In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
As shown in fig. 1-4, in one embodiment, a sanitizing warm cup apparatus 10 is provided, comprising a warm cup assembly 11, a sanitizing assembly 12, and a drive assembly 13. The warm cup assembly 11 and the disinfection assembly 12 are arranged at an interval, and the transmission assembly 13 is connected between the warm cup assembly 11 and the disinfection assembly 12 and used for adjusting the distance between the warm cup assembly 11 and the disinfection assembly 12. The warm cup assembly 11 is capable of holding a water cup 20 for heating water in the water cup 20. The disinfecting assembly 12 can be opposite to the rim of the water cup 20 and is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the inner cavity of the water cup 20.
During use, the distance between the sterilizing component 12 and the warm cup component 11 is adjusted through the transmission component 13, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, so that the distance between the sterilizing component 12 and the warm cup component 11 is suitable for the heights of different water cups 20. So that the water cup 20 is placed on the warm cup assembly 11, the warm cup assembly 11 can heat the water in the water cup 20, so that the water in the water cup 20 is kept at the drinking temperature. When a water cup 20 is placed on the warm cup assembly 11 and needs to be sterilized, the transmission assembly 13 can further adjust the distance between the sterilizing assembly 12 and the warm cup assembly 11, so that the sterilizing assembly 12 is close to the mouth of the water cup 20 to sterilize and disinfect the inner cavity of the water cup 20. The disinfection cup warming device 10 can be suitable for water cups 20 with different heights in life, in other words, the disinfection cup warming device can be suitable for original water cups 20 of users, and has wide application range and large market competitiveness.
Further, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a drying module may be further disposed in the sterilizing assembly 12, and the drying module is used to dry the water in the inner cavity of the water cup 20, so that the sterilizing warm cup device 10 further has a drying function.
Similar to the sterilization and disinfection, when drying is required, firstly adjusting the distance between the disinfection component 12 and the warm cup component 11 to enable the water cup 20 to be placed on the warm cup component 11, then adjusting the disinfection component 12 to a position close to the cup opening of the water cup 20 by the transmission component 13 to enable the drying module to act on the inner cavity of the water cup 20 to dry the water in the inner cavity of the water cup 20.
In particular, the drying module may complete the drying process together with the warm cup assembly 11. For example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the drying module includes a blower 15, when drying is required, the cup warming assembly 11 heats the cup 20, and the blower 15 is synchronously started to operate, so as to accelerate air circulation in the inner cavity of the cup 20, thereby achieving a drying effect.
Alternatively, the drying module may independently perform the drying process. For example, the drying module comprises a heating element and a fan 15, when the disinfecting assembly 12 is close to the mouth of the water cup 20, the heating element can heat air in the inner cavity of the water cup 20, and simultaneously, the fan 15 operates to accelerate air circulation in the inner cavity of the water cup 20, so that the drying effect is achieved.
More specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the transmission assembly 13 includes a screw nut structure formed by a screw 131 and a nut 132, the screw 131 is supported on the warm cup assembly 11, and the nut 132 is connected with the sterilizing assembly 12.
When the distance between the warm cup assembly 11 and the disinfecting assembly 12 needs to be adjusted, the screw rod 131 rotates, and the nut 132 moves axially relative to the screw rod 131 to drive the disinfecting assembly 12 to move. Specifically, the screw 131 can be driven to rotate by a driving member such as a motor 133.
Alternatively, the transmission assembly 13 may be other transmission structures as long as the distance between the warm cup assembly 11 and the sterilizing assembly 12 can be adjusted. For example, the transmission assembly 13 may include an air cylinder, a cylinder body portion of the air cylinder is connected to the warm cup assembly 11, an expansion rod of the air cylinder is connected to the sterilization assembly 12, an expansion direction of the expansion rod is a longitudinal direction, and a distance between the warm cup assembly 11 and the sterilization assembly 12 is adjusted through an expansion and contraction process of the air cylinder.
Specifically, the rotation direction and the start/stop timing of the motor 133, or when the cylinder extends, retracts, and extends/retracts, can be controlled by the control unit of the sterilizing warm cup device 10, or can be controlled by the control unit according to the operation process of the user under the premise of manual operation of the user.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the warm cup assembly 11 includes a base 111 and a heating module 112 disposed in the base 111. The side of the support column 14 facing the water cup 20 is provided with a strip-shaped hole 141, the strip-shaped hole 141 is arranged along the axial direction of the screw rod 131, and the disinfection component 12 passes through the strip-shaped hole 141 and is connected with the nut 132.
The cup 20 is placed on the base 111, and the heating module 112 in the base 111 can heat the cup 20 to keep the water in the cup 20 at the drinking temperature. The specific drinking temperature can be set according to the requirements of users. When the screw rod 131 rotates, the disinfection component 12 passes through the strip-shaped hole 141 and is limited in the degree of freedom of rotation relative to the screw rod 131, so that the nut 132 can only carry the disinfection component 12 to move up and down, and the distance between the warm cup component 11 and the disinfection component 12 is adapted to the height of the water cup 20.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, a motor 133 is disposed in the base 111, a driving gear 134 is disposed on a main shaft of the motor 133, and a driven gear 135 engaged with the driving gear 134 is disposed on the screw 131. The driving gear 134 is located below the driven gear 135, and the meshing teeth of the driven gear 135 are located on an end surface of the driven gear 135 opposite to the driving gear 134. When the motor 133 drives the driving gear 134 to rotate, the driving gear 134 transmits the rotation to the driven gear 135, and the lead screw 131 rotates accordingly.
