An eccentric wheel 12 is arranged on an output shaft at the front end of the driving motor 11, the eccentric wheel 12 is in transmission connection with the movable blade assembly 21, and a wind wheel 33 which rotates integrally with the eccentric wheel 12 is arranged on the eccentric wheel 12; the eccentric wheel 12 is used for being eccentrically connected with an input connecting rod of the movable cutter component 21, the wind wheel 33 is integrally arranged on the eccentric wheel 12 and synchronously rotates with the eccentric wheel, the output power of convection air cooling of the wind wheel 33 can be effectively guaranteed to be in direct proportion to the heating rate of the movable cutter component 21, the setting of the heat dissipation efficiency of the electric hair cutter is met, and meanwhile the specification of the wind wheel 33 can be reasonably set according to the structural configuration of the electric hair cutter.
The machine body 1 is provided with a power supply 13 and a micro generator 34, and the power supply 13 is connected with the driving motor 11 through a circuit; an output shaft at the rear end of the driving motor 11 is connected with a micro generator 34 through a variable speed transmission mechanism 14, and the micro generator 34 is connected with the semiconductor refrigerator 3 through a circuit; the power supply 13 is directly connected with the driving motor 11, so that the load is simplified, the load voltage requirement of the power supply 13 can be reduced, and the cruising ability of the power supply 13 is improved; in particular, the semiconductor cooler 3 is driven by the micro-generator 34, and the excessive output power of the driving motor 11 drives the micro-generator 34, so that the working power of the driving motor 11 can be effectively utilized.
A rectifier circuit board 35 is arranged on the machine body 1, and the micro generator 34, the rectifier circuit board 35 and the semiconductor refrigerator 3 are electrically connected in sequence through a circuit; the rectifier circuit board 35 is used for processing the alternating current output by the micro-generator 34, converting the alternating current into direct current and outputting the direct current to the semiconductor refrigerator 3 for operation.
