The artificial intelligence model considered by the system comprises the following modes: the system comprises an online artificial intelligence mode, an offline soft artificial intelligence mode and an offline hard artificial intelligence mode, and is used for realizing three different modes of various artificial intelligence modes such as real-time semantic retrieval, real-time automatic voice recognition and real-time voice synthesis, so that the system is good in flexibility and high in intelligence degree.
