The projector with the inclination angle adjusting structure according to claim 1, wherein the first rotating shaft (3) and the second rotating shaft (10) are respectively installed on outer walls of two sides of the projector body (1), an adjusting disc (8) is fixed at one end of the second rotating shaft (10) located outside the mounting seat (2), a pointer is marked on the adjusting disc (8), and a plurality of scale marks which are circularly distributed around the rotating disc (8) are marked on the outer wall of the mounting seat (2) close to the rotating disc (8).

The projector with the inclination angle adjusting structure according to claim 1, wherein a partition plate (15) is fixed inside the mounting seat (2), the partition plate (15) is located right below the projector body (1) and is used for abutting against the connecting mechanism, and four rubber anti-slip blocks (17) are fixed at the bottom of the mounting seat (2).
