Generally, the number of application icons allowed to be displayed in each desktop of the electronic device is limited, and therefore, the greater the number of desktops set in the electronic device, the greater the number of application icons in the desktop of the electronic device. In order to quickly arrange application icons in a plurality of desktops, the embodiment of the invention provides an application icon display method, which can be specifically applied to the following scenes:
in a first scenario, under the condition that a first desktop is displayed in a screen, a user can trigger an electronic device to display M identifiers indicating M desktops in a first area of the screen through a first input. Then, the user can trigger the electronic device to display the application icons from the N desktops indicated by the N identifiers in the second desktop through a second input to the N identifiers of the M identifiers, so that the application icons in the N desktops can be quickly moved to the second desktop.
And in a second scenario, under the condition that the first desktop is displayed in the screen, the user can trigger the electronic device to indicate the M identifiers of the application icons in the first desktop in the first area of the screen through a first input. Then, the user can trigger the electronic device to display the application icon from the first desktop in the second desktop through second input of N of the M identifiers, so that the application icon in the first desktop can be quickly moved to the second desktop.
The following takes an electronic device as an example to exemplarily describe the application icon display method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an application icon display method. The method may be applied to an electronic device comprising a plurality of desktops. The method may include S101 to S104 described below.
S101, under the condition that the first desktop is displayed in the screen, the electronic equipment receives first input of a user.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first desktop may be any one of a plurality of desktops included in the electronic device. At least one application icon may be displayed in the first desktop, and the at least one application icon may include at least one of an icon of an application program and an icon of a folder.
Optionally, the electronic device may display the first desktop in any one of the following cases: one possible scenario is that, when the electronic device is in the screen-locked state, the electronic device may unlock the screen and display the first desktop in response to an unlocking input by the user; another possible case is that, in a case where the electronic device displays other desktops, the electronic device may display the first desktop in response to a sliding input of the user in a preset direction in the other desktops; in another possible case, in the case that the electronic device displays the interface of the target application, the electronic device may cancel displaying the interface of the target application and display the first desktop in response to a user switching interface input.
Optionally, the first input may be a touch input to the screen, such as a two-finger sliding input, a click input, a long-press input, or the like; the first input may also be an input of shaking the mobile phone, for example, an input of shaking the mobile phone for a preset number of times; the first input may also be an input to a physical key provided on the electronic device, such as a combination input of a volume key and a power key, or the like. It is to be understood that the first input may also be any other possible input or combination input of different types of inputs, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Optionally, the first input may include a first sub-input and a second sub-input. The electronic equipment can respond to a first sub-input of a user and trigger all application icons in the first desktop to be in an editable state; thereafter, the electronic device may move all or a portion of the icons in the first desktop to the first area of the screen in response to a second sub-input by the user.
S102, the electronic equipment responds to the first input and displays M marks in a first area of a screen.
Each of the M identifiers may be used to indicate one desktop of the multiple desktops or to indicate one application icon of the first desktop.
It should be noted that the number of desktops of the electronic device may be M or more than M, that is, all the identifiers corresponding to the multiple desktops are displayed in the first area of the screen, or the identifiers corresponding to some of the multiple desktops are displayed. The number of the application icons in the first desktop can be M or more, that is, all the application icons in the first desktop are displayed in the first area of the screen, or a part of the icons in the first desktop are displayed.
Optionally, in a case that each identifier of the M identifiers is used to indicate one desktop of the multiple desktops, an area in which each identifier is located includes a numerical value, and the numerical value in the area in which each identifier is located is an interface code of the desktop indicated by each identifier. Specifically, each identifier may be a thumbnail of one desktop, and since the thumbnail is small in size, a user may not be able to see contents in each thumbnail clearly, so that by displaying a numerical value for indicating an interface code in an overlapping manner on each thumbnail, the user may determine a desktop code of the desktop according to the numerical value, for example, assuming that a region in which a certain identifier of the M identifiers is located includes a numerical value of 8, the user may determine that the identifier represents an 8 th desktop.
Optionally, in a case where each of the M identifiers is used to indicate one application icon in the first desktop, each identifier is in the same display form as the icon indicated by each identifier, or each identifier is an identifier obtained by scaling down the icon indicated by each identifier.
Optionally, in a case where the input type of the first input is different, the identifier displayed in the first area of the screen is different. For example, where the first input is a slide input that shortens the distance between two fingers in the first desktop surface, each of the M identifiers may be used to indicate one of the plurality of desktop surfaces; in the case where the first input is a shake input to the mobile phone, each of the M identifiers may be used to indicate one application icon in the first desktop.
For example, in a case where the electronic device displays a first desktop, the user may shorten the distance between the two fingers in the first desktop, so that the electronic device may display M flags indicating M desktops in the first area of the screen in response to the first input.
For another example, in a case that the electronic device displays the first desktop, the user may press a certain application icon in the first desktop for a long time, so that the electronic device may control all application icons in the first desktop to be in an editable state; then, the user can shake the mobile phone in any direction, so that the electronic device can move all the application icons in the first desktop to the first area of the screen, namely all the application icons in the first desktop are displayed in the first area.
For another example, in a case that the electronic device displays the first desktop, the user may press a certain application icon in the first desktop for a long time, so that the electronic device may control all application icons in the first desktop to be in an editable state; after that, the user may drag the M application icons in the first desktop to the first area of the screen in sequence, that is, a part of the application icons in the first desktop is displayed in the first area.
