The inflation cylinder 7 and the ball-poking cylinder 12 are both double-rod double-shaft cylinders.
The frame 1 is obliquely provided with a discharging channel 17 below the limiting measuring platform 2, and the lower end of the discharging channel 17 is led to one side of the frame 1.
As shown in fig. 4, in practical use, a plurality of bladder inflators of the present invention can be placed on a combined console for easy control and management. The control cabinet 16 of each bladder inflator is centrally arranged on one side of the frame 1, the discharge channels 17 of each bladder inflator are connected, and the lower end of each discharge channel 17 is led to one side of the frame 1 far away from the control cabinet 16.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention adopts a limit measuring platform 2 and an inflation detection device, a detection hole 6 communicated with a round hole 3 is arranged in the middle of one side of an installation groove 4 of the inflation detection device close to the round hole 3, and a connecting line between an emitting part and a receiving part of a laser correlation inductive switch 5 is intersected with the inner circle of the round hole 3; when the inflation quantity of the bladder is large enough, the side wall of the bladder can block the receiving part of the laser correlation inductive switch 5 from receiving the signal, so that the laser correlation inductive switch 5 can judge that the inflation quantity of the bladder meets the requirement and feed back the inflation quantity to the control cabinet 16, and the control cabinet 16 further controls the on-off of the air source; the automatic detection of whether the inflation quantity of the bladder reaches a preset size or not is completed, and the inflation is automatically stopped when the inflation of the bladder reaches a specified size.
Different limiting measuring platforms 2 can be replaced according to different sizes of the detected bladders, the diameters of the round holes 3 of the different limiting measuring platforms 2 are different, and the distances from the needle points of the air needles 8 to the circle centers of the round holes 3 are different.
As shown in figure 3, the automatic ball-poking device adopted by the invention can automatically control the ball-poking sheet to poke the bladder from the air needle after the inflation quantity of the bladder meets the requirement and the inflation is stopped; when the bladder stops inflating, the ball-poking cylinder 12 will move, the ball-poking cylinder 12 drives the ball-poking sheet 14 to move down, the bladder is poked from the air needle 8, and then the ball-poking cylinder 12 drives the ball-poking sheet 14 to move up to the initial position.
As shown in FIG. 4, the discharging channel 17 adopted by the present invention is inclined, so that the bladder can be guided to roll to a designated position after being pulled down by the ball-pulling sheet 14.
