Detailed Description
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for searching for information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes steps a and B as follows.
Step A: and presenting the current category object in the middle of the human-computer interface, not presenting other contents around the current category object, or only partially presenting adjacent contents, wherein the adjacent contents are switched into the human-computer interface and replace the contents of the current category object after receiving a search instruction in a first direction or a second direction.
An initial presentation state of the human-computer interaction interface may be as shown in fig. 3a, where the middle of the human-computer interaction interface 31 presents the current category object, and no other content is presented around the current category object. In the embodiment, the human-computer interaction interface only has the current category object without interference of other objects, and is very concise and clear.
Or, another initial presenting state of the human-computer interaction interface is as shown in fig. 3b, where the current category object is presented in the middle of the human-computer interaction interface, and only the adjacent content is partially presented around the current category object. It should be noted that, in fig. 3b, one column is a region of one category, each column, that is, each category, may have many category objects, for clarity, 3 are shown in the middle, and only 1 is shown on two sides. The current category object I is positioned in a central area 32 of the human-computer interaction interface 31; its left area 33 has another category object L displayed partially; its right area 34 has another category object R displayed locally; the upper region 35 has the current category object U displayed locally; its lower region 36 has the current category object D displayed locally. Since the current category object I is located at a central position and occupies a larger area, the user's attention is mainly focused on the current category object I. Other adjacent contents in the human-computer interaction interface are located at opposite edge positions and occupy small area, so that the adjacent contents can prompt a user and do not cause excessive interference.
And B: in the case of receiving a search instruction in a first direction, an object belonging to another category is presented as contiguous content to the human-machine interface, and in the case of receiving a search instruction in a second direction, another object belonging to the current category is presented as contiguous content to the human-machine interface. Wherein the first direction is left-right and the second direction is up-down, or the first direction is up-down and the second direction is left-right.
It should be noted that, when the first direction is left and right and the second direction is up and down, the layout of the objects in the human-computer interface is as shown in fig. 4 a. When the first direction is up and down and the second direction is left and right, the layout of the objects in the human-computer interaction interface is shown in fig. 4 b. As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the category 2 object 22 is the content displayed on the current screen, indicated by a solid-line box; when the up, down, left, and right keys are operated, the contents of the category 2 object 22 in the figure are displayed correspondingly, so that it is conceivable that these contents are arranged in the positional relationship shown in the figure, as indicated by the broken line frame in the figure.
Optionally, the screen is a screen of a television, a projector, a Virtual Reality (VR) device, an Augmented Reality (AR) device, or a handheld terminal.
Alternatively, the search instruction is a search instruction of a key input (using keys of a remote controller), a voice input (using a microphone), a gesture input (capturing a motion of a human body using a camera), or a touch screen input (clicking using a touch screen such as a tablet or a mobile phone).
Optionally, the categories include: interactive services UI, pictures, music, text, games or video, etc. It should be noted that the interactive service UI refers to an entrance for providing service interactive operation, where the service refers to (taking a hotel application scenario as an example) service requirements of room ordering, room cleaning, room arrangement, do not disturb, and the like.
Optionally, the categories and objects, or either, are matched to the user portrait information. User profile information refers to a set of characteristics of the user, such as gender, age, nationality, and the like. For example: users of different nationalities may use different languages, so the label language for categories and objects may be set to the national official language based on the user portrait information. In addition, since different users may prefer different objects (e.g., the same movie category, males prefer to see science fiction movie items, females prefer to see art movie items), it is possible to recommend objects matching the user portrait information like the user. If the lower level objects are multiple, the object with the highest matching degree is placed at the position which is most easily obtained by the user, so that the user can search the mood content more quickly. In conclusion, personalized categories and objects help to improve user satisfaction.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for searching information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 50 for searching information includes a first processing module 51 and a second processing module 52.
The first processing module 51 is configured to present a current category object in the middle of the human-computer interface, and not present other content around the current category object, or only partially present adjacent content, where the adjacent content is switched into the human-computer interface and replaces content of the current category object after receiving a search instruction in a first direction or a second direction.
The second processing module 52 is configured to, when a search instruction in a first direction is received, present an object belonging to another category as adjacent content on the human-machine interface, and when a search instruction in a second direction is received, present another object belonging to the current category as adjacent content on the human-machine interface, where the first direction is left and right and the second direction is up and down, or the first direction is up and down and the second direction is left and right.
In the method and the device for searching the information, only one object is basically displayed in the human-computer interaction interface, and parts of other objects can be presented to prompt the user to select, so that the information is very prominently presented to the user. In addition, in the technical scheme, only 1 operation object is limited to be operable, for example, the current category object 32 in the text is still 1 object which is switched into the human-computer interface after browsing and only the object can be operated, so that a user does not need to consider which object is selected to operate, only browsing and searching are performed on the concentrated operation objects by using left and right up-down keys, and the operation target is very clear. Therefore, the method and the device for searching information have the advantages of simplicity, clarity and good user experience, and are particularly suitable for being applied to hotels, because users of hotels usually do not spend time on researching the operation of a complex human-computer interface, and they usually need to search conveniently and quickly.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
