Background
When an electrician works, the electric wire is usually required to be connected with a wire joint and then wound with a waterproof adhesive tape to prevent electric leakage of the electric wire; however, when an electrician is usually wound with an adhesive tape, the electrician cannot operate the adhesive tape with one hand, and sometimes operates the adhesive tape on a tall telegraph pole or a narrow place, and the electrician operates the adhesive tape with two hands to cause potential safety hazards, so that a wire joint sealing machine which can be operated with one hand is needed;
existing wire sealing devices are, for example: chinese utility model patent No. 2012205118097 discloses an electric wire sealing device, it includes: the outside of the device is connected with a connecting pipe through a cover nut by a joint, a wire connecting seat is arranged in the joint and is used for connecting a power line and a ground wire to be electrified, hollow sealing rings and screw plugs are respectively arranged at the two ends of the joint and the connecting pipe, and the power line penetrates through the screw plugs and a sealing piece and then is sealed by the sealing rings pressed by the rotation of the screw plugs. In addition, the joint and the connecting pipe are respectively provided with a clamping groove, and a C-shaped mounting rack is additionally arranged, so that the wire sealing device can be mounted on different planes for use; the sealing devices are independently established, and one sealing device can only seal one joint; but the cost is high, and because some common wire connectors only need to wind a circle of waterproof adhesive tape on the connector, a tool for sealing the connector, which is convenient for electricians to use at high places or narrow places, is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the handheld wire joint insulation sealer which can be used for sealing the wire joint by being held by hands, thereby facilitating the operation of an electrician and improving the safety of the electrician during working; the control button is pressed to drive the side mechanism to rotate so as to separate the side mechanism from the sealing mechanism shell to clamp the wire joint to be sealed, so that clamping can be completed; the invention can complete the sealing action of the wire joint by one-hand operation, simplifies the operation and facilitates the work of electricians.

the hot melting sealing mechanism comprises a compression sealing mechanism, a spring and a side hot melting sealing plate, a sliding rod is arranged on the compression sealing mechanism and is slidably mounted in the positioning hole, the spring is mounted on the sliding rod on the compression sealing mechanism and generates elasticity, and the spring enables the compression sealing mechanism to move towards the positioning hole.
Further, the sealing mechanism main part includes handheld handle, control button, sealing strip place the shell, connect rope, rotary disk, sealing mechanism shell, handheld last control button of installing of handle, control button is connected with the rotary disk through connecting the rope, connect the rope winding on the rotary disk, and through pressing control button and then drive and connect the rope and then drive the rotary disk and drive the rotation of side mechanism and then make side mechanism and sealing mechanism shell separate.
Further, a sealing strip placing shell, a sealing mechanism shell, a sealing strip placing groove, a sealing strip and a coil spring are arranged at the lower end of the sealing strip placing shell, the sealing strip is placed in the sealing strip placing groove, and the sealing strip penetrates through the grooves of the sealing mechanism shell and the side sealing mechanism shell and is wound on the reel along the sealing strip moving grooves arranged in the sealing mechanism shell and the side sealing mechanism shell; the coil spring is mounted in a groove of the sealing mechanism housing, and the coil spring enables the side mechanism to rotate anticlockwise to be in contact with the sealing mechanism housing.
Further, the adjusting unit includes: the side sealing mechanism comprises a side sealing mechanism shell, a sealing strip moving groove, a scroll and a positioning hole, wherein the sealing strip moving groove is arranged on the inner sides of the side sealing mechanism shell and the sealing mechanism shell, the scroll is rotatably arranged on the inner sides of the side sealing mechanism shell and the sealing mechanism shell, and the gear is fixedly arranged on the scroll.
Furthermore, the hot melting sealing mechanism comprises a compression sealing mechanism, a semicircular hot melting sealing groove, an ejector rod, a connecting plate and a side hot melting sealing plate, wherein the connecting plate is fixedly arranged on the compression sealing mechanism, and the ejector rod is fixedly arranged on the connecting plate; the inner side of the compression sealing mechanism is provided with a semicircular hot melting sealing groove and a side hot melting sealing plate.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention completes the sealing of the wire joint by hand, thereby facilitating the operation of electricians and improving the safety of electricians during working.
(2) According to the invention, the control button is pressed to drive the side mechanism to rotate so as to separate the side mechanism from the sealing mechanism shell to clamp the wire joint to be sealed, so that clamping can be completed.
(3) The invention drives the gear of the side mechanism through the gear of the sealing mechanism shell to further drive the reel to complete the winding of the sealing strip of the side mechanism, and simultaneously drives the cam to rotate through the reel of the side mechanism to complete the pressing down of the hot-melt sealing mechanism arranged in the side mechanism and the pressing down of the hot-melt sealing mechanism arranged in the sealing mechanism main body to complete the sealing of the wire joint, thereby realizing the automatic sealing.
(4) The invention can complete the sealing action of the wire joint by one-hand operation, simplifies the operation and facilitates the work of electricians.
