Description

Block chain-based prescription credible circulation device and method
Technical Field
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of information credible circulation, and particularly relates to a prescription credible circulation device and method based on a block chain.
Background
The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
At present, patients with chronic diseases (or chronic diseases) are increased sharply, and researches show that Chinese patients with chronic diseases reach about 3 hundred million people, and the prescription generally does not exceed 7 days according to the requirements of prescription management methods, so that the patients with chronic diseases need to go to a hospital clinic frequently to take medicines for a follow-up visit. The situations cause inconvenience for the patients with the chronic diseases, and the problems that a large number of patients with the chronic diseases have long registration and arrangement, long waiting time for seeing a doctor, long medicine taking team, short inquiry and consultation communication time and the like when the patients are subjected to a repeated diagnosis and purchase in a hospital are obvious; on the other hand, medical resources of hospitals are wasted, and a large amount of doctor visit time is occupied by repeating visit and prescription making for many times. Therefore, the requirement of credible and rapid circulation on the chronic disease prescription line begins to emerge, and a platform capable of reducing the repeated leg running of the chronic disease patient and realizing rapid credible circulation of the chronic disease prescription is urgently needed to be built.
The current mode for realizing the prescription circulation of chronic diseases is to establish a centralized prescription information sharing platform which is jointly established by taking a hospital as a core and combining departments such as government, medicine, medical insurance and the like and social pharmacy. The platform is directly connected with a hospital HIS system, a doctor issues a prescription according to the requirement of a patient, the prescription is uploaded to the prescription information sharing platform after being checked, the platform immediately pushes the prescription information to the patient in a short message mode, the patient can independently select off-line medicine purchase or on-line order purchase, but all the information is in the centralized prescription information sharing platform.
Current centralized prescription information sharing platforms have several drawbacks. Firstly, the centralized system is easy to attack or cannot be used due to hardware damage, so that the system cannot operate, and a patient cannot obtain a prescription in time; secondly, the centralized system is operated and maintained by the medical insurance bureau or other platform operation and maintenance parties, and the situations that operation and maintenance personnel delete the prescription by mistake and change the prescription maliciously can occur; thirdly, the patient needs to go to a pharmacy to place an order after obtaining the prescription, and the risk of forging the prescription to obtain other medicines may be caused; finally, although the prescription issuing party operates on the platform, the subsequent user is not on the platform, and the whole flow of prescription circulation cannot be supervised and traced; fourthly, the chronic disease prescription is stored in a centralized prescription information sharing platform, and operation and maintenance personnel on the platform can check the electronic prescription of the patient at will and cannot provide privacy protection for the information related to the illness state of the patient.
The blockchain technology can store the chronic disease prescription in a distributed account book, so that the storage safety of the prescription is ensured, doctors can chain the issued chronic disease prescription and realize the circulation of the prescription through point-to-point communication transaction, the history of the prescription issuing party and the prescription using party is recorded faithfully, when the prescription is required to be used by a pharmacy, the authorized use of patients is required, and the privacy of the prescription information is ensured. However, most of the current block chain technologies can only provide privatization authentication and trusted circulation services for digital currency, and cannot provide secure and trusted storage and trusted circulation services for digital assets with non-currency attributes, such as chronic disease prescriptions.
The inventor knows that most of the existing chronic disease prescription circulating devices are designed based on centralized information-based systems, and although the prescription can be guaranteed not to be tampered, the mode that a patient authorizes a pharmacy to use cannot be provided, privacy protection cannot be provided for personal information, and only prescription information can be linked and stored.
