Through the technical scheme, the folding driving component 2 is only needed to drive the first driving support 102 and the second driving support 103 to be away from or close to each other to drive the driven upper support 105 to overcome the magnetic force action and rotate around the opening and closing rotating shaft relative to the driven lower support 106, so that the first driving support 102, the second driving support 103 and the plurality of driven supports 104 can be driven to be unfolded or folded, and the folding driving component has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability and the like.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, preferably, the folding driving assembly 2 comprises a servo motor 201, a worm 202, a first worm wheel 203 and a second worm wheel 204; the worm 202 is arranged on a power output shaft of the servo motor 201, and a spiral driving groove is formed in the worm 202; the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204 are arranged on two sides of the worm 202, the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204 are provided with convex blocks, and the convex blocks on the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204 are movably nested in the spiral driving grooves; the worm 202 is driven by the servo motor 201 to rotate, and the worm 202 drives the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204 to move simultaneously according to opposite rotating directions through the matching of the spiral driving groove and the convex block.
A first connecting shaft is arranged on the first turbine 203 and fixedly connected with the first driving bracket 102; a second connecting shaft is arranged on the second turbine 204 and is fixedly connected with the second driving support 103; the servo motor 201 drives the first driving support 102 and the second driving support 103 to move away from or close to each other through the mutual matching of the worm 202, the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204.
In order to make the first active support 102 and the second active support 103 move away from or close to each other, the motion states of the first active support 102 and the second active support 103 are opposite, and in general, different power sources are required to be respectively arranged on the first active support 102 and the second active support 103 for achieving the purpose. In the invention, through the matching of the spiral driving groove on the worm 202 and the convex blocks on the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204, the first driving support 102 and the second driving support 103 can be controlled to be away from or close to each other with a simple structure, so that the folding support frame body 1 can be unfolded or folded, and the structure of the display device can be further simplified.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, preferably, the folding driving assembly 2 further includes a first supporting panel 205 and a second supporting panel 206, the servo motor 201, the worm 202, the first worm gear 203 and the second worm gear 204 are disposed in the first supporting panel 205 and the second supporting panel 206, and the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft are exposed out of the first supporting panel 205 or the second supporting panel 206. Specifically, the retractable driving assembly 3 is fixedly connected with the second supporting panel 206.
The servo motor 201, the worm 202, the first worm wheel 203 and the second worm wheel 204 are integrated together to form a power assembly through the first supporting panel 205 and the second supporting panel 206, and the folding supporting frame body 1 can be controlled to be unfolded or folded only by matching with the exposed first connecting shaft and the exposed second connecting shaft.
Further preferably, a plurality of bracket rotating shafts 207 are arranged on the first supporting panel 205 and/or the second supporting panel 206, and the bracket rotating shafts 207 correspond to the passive brackets 104 one to one; the lower end of the driven lower bracket 106 is hinged to the bracket rotating shaft 207, and the driven lower bracket 106 rotates around the bracket rotating shaft 207. The rotation of the passive support 104 can be realized through the support rotating shaft 207, so that the plurality of passive lower supports 106 can be fanned out or fanned up.
Specifically, in the present invention, the flexible supporting surface 101 is a fiber fabric. The fiber woven fabric is used as the flexible supporting surface 101, and has the advantages of low cost, firm structure and convenience for repeated folding.
In summary, the present invention provides a foldable OLED display device, comprising: the foldable support frame body 1 is provided with a flexible support surface 101, and an OLED flexible screen is arranged on the flexible support surface 101; folding drive assembly 2, folding drive assembly 2 with folding support frame body 1 is connected, folding drive assembly 2 drive folding support frame body 1 expandes or folds. When the flexible screen is needed to be used, the folding driving assembly 2 drives the folding supporting frame body 1 to unfold, and the flexible supporting surface 101 and the OLED flexible screen can be controlled to unfold; when the flexible screen is not needed to be used, the folding driving assembly 2 drives the folding support frame body 1 to fold, and the flexible support surface 101 can be controlled to fold together with the OLED flexible screen. Therefore, the size, the space and the safety of the display equipment can be taken into consideration, and the market demand can be met.

