Description

Composite biological degreasing agent and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of leather degreasing, in particular to a composite biological degreasing agent and application thereof.
Background
The leather is animal skin which is obtained by physical and chemical processing such as unhairing, tanning and the like and is denatured and non-perishable. Degreasing is an essential process for processing leather or fur, and only natural grease contained in animal pelts is removed to a certain degree, the collagen fibers in the leather can be loosened, so that favorable conditions are created for smooth proceeding of various processes such as subsequent tanning and the like. However, for animal skins rich in oil, such as sheep skins, pigskins and the like, which have a large oil content, previous degreasing treatment usually cannot completely degrease, so that a large amount of unremoved oil is still contained in an embryo of the pickled skins and wet blue skins, and if the degreasing is not performed, the tanning processing quality is poor, such as the problems of oil frost on the surface of the leather, uneven dyeing and the like, so that the pickled skins and wet blue skins need to be subjected to the additional degreasing under an acidic condition.
The applicant has found that the prior art has at least the following technical problems: at present, a method for treating a leather blank in a sour leather and wet blue leather state is to use a large amount of surfactant for degreasing, but the large amount of surfactant used in the leather making process has great influence on environmental pollution. The lipase preparation adopted in the prior leather making is mainly degreased under neutral and alkaline conditions, and is not suitable for acid leather and wet blue leather. Although the acid lipase can meet the requirement of performing supplementary degreasing treatment on acid skins and wet blue skins under an acidic condition, the degreasing rate of the acid lipase used alone is not high.

The invention also provides an application of the composite biological degreasing agent, which comprises the step of degreasing the pickled or blue wet skin.
According to a preferred embodiment, the application further comprises that the complex biological degreasing agent degreases pickled or wet blue skins under acidic conditions.
Based on the technical scheme, the composite biological degreasing agent and the application thereof at least have the following technical effects:
the compound biological degreasing agent mainly comprises 15-35 parts of acid lipase and 10-25 parts of surfactant, and the acid lipase is mainly used, so that the synergistic effect of biological degreasing and chemical degreasing can be exerted when supplementary degreasing treatment is carried out on acid skins and wet blue skins by utilizing the grease degrading effect of the acid lipase under an acid condition and the emulsifying effect of the surfactant, the purpose of efficient degreasing under the acid condition is achieved, and the blank of the acid skins or the wet blue skins meets the requirements of subsequent tanning processing.
On the other hand, the composite biological degreasing agent provided by the embodiment of the invention takes the surfactant as an auxiliary material, and reduces the dosage of the surfactant compared with a degreasing treatment method adopting a large amount of surfactant, thereby reducing the pollution to the environment in the leather treatment process.
