Detailed Description
The invention will be further elucidated and described with reference to the embodiments and drawings of the specification:
example one
Referring to fig. 1, the protective wind wall generating apparatus includes:
a window 10;
and the air outlet fan body 20 is arranged at the edge of the window 10. The air outlet fan body 20 is provided with a cavity, and a plurality of air holes 30 for ejecting air flow are arranged on the side wall of the cavity.
And the power equipment 40, wherein the power equipment 40 is connected with the air outlet fan body 20. The power device 40 is used for generating high-pressure airflow and transmitting the high-pressure airflow to the air outlet fan body 20, and after the airflow is sprayed out from the air holes 30, the window 10 generates an air wall from the inside of the window to the outside of the window.
The power device 40 transmits the generated high-pressure airflow to the air outlet fan body 20, and the air outlet fan body 20 ejects the airflow at a high speed through the air hole 30. Because the air pressure of the faster air flow is smaller, as the air outlet fan body 20 ejects the high-speed air flow, the air pressure outside the window is smaller than the air pressure inside the window, and then the air inside the window flows to the outside of the window, so that the window 10 generates a wind wall from the inside of the window to the outside of the window. The wind wall can well isolate mosquitoes, dust and bacteria and viruses in the air.
In the present embodiment, the window 10 is a window of various doors and windows, including but not limited to building doors, building windows, vehicle windows and vehicle doors, such as doors and windows of residential rooms, doors and windows of office departments, doors and windows of automobiles, doors and windows of trains, doors and windows of ships, and the like. The vehicle may be one of an automobile, an aircraft, a ship, and a train. The building may be one of a residential building, a public building, an industrial building, and an agricultural building. In the above scenario, the space is basically a relatively closed space, and the user can get in and out the space only by opening and closing the door body. In the opening and closing process of the door body, the problems of mosquito leakage, dust pollution and bacteria and viruses in the air exist, and the purpose of the embodiment is to solve the problem of how to prevent the mosquitoes, the dust and the bacteria and viruses in the air when a user enters and exits a relatively closed space.
In the present embodiment, a building door will be described in detail. The window 10 is a window of a door body, and in order to match the shape of the window 10, the air outlet fan body 20 is in a long strip shape and is arranged close to the edge of the window 10. The air outlet fan body 20 may be integrally formed and then matched with the shape of the window 10, or may be formed by splicing a plurality of segmented fan bodies and then matched with the shape of the window 10, and the air outlet fan body 20 in this embodiment includes four fan bodies which are respectively arranged in four directions, namely, the upper direction, the lower direction, the left direction and the right direction of the window 10.
In another embodiment, the window 10 is an aircraft window, the fan body 20 is disposed at the edge of the aircraft window, and the power device 40 is disposed inside the aircraft. The aircraft can be airplanes, helicopters and other flight carriers, and in the process of opening and closing the doors or windows of the aircraft, the air outlet fan body 20 forms an external air wall without dead angles of three hundred and sixty degrees, so that air isolation is performed, and mosquitoes, bacteria, viruses and air dust can be effectively and automatically prevented from invading the aircraft.
In another embodiment, the window 10 is a window of an automobile, the air outlet fan body 20 is disposed at an edge of the window of the automobile, and the power equipment 40 is disposed inside the automobile. In the process of opening and closing the door or the window of the automobile, the air outlet fan body 20 forms an external air wall without dead angles of three hundred sixty degrees, so that air isolation is performed, and the invasion of mosquitoes, bacteria, viruses and air dust to the automobile can be effectively and automatically isolated.
Referring to fig. 2, specifically, the air holes 30 on the air outlet fan body 20 include vertical air outlet holes 32, and an air outlet direction of the vertical air outlet holes 32 forms a vertical angle with the window 10. Further, the air holes 30 further include inclined air outlet holes 34, and an air outlet direction of the inclined air outlet holes 34 forms a non-perpendicular angle with the window 10. When the area of the window 10 is large, the air pressure at the center of the window 10 is less affected by the air flow ejected from the vertical air outlet 32, resulting in a weak air wall at the center of the window 10. At this time, the inclined air outlet 34 is disposed near the window 10, and the air outlet direction of the inclined air outlet is deviated to the center position of the window 10, so as to weaken the air pressure at the center position of the window 10 and increase the strength of the generated air wall, and to supplement the strength of the air wall. When the area of the window 10 is smaller, the inclined air outlet 34 is disposed away from the window 10, and the air outlet direction thereof is away from the center of the window 10.
The inboard of gas pocket is formed with the chamber that gives sound insulation, and when the air-out fan body during operation, the pneumatic noise that the air current was spout from the gas pocket and was formed can be by in the chamber reflection return air flue that gives sound insulation for the difficult follow gas pocket of noise is to the outside transmission of air-out fan body, consequently, can effectively reduce the pneumatic noise of gas pocket department like this.
Power equipment 40 includes the casing, is equipped with motor, wind wheel and diffuser in the casing, motor, wind wheel and diffuser connect gradually. The wind wheel is driven by the motor to suck the outside air into the casing, and the diffuser is used for increasing the flow of the air conveyed to the air outlet fan body 20. The casing may be directly communicated with the air outlet fan body 20, or may be communicated with the air outlet fan body 20 through an air guide pipe.
The protective air wall generating device further comprises an air extracting device, and the air extracting device is used for extracting air flow to the space in the window. Because the formation of the air wall requires that the air flow in the window flows out of the window, enough air is required to be kept in the window, and generally, a ventilation opening is arranged in a relatively closed space, but under the condition that the relatively closed space is small, a ventilation device is additionally arranged. In this embodiment, the air extracting device may be disposed in the relatively sealed space, or may be disposed outside the relatively sealed space, and the air extracting device extracts external air flow into the relatively sealed space. Furthermore, the process of air exhaust can be carried out with mosquito prevention, dust prevention, bacteria prevention and virus prevention treatment according to the requirement, for example, a filter screen is added.