Claims (10)

1. A foldable OLED display device, comprising:
the foldable support frame body is provided with a flexible support surface, and an OLED flexible screen is arranged on the flexible support surface;
the folding driving assembly is connected with the folding supporting frame body and drives the folding supporting frame body to unfold or fold.
2. The foldable OLED display device of claim 1, wherein the foldable support frame comprises a first active frame, a second active frame and a plurality of passive frames, the plurality of passive frames being sequentially disposed between the first active frame and the second active frame;
the flexible supporting surface is fixedly arranged on the upper portions of the first driving support, the second driving support and the driven support, the lower ends of the first driving support, the second driving support and the driven support are hinged to the folding driving assembly, and the flexible supporting surface, the first driving support, the second driving support and the driven support form a fan-shaped structure capable of being unfolded or folded.
3. Foldable OLED display device according to claim 2, characterized in that at least one of said first active support, said second active support and said passive support is provided with a hollow structure forming a wiring cavity for placing electrical wires.
4. Foldable OLED display device according to claim 2, wherein said passive support comprises a passive upper support, a passive lower support and an opening and closing rotation axis;
the flexible supporting surface is fixedly arranged on the driven upper bracket, the driven lower bracket is hinged on the folding driving component, and the opening and closing rotating shaft is arranged between the driven upper bracket and the driven lower bracket;
the upper passive support and the lower passive support are in flat strip-shaped structures, a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole are arranged on two opposite sides of the lower end of the upper passive support, a third magnetic pole and a fourth magnetic pole are arranged on two opposite sides of the upper end of the lower passive support, the first magnetic pole and the third magnetic pole are mutually attracted through magnetic force, and the second magnetic pole and the fourth magnetic pole are mutually attracted through magnetic force;
the folding driving assembly drives the first driving support and the second driving support to be far away from or close to each other, and drives the passive upper support to rotate around the opening and closing rotating shaft relative to the passive lower support by overcoming the magnetic force, so that the first driving support, the second driving support and the plurality of passive supports are driven to be unfolded or folded.
5. Foldable OLED display device according to claim 4, wherein said folding drive assembly comprises a servo motor, a worm, a first worm wheel and a second worm wheel;
the worm is arranged on a power output shaft of the servo motor, and a spiral driving groove is formed in the worm;
the first worm wheel and the second worm wheel are arranged on two sides of the worm, protruding blocks are arranged on the first worm wheel and the second worm wheel, and the protruding blocks on the first worm wheel and the second worm wheel are movably nested in the spiral driving groove; the worm is driven by the servo motor to rotate, and the worm drives the first turbine and the second turbine to move simultaneously in opposite rotating directions through the matching of the spiral driving groove and the protruding block;
the first turbine is provided with a first connecting shaft, and the first connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the first driving support; a second connecting shaft is arranged on the second turbine and fixedly connected with the second driving support; the servo motor drives the first driving support and the second driving support to move away from or close to each other through the mutual matching of the worm, the first worm wheel and the second worm wheel.

Foldable OLED display device according to claim 5, wherein said folding driving assembly further comprises a first supporting panel and a second supporting panel, said servo motor, said worm, said first worm gear and said second worm gear are disposed inside said first supporting panel and said second supporting panel, and said first connecting shaft and said second connecting shaft are exposed outside said first supporting panel or said second supporting panel.
7. Foldable OLED display device according to claim 6, wherein said first support panel and/or said second support panel are provided with a plurality of support rotation axes, said support rotation axes corresponding to said passive supports one to one;
the lower end of the driven lower support is hinged to the support rotating shaft, and the driven lower support rotates around the support rotating shaft.
8. A foldable OLED display device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a retractable driving assembly;
the folding and unfolding driving assembly is fixedly connected with the folding driving assembly, and the folding and unfolding driving assembly is used for driving the folding support frame body through the folding driving assembly.
9. Foldable OLED display device according to claim 8, further comprising a storage box;
the folding support frame is fixedly arranged in the storage box, the folding drive assembly is arranged on one side of the storage box, and the folding drive assembly drives the folding support frame to enter and exit the storage box.
