A profile control and water shutoff device for oily sludge according to claim 1, wherein a first stirrer (9) is arranged on the liquid storage tank (8), a second stirrer (13) is arranged on the liquid distribution tank (14), liquid level meters (10) are arranged on the liquid storage tank (8), the liquid distribution tank (14) and the material storage tank (22), the first stirrer (9), the second stirrer (13) and the liquid level meters (10) are electrically connected with an explosion-proof control cabinet (32), and cleaning and blow-down valves are arranged at the lower ends of the liquid storage tank (8) and the liquid distribution tank (14).