Optionally, the screen provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be a curved screen or a non-curved screen. Regardless of whether the screen of the electronic device is a curved screen or a non-curved screen, the screen of the electronic device may be divided into a first area and a second area. The first area is used for displaying M marks, the second area is used for displaying a desktop, and the size of the first area is smaller than that of the second area. It should be noted that the number of the first areas may be one or more, and both the position and the size of the first area in the screen may be determined according to actual use requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, in a case that the screen of the electronic device is a curved screen, the first area is at least one curved area in the curved screen, and the second area is a non-curved area in the curved screen.
For example, fig. 3 (a) shows a top view of a curved panel provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 (b) shows a front view of the curved panel provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The curved screen comprises a non-curved area 02 and curved areas 01 which are respectively positioned at two sides of the non-curved area 02. Wherein, two curved surface regions 01 are arranged symmetrically left and right, and the area size of the regions is the same.
S103, the electronic equipment receives second input of the user to N identifications in the M identifications.
Wherein M and N are positive integers, and N is less than or equal to M.
Optionally, the N identifiers may be part or all of the M identifiers.
Optionally, the second input may be any one of: inputting the shaking of the mobile phone, such as inputting the shaking of the mobile phone for a preset number of times; touch input to the screen, for example, input of dragging the N identifiers to the second interface, or click input to the N identifiers, or click input to the target control, or the like; and inputting physical keys arranged on the electronic equipment, such as the combination input of a volume key and a power key and the like. It is to be understood that the first input may also be any other possible input or combination input of different types of inputs, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
And S104, the electronic equipment responds to the second input and displays the target application icon in the second desktop.
Optionally, in the case that the N identifiers are used to indicate N desktops of the multiple desktops, the target application icon may be an application icon in the N desktops. Specifically, the target application icon may be all application icons in the N desktops, that is, the electronic device may display all application icons from the N desktops on the second desktop; alternatively, the target application icon may be a partial application icon in the N desktops, i.e., the electronic device may display the partial application icon from the N desktops on the second desktop.
Optionally, in a case where the N identifiers are used to indicate N application icons in the first desktop, the target application icon may be the N application icons. Specifically, the target application icon may be a part of the application icon from the first desktop or a whole application icon from the first desktop.
Optionally, the second desktop and the first desktop may be the same desktop or different desktops.
Optionally, when the second desktop and the first desktop are different desktops and at least one application icon is displayed in the second desktop before receiving the second input, the S104 may specifically include: the electronic device displays the target application icon and the at least one application icon in the second desktop in response to the second input.
Optionally, in an alternative manner, the second desktop may be displayed in a second area of the screen, where the second area may be an area of the screen of the electronic device except for the first area. Alternatively, the second desktop may be displayed in full screen on the screen, i.e., in the first area and the second area.
Optionally, after the electronic device responds to the second input and displays the target application icon in the second desktop, the electronic device may automatically cancel displaying the M identifiers, so that the M identifiers may be prevented from occupying the screen area; or the electronic device may cancel displaying the N identifiers and keep displaying other identifiers except the N identifiers in the M identifiers, so that the user may continue to operate the other identifiers.
On one hand, under the condition that a first desktop is displayed in a screen, a user can trigger electronic equipment to display M identifiers used for indicating M desktops in a first area of the screen through first input, so that the user can trigger the electronic equipment to display application icons in N desktops indicated by N identifiers in a second desktop through second input of the N identifiers in the M identifiers, and the application icons in the N desktops can be quickly moved to the second desktop; on the other hand, in the case that the first desktop is displayed in the screen, the user may trigger the electronic device to indicate M identifiers of the application icons in the first desktop in the first area of the screen through the first input, so that the user may trigger the electronic device to display the application icons from the first desktop in the second desktop through the second input of N identifiers of the M identifiers, so that the application icons in the first desktop may be quickly moved to the second desktop. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can quickly arrange the application icons in the desktop, and improves the efficiency of arranging the application icons by the user.
Optionally, in a case where each of the M identifiers is used to indicate one desktop of the multiple desktops, the electronic device may first sort the application icons from the N desktops indicated by the N identifiers, and then display the application icons according to a sorting result. Illustratively, in conjunction with fig. 2, as shown in fig. 4, the above S104 may be implemented by S104a and S104b described below.
S104, the electronic equipment responds to the second input, and all application icons in the N desktops are sorted according to preset rules.
Optionally, the second input may include a touch input of the user to N identifiers of the M identifiers. For example, the second input may be a click input to the N identifiers, or an input dragging the N identifiers to the second area, and so on.
Optionally, the N identifiers may be one or more identifiers of the M identifiers, and correspondingly, the N desktops may be one desktop or multiple desktops of the multiple desktops.
Optionally, the preset rule may include at least one of the following: the application icon comprises a color of the application icon, a name of the application icon, a type of an application program corresponding to the application icon, installation time of the application program corresponding to the application icon, a storage path of the application program corresponding to the application icon, use frequency of the application program corresponding to the application icon by a user and the like.
S104b, the electronic device displays the sorted target application icons in the second desktop, and deletes N desktops from the multiple desktops.
Optionally, the "displaying the sorted target application icons in the second desktop" includes: and under the condition that the number of the target application icons is larger than that of the application icons allowed to be displayed by the second desktop, displaying the icons meeting the first priority in the target application icons in the second desktop, and displaying the target folders in the second desktop. The target folder can include icons meeting a second priority level in the target application icons, and the second priority level is lower than the first priority level.
For example, assume that the second desktop allows the number of application icons to be displayed to be S, and the number of target application icons to be T. When S is larger than or equal to T, the electronic equipment can display the sequenced T application icons in the second desktop; when S < T, the electronic device may display (S-1) of the T application icons and create a target folder, and display the other of the T application icons in the target folder. Wherein S and T are both integers greater than 1.
Optionally, after the electronic device deletes N desktops from the multiple desktops, the application icon display method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include: renumbering the remaining desktops.