In order to reduce the thickness of the base 111 as much as possible, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the motor 133 is disposed in the base 111 in a horizontal direction, in other words, a spindle of the motor 133 is disposed in a horizontal direction. In order to change the transmission direction, the driving gear 134 and the driven gear 135 are further disposed between the motor 133 and the lead screw 131, and the driving gear 134 is located below the driven gear 135, so that the matching between the two is tighter, and the transmission reliability is higher.
More specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the top end of the screw rod 131 is connected to the top of the supporting column 14 through a bearing 136, and the bottom end of the screw rod 131 is connected to the base 111 through a bearing 136. So that the lead screw 131 can be supported between the supporting column 14 and the base 111, and the distance between the sterilizing assembly 12 and the warm cup assembly 11 can be rotatably adjusted.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the central region of the top surface of the base 111 is a cup receiving area 113, and the support posts 14 are supported on the outer edge portion of the top surface of the base 111, so that there is sufficient space between the oppositely disposed base 111 and the sterilization assembly 12 to accommodate the cup 20. The heating module 112 is used for heating the cup placing area 113.
And a switch button and a lifting button for controlling the sterilizing assembly 12 to lift relative to the base 111 can be further arranged on the base 111, and a heating button, a drying button and a sterilizing button for switching working states can also be arranged. When the drying button is triggered, the drying module works to dry the water cup 20. When the drying process needs the drying module to be completed together with the warm cup assembly 11, if the drying button is triggered, the drying module and the warm cup assembly 11 are both started. When the sterilization button is activated, the sterilization assembly 12 operates to perform a sterilization process on the cup 20.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the sterilization assembly 12 includes a top housing 121 and a germicidal lamp 122. As shown in fig. 4, the top case 121 is spaced opposite the warm cup assembly 11. As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the germicidal lamp 122 is disposed at the bottom surface of the top case 121. When the cup 20 is placed on the warm cup assembly 11, the germicidal lamp 122 can irradiate the inner cavity of the cup 20 opposite to the rim of the cup 20, so as to sterilize the cup 20. The top shell 121 is connected with the transmission assembly 13, and the transmission assembly 13 is adapted to different heights of the water cups 20 by adjusting the distance between the top shell 121 and the warm cup assembly 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, when the transmission assembly 13 includes the lead screw nut structure, the top case 121 is coupled with the nut 132. As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the side wall of the top case 121 is provided with an auxiliary protrusion 125, and as shown in fig. 4, the auxiliary protrusion 125 passes through the strip-shaped hole 141 and is connected with the nut 132, so that when the lead screw 131 rotates, the top case 121 can move up and down along with the nut 132.
Further specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, in one embodiment, the sterilizing assembly 12 further includes an annular glass lampshade 124, the bottom surface of the top case 121 is provided with two concentrically arranged annular protrusions 123, the two annular protrusions 123 have different radii, an annular mounting groove is formed between the two annular protrusions 123, the germicidal lamp 122 and the glass lampshade 124 are both mounted in the annular mounting groove, and the glass lampshade 124 is located below the germicidal lamp 122. The glass lampshade 124 protects the germicidal lamp 122, so that the phenomenon that when the water cup 20 is dried, the water vapor evaporated in the water cup 20 affects the reliability of the electrification of the germicidal lamp 122, which causes electrical safety problems, is avoided.
Moreover, the annular protrusion 123 can also be used as a positioning reference, when the disinfection component 12 moves downwards, if the annular protrusion 123 contacts or approaches the plane of the rim of the cup 20, the transmission component 13 stops working, which proves that the disinfection component 12 is adjusted downwards to the proper position, and then the disinfection or drying treatment can be performed. The situation that air in the water cup 20 cannot circulate due to the fact that the top shell 121 is completely pressed on the cup opening of the water cup 20 is avoided.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 7, the sanitizing warm cup apparatus 10 further comprises a fan 15. A cavity is arranged in the top shell 121, and the fan 15 is arranged in the cavity surrounded by the top shell 121. An air outlet 1212 is formed in the side wall of the top case 121, an outlet of the fan 15 is opposite to the air outlet 1212, an air inlet 1211 is formed in the bottom wall of the top case 121, the air inlet 1211 is located in the annular protrusion 123 with a smaller radius, and an inlet of the fan 15 is opposite to the air inlet 1211.
The fan 15 is mainly used for drying the water cup 20, specifically, when the water cup 20 needs to be dried, the warm cup assembly 11 and the fan 15 are simultaneously started, after the fan 15 is started, the air flow in the water cup 20 is sucked into the air inlet 1211 on the top case 121, and then the fan 15 blows out the sucked air from the air outlet 1212 on the side wall of the top case 121. The overall structure layout is compact, so that the disinfection cup warming device 10 is smaller and more convenient.
