A high-temperature coating filtering and stirring device comprises a stirring barrel, wherein a motor is specified at the top of the stirring barrel, a stirring device is arranged in the stirring barrel, an output shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with the stirring device, a discharge port is arranged at the lower part of the stirring barrel, a feed inlet and a water filling port are arranged above the discharge port, the discharge port is communicated with a discharging pipe, the discharging pipe is communicated with a filtering box, a coating outlet of the filtering box is communicated with a feeding pipe and can convey away materials, a particle outlet of the filtering box is communicated with a buffer storage box, the buffer storage box is communicated with one end of a circulating pipe, the other end of the; two inclined filter plates are arranged in the filter box: left filter, right filter, on the box of the fixed rose box of left end portion of left filter. The invention also discloses a paint conveying method using the high-temperature paint filtering and stirring device. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that the filter box is designed, so that coating particles can be filtered out, the coating particles are prevented from entering the downstream, and the product quality is improved.

At present, in the production process of bricks for industrial kilns, coating and water are mixed in a stirring barrel and then are conveyed to a downstream link. Referring to fig. 1, a motor 11 is defined at the top of an agitator 10, an agitator 12 is arranged in the agitator 10, an output shaft of the motor 11 is coaxially connected with the agitator 12, a discharge port 16 is arranged at the lower part of the agitator 10, a feed port 15 and a water filling port 13 are arranged above the discharge port 16, the discharge port 16 is communicated with a blanking pipe 17, and the water filling port 13 is communicated with a water feeding pipe 14. The mixing tank 10 is thus placed in an elevated position and the mixed liquid is conveyed away by gravity.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: when the coating is stirred in the stirring barrel 10, small particles exist in the coating, and if the small particles enter a downstream link, the product quality is influenced.

The junction of the left filter plate and the right filter plate contacts a plurality of parallel supporting rods.

The paint conveying method using the high-temperature paint filtering and stirring device comprises the following steps:

adding water into the cache tank from the water inlet, stirring by using a stirring rod to fully mix the water with the paint particles left last time, opening a water pump, and pumping the mixture of the paint and the water in the cache tank into a stirring barrel.

S4: and opening the control valve to enable the mixture of the coating and the water to enter the filter tank from the stirring barrel, enabling the filtered mixture to flow away from the coating outlet, and enabling part of the mixture and the coating particles to enter the buffer tank for standby.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that the filter box is designed, so that coating particles can be filtered out, the coating particles are prevented from entering the downstream, and the product quality is improved.

As shown in figure 2, a high-temperature coating filtering and stirring device comprises a stirring barrel 20, a motor 21 is specified at the top of the stirring barrel 20, a stirring device 22 is arranged in the stirring barrel 20, an output shaft of the motor 21 is coaxially connected with the stirring device 22, a discharge port 25 is arranged at the lower part of the stirring barrel 20, a feed port 24 and a water filling port 23 are arranged above the stirring barrel, the discharge port 25 is communicated with a discharge pipe 27, the discharge pipe 27 is communicated with a filter box 40, a coating outlet 42 of the filter box 40 is communicated with a feed pipe and can feed away materials, a particle outlet 41 of the filter box 40 is communicated with a buffer box 30, the buffer box 30 is communicated with one end of a circulating pipe 34, the other end of the circulating pipe 34 is.
As shown in fig. 3, two inclined filter plates are provided in the filter box 40: the left filter plate 52, the right filter plate 51, the left end of the left filter plate 52 is fixed on the box body of the filter box 40, the right end of the right filter plate 51 is fixed on the box body of the filter box 40, the right end of the left filter plate 52 is fixedly connected with the left end of the right filter plate 51, so that the two filter plates are integrally in a check mark (a pair of hooks) shape, and the two filter plates divide the space in the filter box 40 into two parts: the upper chamber 43 and the lower chamber 44, the blanking pipe 27 and the particle outlet 41 are communicated with the upper chamber 43, and the coating outlet 42 is communicated with the lower chamber 44.
For the sake of firmness, the junction of the left filter plate 52 and the right filter plate 51 contacts a plurality of parallel support rods 53.
In order to prevent the coating particles 90 from blocking the filter plate, the blanking pipe 27 is communicated with the left side of the upper chamber 43, the particle outlet 41 is communicated with the right side of the upper chamber 43, the length of the left filter plate 52 is smaller than that of the right filter plate 51, and the left end of the left filter plate 52 and the right end of the right filter plate 51 are positioned on the same horizontal plane. Thus, most of the paint particles 90 in the liquid are flushed into the particle outlet 41 (see arrow a) by the flushing of the blanking material from the blanking tube 27, if any paint particles 90 adhere to the right filter plate 51, they are also flushed onto the left filter plate 52, and the length of the right filter plate 51 is long, so that the liquid is not affected to enter the lower chamber 44 from the left filter plate 52 (see arrow B) and then enter the paint outlet 42 from the lower chamber 44 (see arrow C).
As shown in fig. 2, in order to pump away the paint particles, a stirring rod 31 is provided in the buffer tank 30, and the buffer tank 30 is provided with a water inlet 32.
For the convenience of control, the discharge port 25 is provided with a control valve 26.
The working principle is as follows:
