Comparative example 2
A preparation method of a fluorine-silicon waterproof finishing agent for all-cotton fabrics mainly adopts the following scheme:
adding 2.3g of surfactant and 320g of deionized water into a reaction kettle, uniformly mixing, adding 10g of alkali solution with the mass percentage concentration of 10%, continuously stirring for 30min, heating to 80 ℃, slowly adding 13g of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 7g of hexamethyldisiloxane and 6g of hexadecyltrimethoxysilane into the reaction kettle after uniformly mixing, controlling the addition to be finished within 120min, keeping the temperature for reaction for 12h after the addition is finished, adding 0.1g of sodium polyphosphate and 0.5g of copper naphthenate, stirring for 30min, and filtering to obtain the all-cotton fabric organosilicon waterproof finishing agent.
The surfactant is cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
The alkali solution is sodium hydroxide solution.
The sodium polyphosphate is sodium tripolyphosphate.
The finishing agent treated all-cotton cloth-like water drop of this example had a static contact angle of 122.4 °, a water-repellent effect score of 70, and poor centrifugal stability.
Comparative example 3
The novel organic fluorine-silicon emulsion is prepared according to the following method: 80g of polydimethylmethylvinylsiloxane, 0.9g of 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, 1.2g of ferric acrylate and 5g of 5% chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution are reacted at the reaction temperature of 80 ℃ for 6 hours under the protection of nitrogen, and the pH value of the solution is adjusted to be neutral by ammonia water, so that the organic fluorosilicone ionic liquid emulsion can be obtained.
Other simultaneous examples 3;
the finishing agent treated all-cotton cloth-like water drop of the present example had a static contact angle of 133.5 °, a water-repellent effect score of 78, and poor centrifugal stability.
Comparative example 4
The novel organic fluorine-silicon emulsion is prepared according to the following method: 80g of polydimethylmethylvinylsiloxane, 30g of 1,1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.9g of 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate and 5g of 5% chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution are reacted at the reaction temperature of 80 ℃ for 6 hours under the protection of nitrogen, and ammonia water is used for adjusting the pH value of the solution to be neutral, so that the organic fluorine silicon ionic liquid emulsion can be obtained.
Other simultaneous examples 3;
the finishing agent treated all-cotton cloth-like water drop of the embodiment has a static contact angle of 136.4 degrees, a waterproof effect score of 83, and good centrifugal stability.

Claims (6)

1. A preparation method of an all-cotton fabric organic silicon waterproof finishing agent mainly adopts the following scheme:
according to the mass portion, 0.5-2.3 portions of surfactant and 320 portions of deionized water of 180 portions are added into a reaction kettle, after being mixed evenly, 1 to 10 parts of 5 to 10 mass percent aqueous alkali is added, the mixture is continuously stirred for 10 to 30min and then heated to 60 to 80 ℃, then 5-13 parts of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, 2-7 parts of hexamethyldisiloxane and 3-6 parts of hexadecyltrimethoxysilane are mixed uniformly and slowly added into a reaction kettle, controlling the addition to be finished within 60-120min, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 5-12h after the addition is finished, adding 40-60 parts of organic fluorine-silicon ionic liquid emulsion, 0.01-0.1 part of sodium polyphosphate and 0.1-0.5 part of copper naphthenate, stirring for 20-30min, and filtering to obtain the all-cotton fabric organic silicon waterproof finishing agent.

The preparation method of the all-cotton fabric fluorosilicone waterproof finishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the polydimethylmethylvinylsiloxane, 1,1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane and 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate undergo hydrosilylation reaction to obtain the organic fluorosilicone ionic liquid emulsion.
3. The preparation method of the all-cotton fabric fluorine-silicon waterproof finishing agent according to claim 1 is characterized in that the organic fluorine-silicon ionic liquid emulsion is prepared according to the following method:
the novel organic fluorine-silicon emulsion is prepared according to the following method: according to the mass parts, 50-80 parts of polydimethylmethylvinylsiloxane, 20-30 parts of 1,1,3, 3-tetramethyldisiloxane, 0.3-0.9 part of 1-vinyl-3-butylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, 0.3-1.2 parts of ferric acrylate and 1-5 parts of 2-5% chloroplatinic acid isopropanol solution are reacted at the reaction temperature of 70-80 ℃ for 3-6 hours under the protection of nitrogen, and the pH value of the solution is adjusted to be neutral by ammonia water, so that the organic fluorine silicon ionic liquid emulsion can be obtained.
4. The preparation method of the all-cotton fabric fluorosilicone waterproof finishing agent is characterized in that the surfactant is cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, dodecylpyridinium ammonium chloride or triethanolamine stearate.
