Abstract

玉石人工玉牙,采用白玉雕磨制成成品牙,依靠磷酸粘固粉,按照在牙床上排列顺序与对应的基托部分连合在一起,固定在口腔中,玉牙有着十分稳定的物理与化学性能,使用者感到与真牙一样,外形美观、色泽稳定、咀嚼效果好、与基托粘合牢固、耐磨耐腐蚀。

玉牙
本发明属于口腔医疗科学技术领域,特别涉及到用玉石制成的人工玉牙。
牙齿对于人体健康有着至关重要的影响,牙齿的发育是长期、复杂的过程,这个过程是人体其它器官所没有的,因而对牙齿发育缺陷的医治与护理,也有其特殊的方式,在修复及镶补治疗中,常要用到人工假牙,在现有技术中,常用的人工牙有成品的塑料牙和瓷牙,在特殊情况下,可选用金属牙合面或有金属嵌入体的塑料牙,目前临床所常用塑料成品牙,虽具有重量轻、牙与基托结合牢固,不易分离,但其缺点是硬度小,易磨损,咀嚼效果不好,而且塑料使用长久之后会老化变形,色彩光泽也都变差。另一种临床常用的是瓷牙,它比塑料牙硬度大、耐磨、不易变色,但其体积较重、质脆,易于破折,而且使用中,瓷牙易与基托分离。而且上述两种材料并不是完全惰性的,它们可能含有潜在的毒性或刺激性物质。理想的人工牙,应该是对牙髓完全无害,对软组织无刺激,没有任何可扩散的毒性物质及致敏物质。在实践中发现,玉石作为口腔矫形应用材料是完全具备上述要求的,若用其制作人工玉牙,它具有性能稳定、不变形不腿色,它完全无毒及防腐的特性能经受住口液、食物和口腔清洁的化学作用,因而围绕它的使用,进行了一系列雕磨及粘合技术的实验。
本发明的目的,是克服已有人工牙的制造与使用中存在的易磨损、变形易折或与基托连接不牢以及不能完全排除材料中含有毒性物质等缺陷,而重新设计利用完全稳定的玉石材料并配合其特有的与基托的连接关系,制成能方便用于人体的人工玉牙。
本发明是依靠下述技术方案来实现的,玉石人工玉牙,可以是单个牙或排列群体,其特征在于,采用白玉雕磨制成成品玉牙,依靠磷酸粘固粉,也可以是硅磷酸粘固粉、磷酸铜粘固粉,按照在牙床上排列顺序与对应的基托部分连合在一起,通过大环或连杆固定在口腔中。
所述的与基托间的粘结材料也可以用聚羧酸粘固粉、玻璃离子体粘固粉或合成高分子化合物粘固剂。
铸造局部义齿的大环或连杆可用高熔合金,也可使用钴铬合金。这些材料在锻造时延展性好,熔点高,化学性能稳定,抗腐蚀性强。本技术方案的积极效益是,玉牙有着十分稳定的物理与化学性能,制成人工玉牙后使用者感到与真牙一样,外形美观、色泽稳定、咀嚼效果好、与基托粘合牢固、耐磨耐腐蚀。

其中1为自然或人工玉牙,它依靠基托3覆盖在龈缘2的外侧,玉牙与基托之间依靠的粘结材料为磷酸粘固粉。本实施例为采用不透明性玉石制成,也可以采用半透明性玉石制成,还可以采用玉石粉合成制成。

Claims (4)

1.玉石人工玉牙,可以是单个牙或排列群体,其特征在于,它由白玉雕磨制成的人工玉牙,依靠磷酸粘固粉与基托部分组成,人工玉牙与基托之间采用磷酸粘固粉,按照在牙床上排列顺序对应连合在一起,通过大环或连杆固定在口腔中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的玉石人工玉牙,其特征在于,所述的磷酸粘固粉,也可以是硅磷酸粘固粉、磷酸铜粘固粉。
3.按照权利要求1所述的玉石人工玉牙,其特征在于,所述的大环或连杆可用高熔合金,也可使用钴铬合金。
4.按照权利要求1所述的玉石人工玉牙,其特征在于,所述的玉牙可用不透明性玉石制成,也可以采用半透明性玉石制成,还可以采用玉石粉合成制成。
