Referring to fig. 3 to 5, further, the heating assembly 200 further includes two fixing assemblies 90, the two fixing assemblies 90 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the flexible fixing sheet 60, the fixing assembly 90 includes a plurality of fixing blocks 91, the fixing blocks 91 are spaced along the length direction of the housing 10, the fixing blocks 91 are hard glue that cannot be deformed, one end of the fixing blocks 91 abuts against the inner wall of the mounting groove 11, and the other end of the fixing blocks 91 is inserted into the accommodating groove 62, so that the flexible fixing sheet 60 is movably connected to the housing 10 and the flexible fixing sheet 60 is prevented from being detached from the housing 10. It should be noted that when the flexible fixing piece 60, the flexible heating piece 70 and the flexible heating piece 80 are deformed, the fixing block 91 at the corresponding portion can float up and down, that is, the fixing block 91 can float toward the direction close to or away from the bottom of the mounting groove 11.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments, a fastening groove 92 is formed on a side of the fastening block 91 facing the flexible heating sheet 70, and a connecting post 93 is formed at a bottom of the fastening groove 92.
Specifically, the fixing block 91 includes a main body 94, a protrusion 95 and a reinforcing portion 96, the main body 94 is disposed in an inverted L shape, the main body 94 is disposed toward one end of the flexible fixing sheet 60 and abuts against a side edge of the flexible fixing sheet 60, and the engaging groove 92 is disposed on the main body 94, and the connecting post 93 is disposed on a bottom of the main body 94 corresponding to the engaging groove 92. The protruding portions 95 and the reinforcing portions 96 are respectively provided at opposite ends of the body portion 94, the protruding portions 95 abut against the inner wall of the cover case 17 to prevent the fixing block 91 from being detached from the housing 10, and the reinforcing portions 96 are inserted into the receiving grooves 62 and abut against the tooth plates 82.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in some embodiments, the device further includes two flexible limiting strips 100, the flexible limiting strips 100 extend along the length direction of the housing 10, and at least a portion of the flexible limiting strips 100 is exposed outside the opening 18. The two flexible limiting strips 100 are respectively arranged on two opposite side edges of the flexible heating sheet 70 to provide flexible support for the flexible heating sheet 70. It should be noted that the flexible limiting strip 100 is made of flexible materials such as silica gel or rubber, and when the flexible heating sheet 70 deforms, the flexible limiting strip 100 deforms synchronously along with the flexible heating sheet 70.
Specifically, the flexible stopper strips 100 are respectively disposed on the fixing members 90, and the flexible stopper strips 100 extend out of the opening 18. Referring to fig. 7, a plurality of clamping blocks 101 are disposed on the flexible limiting strip 100, the clamping blocks 101 are disposed on one side of the flexible limiting strip 100 facing the fixing assembly 90, the plurality of clamping blocks 101 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the flexible limiting strip 101, and the clamping blocks 101 are respectively clamped in the clamping grooves 92. Furthermore, the fixture block 101 is provided with a connecting groove 102 which is in over-tight fit with the connecting column 93, so that the stability of connection between the flexible limiting strip 100 and the fixing block 91 is ensured.

The overlapping pieces 61 at both ends of the flexible fixing piece 60 are erected on two flexible limiting strips 100, as shown in fig. 3, in the hair straightener of the present invention, the elastic piece 30 is arranged between the supporting block 20 and the bottom of the installation groove 11, so that the supporting block 20 can float up and down, the flexible fixing piece 60 is arranged on the supporting block 20, the flexible heating piece 70 is arranged on the flexible fixing piece 60, and the flexible heating piece 80 is arranged between the flexible fixing piece 60 and the flexible heating piece 70, so that the flexible fixing piece 60, the flexible heating piece 70 and the flexible heating piece 80 can float up and down along with the supporting block 20, and because the flexible fixing piece 60, the flexible fixing piece 60 and the flexible heating piece 80 are all flexible pieces, all can deform along the length direction of the casing 10, so that when a hair is clamped locally by the heating piece 50, the thicker part of the heating piece 50 deforms, and the corresponding parts of the flexible fixing piece 60, the flexible heating piece 80 and the flexible limiting strips 100, the fixing block 91 and the supporting block 20 corresponding to the fixing block float towards the bottom of the mounting groove 11, and the elastic part 30 corresponding to the fixing block compresses, so that the hair on other parts of the heating sheet 50 can be clamped and heated, the number of times of straightening the hair back and forth is effectively reduced, the damage caused by repeated heating of part of the hair due to repeated operation is avoided, and the toughness and the glossiness of the hair are effectively guaranteed.

Claims (10)

1. A heating assembly, comprising:
a housing provided with a mounting groove; an opening communicated with the mounting groove is formed in one side of the shell;
the supporting blocks are arranged in the mounting groove and distributed at intervals along the length direction of the shell; an elastic piece is arranged between the supporting block and the bottom of the mounting groove, and the elastic piece is abutted against the supporting block and provides elastic force for pushing the supporting block to be far away from the bottom of the mounting groove;
the flexible fixing pieces are arranged on the supporting blocks;
the flexible heating sheet is arranged on the flexible fixing sheet; the flexible heating sheet is at least partially exposed outside the opening;
the flexible heating sheet is arranged between the flexible fixing sheet and the flexible heating sheet.
2. The heating assembly of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a plurality of guide posts, the guide posts are provided with guide grooves, and the elastic members are respectively accommodated in the guide grooves.
3. The heating assembly of claim 2, wherein the supporting block comprises a supporting body and a supporting leg connected to the supporting body, the supporting body is connected to the flexible fixing piece, the supporting leg is inserted into the guiding groove, and two ends of the elastic piece are elastically abutted to the bottom of the guiding groove and the supporting leg.

The heating assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flexible fixing plate has a plurality of receiving slots on a side thereof facing the flexible heating plate, the flexible heating plate includes a bar-shaped portion and a plurality of teeth disposed on a same side of the bar-shaped portion, and the teeth are respectively located in the receiving slots and attached to the flexible heating plate.

The heating assembly according to claim 4, further comprising two fixing assemblies, wherein the two fixing assemblies are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the flexible fixing sheet, the fixing assembly comprises a plurality of fixing blocks, one ends of the fixing blocks are abutted against the inner wall of the mounting groove, and the other ends of the fixing blocks are inserted into the receiving groove and abutted against the flexible heating sheet.
6. The heating assembly of claim 1, further comprising two flexible limiting strips, wherein the two flexible limiting strips are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the flexible heating sheet.
7. The heating assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the flexible fixing piece has overlapping pieces at both ends thereof, and the overlapping pieces are erected on the two flexible limiting strips.
8. The heating assembly of claim 1, further comprising two positioning blocks, wherein the two positioning blocks are respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the bottom of the mounting groove, an elastic body is disposed between the positioning blocks and the bottom of the mounting groove, and two ends of the flexible fixing sheet are respectively erected on the positioning blocks.
9. A hair straightener, comprising a heating assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. The hair straightener of claim 9, wherein the number of the heating assemblies is two, two of the heating assemblies are oppositely arranged, and one ends of the two heating assemblies are hinged.
