Description

Real-time coagulation treatment system for patient wound
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to a real-time coagulation treatment system for a wound of a patient.
Background
Medically, blood flows out of the heart and blood vessels, called hemorrhage (hemorrhage), and blood flows out of the body cavity or tissue, called internal hemorrhage, and external hemorrhage.
Bleeding can be classified into both ruptured bleeding and leaky bleeding according to the mechanism of blood escape.
Disruptive bleeding is caused by rupture of the heart or blood vessel walls. Rupture can occur in the heart (such as rupture of a cardiac wall tumor) and in arteries, and can be caused by lesions of the arterial wall itself (such as aortic aneurysm) or by erosion of the arterial wall due to paraarterial lesions (such as destruction of pulmonary vascular wall by tuberculosis cavity, erosion of local vascular wall by cancer tissues of lung cancer, gastric cancer and cervical cancer, and erosion of blood vessels at ulcer bottom of chronic ulcers of stomach and duodenum by lesions). The cause of venous rupture bleeding in addition to trauma, a more common example is rupture of esophageal varices during cirrhosis. The disruptive bleeding of capillaries occurs in localized soft tissue injuries.
This bleeding is due to increased permeability of the vessel wall in the posterior capillary vein, capillary vessels, and anterior capillary arteries, and leakage of blood out of the lumen through enlarged endothelial interstitial spaces and damaged vascular basement membrane. Spontaneous bleeding, i.e., bleeding which occurs when hemorrhagic diathesis is present, is leakage bleeding.
At present, whether the bleeding amount of the wound of the patient in the operation state is over-limit or not can not be detected and correspondingly dealt with by adopting an electronic solution, so that the work is still required to be specifically executed by medical staff, and the work burden of the medical staff is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention has at least the following three key inventions:
(1) detecting whether the bleeding amount of the wound of the patient in the operation state exceeds the limit or not, and sending a bleeding warning signal to trigger the thrombin to be injected into the human body when excessive bleeding occurs;
(2) in the operation of performing thrombin injection into a human body, the dose of thrombin injected into the human body is proportional to the amount of bleeding;
(3) the time interval of the thrombin injection mechanism for injecting the thrombin again exceeds the preset time length so as to avoid injecting the thrombin too frequently.
According to an aspect of the present invention there is provided a real-time coagulation treatment system for a wound of a patient, the system comprising:
a blood delivery tube inserted into a wound of a patient in an operative state for supplying blood to the patient in the operative state;
the injection port of the thrombin injection mechanism is connected with the blood transfusion tube at the wound and used for determining the injection of thrombin with corresponding dosage to the blood transfusion tube through the injection port based on the number of blood pixel points in the nearest neighbor interpolation image when a bleeding warning signal is received;
the timing snapshot mechanism is used for carrying out snapshot actions at preset time intervals in the face of a wound of a patient in a surgical state so as to obtain an image of the environment of the wound;
the direction filtering equipment is connected with the timing snapshot mechanism and used for executing direction filtering processing on the received wound environment image so as to obtain and output a corresponding direction filtering image;
the sharpening processing equipment is connected with the directional filtering equipment and is used for executing geometric mean filtering processing on the received directional filtering image so as to obtain and output a corresponding sharpening processing image;
the data interpolation device is connected with the sharpening processing device and used for executing nearest neighbor interpolation processing on the received sharpening processing image so as to obtain and output a corresponding nearest neighbor interpolation image;
the bleeding verification device is connected with the data interpolation device and used for acquiring the gray value of each pixel point in the nearest neighbor interpolation image, taking the pixel points of which the gray values are less than or equal to a blood body gray threshold value as blood body pixel points, and sending a bleeding warning signal when the number of the blood body pixel points in the nearest neighbor interpolation image is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold value;
wherein, the step of determining the injection of thrombin with corresponding dosage to the blood transfusion vessel through the injection port based on the number of blood volume pixel points in the nearest neighbor interpolation image comprises the following steps: the number of the blood volume pixel points is in direct proportion to the determined thrombin dosage;
wherein, the time interval of the thrombin injection mechanism for injecting the thrombin for the second time exceeds the preset time length.
The patient wound real-time coagulation processing system disclosed by the invention is intelligent in control and labor-saving. Whether the bleeding amount of the wound of the patient in the operation state exceeds the limit or not can be detected, so that when excessive bleeding occurs, a bleeding warning signal is sent to trigger thrombin to be injected into a human body, and the manual operation of medical staff is effectively replaced.
Drawings
Embodiments of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the patient wound real-time coagulation treatment system of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Various traumas, often causing damage to the skin and soft tissues, and in severe cases even limb amputation. The wound is treated correctly, so that the wound can heal quickly; on the contrary, the patients may be suppurative and infected for a long time, and even the life is threatened by complicated systemic infection, gas gangrene, tetanus and the like. Therefore, the wound must be treated strictly and carefully.
Once a human body is wounded, if the wound is not treated timely, the wound is easy to infect. The principle of treating wounds is: 1. hemostasis: can stop bleeding in time according to specific conditions. 2. Wrapping: the wound is properly wrapped, so that the wound can bleed less, fester less and pain less. When the binding is carried out, the binding is fast, accurate, light, firm and fast, and the action is quick and quick; accurate and strict position; light, the action is light, and the wound is not touched; firm, firm and proper tightness.
However, at present, it is impossible to detect whether the bleeding amount of the wound of the patient in the operation state is over-limit, and it is further impossible to send a bleeding warning signal to trigger the injection of thrombin into the human body when the bleeding is excessive, so that these tasks still need to be completed by limited medical staff.
In order to overcome the defects, the invention builds a real-time coagulation treatment system for the wound of the patient, and can effectively solve the corresponding technical problem.

the timing snapshot mechanism is used for carrying out snapshot actions at preset time intervals in the face of a wound of a patient in a surgical state so as to obtain an image of the environment of the wound;
the direction filtering equipment is connected with the timing snapshot mechanism and used for executing direction filtering processing on the received wound environment image so as to obtain and output a corresponding direction filtering image;
the sharpening processing equipment is connected with the directional filtering equipment and is used for executing geometric mean filtering processing on the received directional filtering image so as to obtain and output a corresponding sharpening processing image;
the data interpolation device is connected with the sharpening processing device and used for executing nearest neighbor interpolation processing on the received sharpening processing image so as to obtain and output a corresponding nearest neighbor interpolation image;
the bleeding verification device is connected with the data interpolation device and used for acquiring the gray value of each pixel point in the nearest neighbor interpolation image, taking the pixel points of which the gray values are less than or equal to a blood body gray threshold value as blood body pixel points, and sending a bleeding warning signal when the number of the blood body pixel points in the nearest neighbor interpolation image is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold value;
wherein, the step of determining the injection of thrombin with corresponding dosage to the blood transfusion vessel through the injection port based on the number of blood volume pixel points in the nearest neighbor interpolation image comprises the following steps: the number of the blood volume pixel points is in direct proportion to the determined thrombin dosage;
wherein, the time interval of the thrombin injection mechanism for injecting the thrombin for the second time exceeds the preset time length.
