the second horizontal plate is provided with a plurality of supporting bearings, and the rotating shaft is arranged on the plurality of supporting bearings; the rotating motor is arranged on the second horizontal plate;
the first horizontal plate is arranged below the second horizontal plate, and a plurality of first vertical rods are fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the first horizontal plate; the second horizontal plate is provided with a plurality of through holes for the first vertical rod to pass through, and the shape and the size of the through holes arranged on the first vertical rod and the second horizontal plate are matched; the second horizontal plate is connected with the first horizontal plate through a plurality of first springs; the lower part of the first horizontal plate is supported on the ground;
