As can be seen from the experimental data in examples 1 to 6, tables 1 and 2, the composite connection strength of the sanitary napkin is increased by gradually compounding the layers in steps, the two wing materials are compounded with the surface layer, the core body is compounded with the bottom film, and then the compounded core body is compounded with the surface layer material, so that the sanitary napkin is layered in production, the production efficiency is improved, and the composite strength of the sanitary napkin is increased; the adopted surface layer is a pure cotton knitted fabric woven by 100% pure cotton JC50S full cotton yarn, the production requirements of the sanitary towel are met through dyeing and finishing and slitting processing, the pure cotton knitted fabric which is sanitary, free of foreign matters, free of oil stains and free of serious bad defects is woven, the use body feeling of the sanitary towel directly contacting with the skin is improved, a softer surface layer is provided, the softness degree of the pure cotton knitted fabric is improved through the table 2, and the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 5 are the optimal selection.

1. A production method of knitted fabric sanitary napkins is characterized in that: the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) compounding the two wing materials with the surface layer: spraying structural adhesive on the back surfaces of the two wing materials to be compounded with the surface layers, conveying the materials to a conveyor belt to wait for compounding with the core body, wherein the surface layers are pure cotton knitted fabrics;
(2) compounding the core body and the base film: spraying structural adhesive on a bottom film, then carrying out three-folding on a core body, and compounding the core body and the bottom film sprayed with the structural adhesive through a conveying belt, wherein the core body is absorbent paper, and the bottom film is a punched film;
(3) compounding the compounded core body and the surface layer material: conveying the core body compounded with the bottom film in the step (2) to a next glue spraying gun through a conveyor belt to spray structural glue, and compounding the core body with the surface layer material treated in the step (1);
(4) compounding base film spray glue and release paper: conveying the material compounded in the step (3) to a back glue spraying gun through a conveyor belt, spraying back glue, adhering the material to release paper, and compounding;
(5) pressing a flow guide groove: conveying the material compounded in the step (4) into a diversion trench compression roller machine for compression and rolling into a diversion trench by a conveyor belt;
(6) and (3) peripheral sealing and pressing: conveying the material subjected to the medium-pressure diversion trench in the step (5) to a peripheral sealing roller for peripheral sealing and pressing, and conveying the material to a 90-degree turnover machine after pressing to change the towel body from a straight line to a horizontal line;
(7) compounding with a small packaging film subjected to three-point dispensing: conveying the materials subjected to the peripheral sealing and pressing in the step (6) and compounding the materials with the small package film subjected to the three-point glue application;
(8) sealing, cutting and molding: rotating, sealing and cutting the material compounded in the step (7) by a heat-sealing cutter to form; in the steps (1) to (8), the material discharging requirement standard is as follows: the central positions of the two wing materials, the surface layer, the absorbent paper, the bottom film, the release paper and the small envelope are aligned with the central points of the diversion trench compression roller pattern, the cutter and the conveyor belt of the production line;
(9) and (3) stain detection: detecting the sealing and cutting in the step (8) by a stain detector, directly removing unqualified products, folding the qualified products into small bags by a folding machine, packaging the small bags by a packaging worker according to requirements, sealing the small bags by a sealing worker, and then boxing the small bags by a boxing worker according to the specified requirements;
(10) manual sampling inspection: inspecting by an inspector according to a normal spot inspection program, and putting the qualified product into a finished product warehouse; if the normal spot check is not qualified, entering a strict spot check program for checking, and entering a finished product warehouse after the check is qualified; if the result of the strict sampling inspection is not qualified, determining that the batch of products are unqualified products and not obtaining the products in a finished product warehouse.

(Bd), washing the pure cotton knitted fabric boiled and bleached in the step (Bc) for 20-40 min;
(Be), putting the pure cotton knitted fabric washed by the water in the step (Bd) into glacial acetic acid for pickling for 20-40 min;
(Bf) absorbing water for 20-40min at 40-60 ℃ by using 4% of water absorbing quick-drying agent for the pure cotton knitted fabric after acid washing in the step (Be);
(Bg), dewatering, scutching, washing hair feather and shaping the pure cotton knitted fabric after absorbing water in the step (Bf), and then inspecting and coiling;
C. slitting:
(Ca), rechecking and rewinding the finished rolls checked in the step (Bg);
(Cb) cutting the rewound finished product in the step (Ca) into cloth strips with the diameter larger than 33cm according to the required width;
(Cc) inspecting and packaging the cloth strips cut in the step (Cb) into finished products.

A method for producing a knitted fabric sanitary napkin according to claim 1, wherein: the structural adhesive spraying standard in the steps (1), (2) and (3) is as follows: the glue spraying amount is uniform, the gluing is firm, the glue spraying center point is aligned with the material center position, the heating temperature of the hot melting cylinder is 120-165 ℃, the temperature of the gun body is 120-165 ℃, and the temperature of the throat body is 120-165 ℃.