The embodiment also provides a use method of the protective wind wall generating device, which is used for the protective wind wall generating device, and the method includes:
step 100: starting the power equipment to enable the air outlet fan body to spray air flow;
step 200: opening a blocking piece for covering the window to enable the window to generate a wind wall from the inside of the window to the outside of the window;
step 300: closing the blocking piece for covering the window to stop the window from generating the wind wall;
step 400: and closing the power equipment to stop the air outlet fan body from spraying air flow.
The use method can be realized fully manually or automatically. In this embodiment, a window of an automobile is taken as an example for explanation, and when a user presses a window opening button, a controller in the automobile will first control a power device to open, so that an air outlet fan body sprays air flow. After a delay, the glazing is then lowered so that the window creates a wind wall from inside the glazing to outside the glazing. When a user presses a window closing button, the controller in the vehicle can control the glass window to ascend until the glass window completely seals the window, so that the window stops generating the air wall. And then the power equipment is controlled to be closed, so that the air outlet fan body stops spraying air flow.
It will be appreciated that the above method, when implemented automatically, requires electrical connection with the power unit and the driving device of the closure member respectively via a control module containing a control chip, and also requires a sensor for detecting the position to detect whether the closure member is fully opened or closed, such as a photoelectric sensor. Then the control module respectively controls the start and the stop of the power equipment and the stop piece.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, the protective wind wall generating apparatus includes:
the device comprises a plurality of brackets 11, wherein at least one window 12 is formed by surrounding the brackets 11;

the power equipment 40 is connected with the air outlet fan body 20, the power equipment 40 is used for generating high-pressure air flow and transmitting the high-pressure air flow to the air outlet fan body 20, and after the air flow is sprayed out from the air holes 30, the window 12 generates an air wall from the inside of the window to the outside of the window.
In this embodiment, the support 11 may be used in a fully open space, or may be a semi-open space, such as a location adjacent to a wall, a space on a bed, or the like. In the above-described scene, there is basically a relatively open space in which the user may stay for a long time and exchange air in the external space at all times. In the air exchange process, the problems of mosquito entry, dust pollution and bacteria and viruses in the air exist, and the purpose of the embodiment is to solve the problem of how to prevent the mosquitoes, the dust and the bacteria and viruses in the air when a user is in a relatively open space.
In this embodiment, a fully open space is used for the detailed description, and the fully open space may be one of a seat cushion, a stage, and a platform. Twelve supports 11 enclose a hexahedron, and other polyhedrons can be enclosed by other numbers of supports 11. The hexahedron comprises six windows 12, only the other five faces corresponding to the windows 12, since the bottom face is against the ground. The air outlet fan body 20 is in a long strip shape and is fixed on the support 11, the air outlet fan body 20 can be integrally formed and then matched with the shape of the window 12, or can be formed by splicing a plurality of segmented fan bodies and then matched with the shape of the window 12. In this embodiment, the bracket 11 of each window 12 is provided with an air outlet fan body 20. In another embodiment, the plurality of brackets 11 are disposed on the bed, the air outlet fan body 20 is disposed on the brackets 11, and the power equipment is connected to the air outlet fan body. The bed may be a normal bed, a crib or the like for sleeping and resting. The air-out fan body 20 forms an external air wall without dead angles of three hundred and sixty degrees, and air isolation is carried out, so that the bed can effectively and automatically block mosquitoes, bacteria, viruses and air dust.
Specifically, the air holes 30 of the air outlet fan body 20 include vertical air outlet holes, and the air outlet direction of the vertical air outlet holes forms a vertical angle with the window 12. Further, the air holes 30 further include an inclined air outlet, and an air outlet direction of the inclined air outlet is at a non-perpendicular angle with the window 12. When the area of the window 12 is large, the air pressure at the center of the window 12 is less affected by the air flow ejected from the vertical air outlet, resulting in a weak air wall at the center of the window 12. At this time, the inclined air outlet hole is arranged close to the window 12, and the air outlet direction of the inclined air outlet hole is deviated to the central position of the window 12, so that the inclined air outlet hole is used for weakening the air pressure at the central position of the window 12 and increasing the strength of the generated air wall on one hand, and the inclined air outlet hole can supplement the strength of the air wall on the other hand. When the area of the window 12 is smaller, the inclined air outlet is far away from the window 12, and the air outlet direction is far away from the center of the window 12.
Since the formation of the wind-break requires the air flow in the window to flow out of the window, it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient air in the window. In this embodiment, the air extracting device may be disposed in the space inside the window or in the space outside the window, and the air extracting device extracts the external air flow into the relatively closed space. Furthermore, the process of air exhaust can be carried out with mosquito prevention, dust prevention, bacteria prevention and virus prevention treatment according to the requirement, for example, a filter screen is added.
Referring to fig. 5, in another embodiment, a door or window type blocking member 60 may be installed on the bracket 11 of the window 12.
The embodiment also provides a use method of the protective wind wall generating device, which is used for the protective wind wall generating device, and the method includes:
step 100: starting the power equipment to enable the air outlet fan body to spray air flow;
step 200: opening a blocking piece for covering the window to enable the window to generate a wind wall from the inside of the window to the outside of the window;
step 300: closing the blocking piece for covering the window to stop the window from generating the wind wall;
step 400: and closing the power equipment to stop the air outlet fan body from spraying air flow.
The use method can be realized fully manually or automatically.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
