Technical Field

Background
At present, the air treatment mode of the automobile air conditioner mainly adopts a filter element, viruses cannot be filtered in the mode, and bacteria can be bred in the filter element for prolonging the service life. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the controllable sterilizing device for the vehicle air conditioner comprises a lamp tube 7, an ultraviolet LED light-emitting chip, a mounting rod 3, a plug connector 1 and a driver 2.
The ultraviolet LED light-emitting chips are a group of ultraviolet LED light-emitting chips with different wave bands; a group of ultraviolet LED light-emitting chips are arranged in the lamp tube, and a group of ultraviolet rays with different wave bands have good disinfection effect on pathogenic bacteria and viruses, so that the purification effect in the vehicle is improved.
The mounting rod 3 is used for mounting an air conditioner, and the lamp tube is arranged on the mounting rod; preferably, the installation rod is an installation screw rod, and a screw hole matched with the installation screw rod is arranged on the side wall of the air outlet of the air conditioner filter element of the vehicle air conditioner, so that the vehicle air conditioner is convenient to disassemble and install.
The plug connector is connected with an air conditioner controller or a vehicle control unit which can give out air conditioner wind speed signals. The plug connector is used for connecting a vehicle-end power supply and an air-conditioning air speed signal and is arranged at one end of the mounting rod; the lamp tube is arranged at the other end of the mounting rod, and the driver is positioned between the plug connector and the lamp tube, so that the lamp tube is compact in structure, small in occupied space and convenient to arrange and mount.
The driver is used for receiving the wind speed signal and adjusting the power supply voltage of the ultraviolet LED light-emitting chip according to the wind speed signal, and the driver is arranged on the mounting rod.
Preferably, the driver is sleeved on the mounting rod, the mounting rod is a mounting screw rod, and the driver is provided with a mounting screw hole matched with the mounting screw rod.
An arc convex surface is arranged in the lamp tube, and the group of ultraviolet LED light-emitting chips are uniformly arranged on the arc convex surface; the wave band range of the ultraviolet LED light-emitting chips is 200nm-300 nm.

the connector is used for connecting a power supply at the vehicle end with a wind speed signal; the normal power supply voltage range is 9-16V, and the requirements of automotive electrical appliances are met; the wind speed signal is a voltage signal which can be given by an air conditioner or a vehicle controller.
The driver is used for receiving the wind speed signal, adjusting the power supply voltage of the ultraviolet LED according to the wind speed signal, and increasing the output voltage along with the increase of the wind speed and reducing the voltage along with the decrease of the wind speed. The driver can regulate the output voltage between 9V and 18V according to the boosting principle; different wind speed signals are realized, and the voltage is adjusted to drive the ultraviolet lamp to emit ultraviolet light with different intensities.
The lamp tube is internally provided with three ultraviolet LED chips, namely an ultraviolet LED light-emitting chip I4, an ultraviolet LED light-emitting chip II 5 and an ultraviolet LED light-emitting chip III 6; can respectively emit ultraviolet light with wave bands of 220nm, 250nm and 280nm for sterilization. The three wave bands have good disinfection effect on pathogenic bacteria and viruses. Three LED chips are planted in a convex lamp tube as shown in the attached drawing (the sequence of the chips has no special requirement), so that air flows through ultraviolet light of three wave bands at a time to realize disinfection.
The installation screw rod is conveniently installed on the outer wall of the air outlet of the air conditioner filter element; like the screw, the utility model is convenient and fast. The vehicle air conditioning system is slightly modified, and a large amount of modification cost is saved; the filter element can be simultaneously disinfected when being arranged at the filter element.
