14, and the air needle 8 can penetrate through the small hole 15.
When the ball poking cylinder 12 contracts, the air needle 8 penetrates through the ball poking sheet 14; when the ball-poking cylinder 12 extends, the ball-poking sheet 14 moves downwards and is positioned right below the air needle 8.
A control cabinet 16 is arranged on one side of the frame 1, and the control cabinet 16 is used for receiving signals of the laser correlation inductive switch 5, controlling the actions of the inflation cylinder 7 and the ball-poking cylinder 12 and controlling the on-off of an air source. The inflation cylinder 7 and the ball-poking cylinder 12 are both double-rod double-shaft cylinders.
The frame 1 is obliquely provided with a discharging channel 17 below the limiting measuring platform 2, and the lower end of the discharging channel 17 is led to one side of the frame 1.
As shown in fig. 4, in practical use, a plurality of bladder inflators of the present invention can be placed on a combined console for easy control and management. The control cabinet 16 of each bladder inflator is centrally arranged on one side of the frame 1, the discharge channels 17 of each bladder inflator are connected, and the lower end of each discharge channel 17 is led to one side of the frame 1 far away from the control cabinet 16.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention adopts a limit measuring platform 2 and an inflation detection device, a detection hole 6 communicated with a round hole 3 is arranged in the middle of one side of an installation groove 4 of the inflation detection device close to the round hole 3, and a connecting line between an emitting part and a receiving part of a laser correlation inductive switch 5 is intersected with the inner circle of the round hole 3; when the inflation quantity of the bladder is large enough, the side wall of the bladder can block the receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch 5 from receiving the signal, so that the laser correlation inductive switch 5 can judge that the inflation quantity of the bladder meets the requirement and feed back the inflation quantity to the control cabinet 16, and the control cabinet 16 further controls the on-off of the air source; the automatic detection of whether the inflation quantity of the bladder reaches a preset size or not is completed, and the inflation is automatically stopped when the inflation of the bladder reaches a specified size.
Different limiting measuring platforms 2 can be replaced according to different sizes of the detected bladders, the diameters of the round holes 3 of the different limiting measuring platforms 2 are different, and the distances from the needle points of the air needles 8 to the circle centers of the round holes 3 are different.
As shown in figure 3, the automatic ball-poking device adopted by the invention can automatically control the ball-poking sheet to poke the bladder from the air needle after the inflation quantity of the bladder meets the requirement and the inflation is stopped; when the bladder stops inflating, the ball-poking cylinder 12 will move, the ball-poking cylinder 12 drives the ball-poking sheet 14 to move down, the bladder is poked from the air needle 8, and then the ball-poking cylinder 12 drives the ball-poking sheet 14 to move up to the initial position.
As shown in FIG. 4, the discharging channel 17 adopted by the present invention is inclined, so that the bladder can be guided to roll to a designated position after being pulled down by the ball-pulling sheet 14.

a round hole (3) is formed in the middle of the limiting measuring platform (2), an inflation detection device is arranged on the limiting measuring platform (2) and around the round hole (3), the inflation detection device comprises a mounting groove (4) and a laser correlation inductive switch (5), and an emitting part and a receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch (5) are oppositely arranged at two ends of the inside of the mounting groove (4); the middle of one side, close to the round hole (3), of the mounting groove (4) is provided with a detection hole (6) communicated with the round hole (3), and a connecting line between the transmitting part and the receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch (5) is intersected with the inner circle of the round hole (3).

The bladder inflator according to claim 2, wherein the inflation unit comprises an inflation cylinder (7) and an air needle (8), a cylinder body of the inflation cylinder (7) is mounted at the top of the frame (1) through two mounting plates (9), one end, away from the cylinder body, of a piston rod of the inflation cylinder (7) is connected with a first baffle (10), the air needle (8) is connected with the first baffle (10), a needle hole of the air needle (8) faces the center of the circular hole (3), and the other end of the air needle (8) is connected with an air source.

The bladder inflator according to claim 3, wherein an inflation buffer box (11) is connected between the gas needle (8) and the gas source, the inflation buffer box (11) is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet which are respectively communicated with the gas source and the gas needle (8), and the inflation buffer box (11) is connected with the first baffle (10).
