Claims (10)

1. An absorbent core comprising a body characterized by: the body comprises an inner core formed by piling wood pulp cotton and toilet paper arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner core, the body is provided with more than two grooves along the length direction, each groove is arranged side by side along the width direction at intervals, a convex part is formed between two adjacent grooves on the inner core, water-absorbing macromolecules are arranged in the grooves, two ends of the inner core in the length direction are respectively coated with dust-free blocking paper, each dust-free blocking paper seals one end of each groove along the length direction, the ratio of the width of each groove to the width of the convex part is 1:3-2:3, the width of each groove is 10-20mm, the width of the convex part is 15-30mm, the thickness of the inner core at the convex part is 3-5mm, the thickness of the inner core at the groove is 1.5-2.5mm, a V-shaped recess for adjusting the deformation and bending amount and facilitating demoulding is arranged on the convex part in the middle part of the inner core in an extending manner along the length direction, the cross-section of slot is the trapezoidal form that bottom width is big and opening width is little, and after the polymer that absorbs water the inflation, can make the absorption core take place to warp, warp and appear the width direction's of absorption core middle part upwards hunch-up and absorb the width direction's of core both sides downwarping.
2. An absorbent core as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of each groove is provided with a plurality of step-shaped depressions, and the depth of each step-shaped depression is 0.5-1 mm.
3. An absorbent core as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the maximum width of each V-shaped recess is less than 1mm, and the depth is more than 1 mm.
4. An absorbent core as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the difference between the width of the bottom of the groove and the width of the opening of the groove is 2-4 mm.
5. An absorbent core as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hollow fibers are mixed in the inner core, and the mass ratio of the wood pulp cotton to the hollow fibers is 20: 1-40: 1.
6. an absorbent core as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water-absorbing polymer in the groove does not protrude out of the upper end face of the groove.
7. An absorbent core according to claim 6, wherein: the distance between the water-absorbing polymer in the groove and the upper end face of the groove is larger than 0.5 mm.
8. A process for forming an absorbent core according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, an inner core is formed through a die wheel, a plurality of forming dies are arranged on the die wheel, each die comprises a body, a cavity which penetrates out of the upper surface of the body upwards is arranged on the body, a plurality of inverted trapezoidal bosses are arranged at the bottom of the cavity, trapezoidal protrusions are arranged on the inverted trapezoidal bosses, a conical protrusion is arranged between every two adjacent inverted trapezoidal bosses, then the formed inner core is output, grooves corresponding to the inverted trapezoidal bosses are formed in the inner core, protruding parts are formed in the positions, except the grooves, of the inner core, V-shaped recesses corresponding to the conical protrusions and trapezoidal recesses corresponding to the trapezoidal protrusions are formed in the inner core, water-absorbing high polymers are not added in the forming of the die wheel, then the inner core is output, and toilet paper is used for supporting;
secondly, pressing an inner core on the toilet paper by using a pressing wheel, wherein the pressing height of the pressing wheel is 75% -85% of the height of the inner core, and the pressing wheel comprises a wheel body for pressing a convex part and a wheel body bulge arranged on the wheel body for pressing a groove;
thirdly, adding water-absorbing macromolecules by utilizing a macromolecule adding device, wherein the length and the width of a discharge hole of the macromolecule adding device are both smaller than those of the groove;
and fourthly, coating the two ends of the inner core in the length direction by using dust-free paper, and coating the upper surface of the inner core by using toilet paper.
9. A process for forming an absorbent core according to claim 8 wherein: the wheel body is characterized in that a plurality of spine protrusions are arranged on the circumferential surface of each wheel body protrusion, the height of each spine protrusion is smaller than 0.5mm, the maximum diameter of each spine protrusion is smaller than 0.5mm, and the distance between every two adjacent spine protrusions is larger than 2mm and smaller than 5 mm.
10. A process for forming an absorbent core according to claim 8 wherein: when the pressing wheel is used for pressing the inner core on the toilet paper, the groove is pressed by the wheel body protrusion, and then the groove is subjected to electrostatic application by the electrostatic generator.
