Abstract
The invention discloses a single-pipe water-cooling cast-weld die based on multi-position accelerated heat dissipation, and relates to the field of cast-weld die mechanisms. In the invention: the other side of the bottom of the cast-weld mold is connected with a water outlet pipe, and both sides of the cast-weld mold are provided with side-side inwards-concave notches; forming four corner plates at four corner positions of the cast-weld mould; the bottom of the cast-weld mould is provided with an upper convex cooling pipe section in a matching way; the bottom of the corner plate at the position of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe is provided with a side pipe body; a circuitous tube cavity is arranged in the side tube body; a water inlet wide opening and a water outlet wide opening are arranged between the side pipe body and the water inlet pipe; the lower side of the corner plate is fixedly connected with a heat dissipation guide rod; the heat dissipation guide rod is arranged in the circuitous pipe cavity in a matching way. The invention improves the heat dissipation and absorption effects of the die in the using process, shortens the cast-weld period of the single-tube cast-weld die and improves the cast-weld efficiency; and edge position pipe bodies are arranged at the bottoms of the four edge plates in a matching manner, so that the edge position pipe bodies carry out surface-expanding type contact heat dissipation on the cast-weld mould/edge plate.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cast-weld die mechanisms, and particularly relates to a single-tube water-cooling cast-weld die based on multi-position accelerated heat dissipation.
Background
The cast-weld mould of the existing storage battery is of a double-pipe water-cooling structure, the area of the double-pipe cast-weld mould body is large, the heat absorption and heat dissipation effects of the mould are poor in the cast-weld process, and poor cast-weld is easy to generate when cooling water is abnormal.
In this application, on single cast joint mode, reduce cast joint mould body volume, the cooling surface improves cooling tube's cooling effect around the increase, can effectively reduce single tube cast joint mould cast joint cycle, improves cast joint efficiency.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, each corner plate is provided with a corner positioning hole at a corresponding position; and a cast-weld groove is formed in the upper side panel of the cast-weld mould.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, one end of the upper convex cooling pipe section is communicated with the water inlet pipe; the other end of the upper convex cooling pipe section is communicated with a water outlet pipe; the horizontal height of the upper convex cooling pipe section is higher than that of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the water inlet wide mouth is positioned at the upstream position of the water outlet wide mouth; the water inlet wide opening is positioned at the upstream port of the circuitous cavity; the water outlet wide mouth is positioned at the upstream port of the circuitous cavity.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the lower side surface of the side angle plate and the side pipe body are of an integral connecting structure; a sealing matching mechanism is arranged between the radiating guide rod on the lower side of the corner plate and the edge pipe body in a matching way; the heat dissipation guide rod is a copper rod.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, a single-channel water cooling structure is adopted, the sizes of four positioning angles of the die are consistent with those of the existing structure, the middle part is narrowed, the area of the die is reduced, the heat dissipation and absorption effects of the die in the using process are improved, the cast-weld period of a single-tube cast-weld die is shortened, and the cast-weld efficiency is improved;
2. the bottom of the cast-weld mould is provided with the upper convex cooling pipe section which is cooled in an upper convex contact manner, and the bottoms of the four side angle plates are provided with the side pipe body in a matching manner, so that the side pipe body can carry out surface-expanding type contact heat dissipation on the cast-weld mould/the side angle plates;
3. according to the invention, the wide-mouth water inlet wide mouth and the wide-mouth water outlet wide mouth are arranged between the water inlet pipe, the water outlet pipe and the corresponding side pipe bodies, so that the circulation rate of the cooling liquid in the circuitous pipe cavity is accelerated, and the insertion type heat dissipation guide rod is arranged, so that the heat absorption and heat dissipation effects of the cast-weld mould/side angle plate are improved in an auxiliary manner.
