Background
Nonwoven fabrics, also known as nonwovens, are composed of oriented or random fibers. The non-woven fabric is called as the fabric because of the appearance and certain properties of the fabric, and has the characteristics of moisture resistance, air permeability, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity or irritation, rich color, low price, recycling and the like, so the non-woven fabric is widely used in production and life, is wound, and is convenient to transport and store.
Among the prior art, when the rolling non-woven fabrics, the reel is unsettled setting generally, and the reel can incline like this to lead to non-woven fabrics winding inseparable enough, in the winding process moreover, when the non-woven fabrics takes place to be crooked, inconvenient regulation influences winding quality, for this reason, we propose a non-woven fabrics wind device that can tension and solve above-mentioned problem.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the non-woven fabric is not tightly wound due to the fact that a winding drum is suspended in the air and is convenient to adjust when the non-woven fabric is inclined, and provides a non-woven fabric winding device capable of being tensioned.

a non-woven fabric winding device capable of being tensioned comprises a winding drum, a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate, wherein a driving device is arranged on the side wall of the first mounting plate, a driving shaft of the driving device penetrates through the first mounting plate and is connected with one end of the winding drum, a first threaded rod is transversely arranged on the side wall of the second mounting plate, threads of the first threaded rod penetrate through the second mounting plate and are rotatably connected with a limiting groove, a bearing is fixedly connected in the limiting groove, the inner wall of the bearing is clamped with one end of the winding drum, the side walls of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are fixedly connected with a base and a top seat, the side walls of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are respectively and slidably connected with a sliding plate, the side wall at the lower end of the sliding plate is rotatably connected with a second threaded rod, threads of the second threaded rod penetrate through the base, and the side wall at the upper end of the sliding plate is fixedly connected with a sliding rod, the slide bar runs through the footstock, the sliding sleeve is equipped with the sliding sleeve on the slide bar, the lateral wall of sliding sleeve passes through reset spring and is connected, two with the lateral wall joint of sliding plate fixedly connected with mounting groove between the lateral wall of sliding sleeve, the upper end lateral wall of mounting groove is equipped with two backing rolls, two the backing roll is located the both sides of reel respectively, the lateral wall fixedly connected with spirit level of mounting groove.

A method for using a tensionable non-woven fabric winding device;
s1, mounting the winding drum on a driving shaft of a driving device, driving the limiting groove to move by rotating the first threaded rod, so that a bearing in the limiting groove is clamped with the other end of the winding drum, limiting the position of the winding drum without hindering the rotation of the winding drum, and driving the winding drum by using the driving device, thereby winding the non-woven fabric;
s2, the supporting roll offsets with the reel and the non-woven fabric, which can ensure the tightness of the non-woven fabric when rolling, and the supporting roll can play a good supporting role for the reel, ensure that the reel can not be inclined sharply when rotating, thereby ensure that the non-woven fabric can be wound on the reel tightly when rolling, and simultaneously, under the action of the rebound force of the reset spring, the supporting roll and the reel can be made to offset tightly enough, thereby applying force to the non-woven fabric, so that the non-woven fabric can be wound on the reel tightly, and along with the increase of the non-woven fabric on the reel, the non-woven fabric supporting roll offsets and the mounting groove to press the sliding sleeve, and further deform the reset spring, thus improving the rebound force of the reset spring, thereby the rebound force of the reset spring is increased, thereby ensuring that the non-woven fabric bears more force when winding the non-woven fabric on the reel, and is wound on the reel more tightly;
s3, when the winding drum is inclined to cause that the non-woven fabric is not tightly wound, the second threaded rod can be rotated to adjust the height of the sliding plate through the threaded engagement with the base, so that the sliding rod and the sliding sleeve are driven to slide to adjust the angle of the mounting groove, whether the mounting groove is in a horizontal state can be accurately known through the level gauge, the winding drum is ensured to be in the horizontal state in the winding process, and the winding tightness is further improved;
s4, when the non-woven fabric is wound on the winding drum, the compression roller is abutted to the side wall of the upper end of the winding drum, so that the non-woven fabric on the upper end of the winding drum can be compressed, the gravity of the compression roller and the rebound force of the expansion spring can enable the non-woven fabric to be wound on the winding drum more tightly, and the non-woven fabric on the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the winding drum is compressed, so that the tightness of the non-woven fabric wound on the winding drum is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the winding drum can be well supported by using structures such as a supporting roller, the winding drum and the non-woven fabric are prevented from inclining due to the action of gravity, and the winding drum is ensured to be stable enough when the non-woven fabric is wound;
2. the angle between the mounting groove and the supporting roll can be easily adjusted, the device is easy, labor-saving, convenient and quick, and the winding drum is ensured to be in a horizontal state, so that the winding drum can tightly wind the non-woven fabric when the non-woven fabric is wound, and the non-woven fabric is prevented from being inclined and twisted;
3. utilize compression roller and expanding spring's cooperation can compress tightly the non-woven fabrics of reel top, when tightening up the non-woven fabrics, can compress tightly the non-woven fabrics from a plurality of directions like this to improve the inseparable degree of non-woven fabrics on the reel.

A method for using a tensionable non-woven fabric winding device;
s1, mounting the winding drum 1 on a driving shaft of a driving device 4, then driving a limiting groove 6 to move by rotating a first threaded rod 5, so that a bearing in the limiting groove 6 is clamped with the other end of the winding drum 1, the position of the winding drum 1 is limited without hindering the rotation of the winding drum, and then driving the winding drum 1 by using the driving device 4, so as to wind non-woven fabrics;
s2, the supporting roller 15 is abutted against the winding drum 1 and the non-woven fabric, so that the tightness of the non-woven fabric can be ensured when the non-woven fabric is wound, the supporting roller 15 can support the reel 1 well, ensure that the reel 1 does not incline violently when rotating, thereby ensuring that the non-woven fabric can be tightly wound on the winding drum 1 when being wound, simultaneously, the supporting roller 15 can be tightly abutted against the winding drum 1 under the action of the rebounding force of the reset spring 13, thereby applying force to the non-woven fabric to enable the non-woven fabric to be tightly wound on the winding drum 1, and the non-woven fabric pushes against the supporting roll 15 and the mounting groove 14 to press the sliding sleeve 12 along with the increase of the non-woven fabric on the winding drum 1, and further deforms the return spring 13, thus increasing the repulsive force of the return spring 13, the rebound force of the return spring 13 is increased, so that the non-woven fabric is subjected to larger force when the non-woven fabric is wound on the winding drum 1, and the non-woven fabric is wound on the winding drum 1 more tightly;
s3, when the winding drum 1 inclines to cause the winding of the non-woven fabric to be not tight enough, the second threaded rod 10 can be rotated to adjust the height of the sliding plate 9 through the threaded engagement with the base 7, so that the sliding rod 11 and the sliding sleeve 12 are driven to slide, the angle of the mounting groove 14 is adjusted, whether the mounting groove 14 is in a horizontal state can be accurately known through the level gauge 16, the winding drum 1 is ensured to be in the horizontal state in the winding process, and the winding tightness is further improved;
s4, when reel 1 coiling non-woven fabrics, compression roller 21 offsets with the upper end lateral wall of reel 1, can compress tightly the non-woven fabrics of reel 1 upper end like this, utilizes the gravity of compression roller 21 itself and expanding spring 23' S bounce can make the inseparabler winding of non-woven fabrics on reel 1, compresses tightly through the non-woven fabrics to reel 1 upper and lower lateral wall to improve the inseparable degree of non-woven fabrics winding on reel 1.
