Abstract
The invention discloses an elevator voice control method and device. The device comprises a proximity detection module, a control module, a voice module, an information matching module, a display module and a power supply module. The approach detection module continuously detects whether a user approaches; when the approach detection module detects that a user approaches, a voice module in a standby state is started, and the voice module sends out voice and prompts the user; receiving and recognizing user voice information and matching with instruction information in a voice instruction list; the matching result is sent to the elevator control system as a control command. After the user enters the elevator, when the hand or body of the user approaches the proximity detection module, the voice module is started, so that the voice recognition of the user is ensured to be carried out when the user is close to the voice module, and the accuracy of the voice recognition is improved; meanwhile, a user does not need to establish a conversation by using a wake-up word and a voice recognition module, and the user experience is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric appliance control, in particular to an elevator voice control device and method.
Background
The keys such as floor selection, door opening and closing and the like in the common elevator car mostly adopt mechanical keys or touch keys, namely, the keys are pressed by fingers to realize specific functions, but the risk of cross contamination exists, so that the technical scheme of voice control appears.
In the existing voice control scheme, when more sounds of a user in an elevator are noisy, accurate language identification is difficult to realize, especially when the user is far away from a voice identification device, the identification accuracy is lower, although the identification rate can be improved by awakening words, the improvement effect is limited, the use is complex, and the user experience is poor.

The power module is used for supplying power to the elevator voice control device.

As shown in fig. 1, the elevator voice control device comprises a proximity detection module 1, a control module 2, a voice module 3, an information matching module 4, a display module 6 and a power supply module 7.
The approach detection module 1 is electrically connected with the control module 2, and is used for detecting whether a user approaches the approach detection module 1 or not, and sending a signal to the control module 2 when the approach of the user is detected.
The proximity detection module 1 is installed at a position where it is easy to detect a user, such as a height of one meter in the inner side wall of the car.
The maximum detection distance of the proximity detection module 1 is 50-60 cm, so that the distance between a user and the voice module 3 is short.
The proximity detection module 1 includes an infrared proximity sensor.
The voice module 3 is electrically connected with the control module 2 and the information matching module 4, collects voice information of a user, outputs the voice information to the control module 2 and the information matching module 4, is controlled by the control module 2, and carries out voice prompt when the mobile phone is started or is in a dormant state;
the installation positions of the proximity detection module 1 and the voice module 3 are close to ensure that a user is close to the proximity detection module 1 and the voice module 3 at the same time.
The information matching module 4 is electrically connected with the control module 2 and the voice module 3, and is used for matching the collected voice information with the instruction information in the voice instruction list and outputting the matching result to the control module 2.
In the voice command list, the voice information corresponding to the control command includes only floor selection information, door opening information, door closing information, talkback information, alarm information and other control commands related to the elevator car, so that the accuracy of voice recognition is improved, and false recognition is avoided.
The display module 6 is electrically connected with the control module 2, receives signals from the control module 2, and is used for prompting when the voice module 3 is started or dormant, and displaying information such as the running state of the elevator, the floor where the elevator is located currently, the selected floor, the running direction of the elevator and the like.
The control module 2 is used as a control center of the elevator voice control device and is electrically connected with the elevator control system 5, the elevator control system 5 is used as an upper computer, the control module receives signals from the proximity detection module 1, starts or closes the voice module 3, receives the output of the information matching module 4, determines user instructions and sends the user control instructions to the elevator control system 5.
And the power supply module 7 is used for supplying power to the whole elevator voice control device.
When the approach detection module 1 detects that a user approaches, a signal is sent to the control module 2, the control module 2 starts the voice module 3, the voice module 3 collects voice information sent by the user and sends the voice information to the information matching module 4, the information matching module 4 matches the voice information with instruction information in a voice instruction list and sends a matching result to the control module 2, and the control module 2 sends the instruction to the elevator control system 5.
The user awakens the voice module 3 by approaching the proximity detection module 1 with hands or body, so that the user is ensured to be close to the voice recognition module, the voice recognition accuracy is high, the problem of complexity in word awakening mode is solved, and the user experience is improved.
