(2) The second guide rail is formed by splicing a plurality of guide rail monomers along the length direction, and is convenient to process and transport.
When need not using the side position frame, can loosen first guide rail bolt and/or fixed part bolt to pull down the side position frame subassembly for the operation table from the first guide rail of operation table, avoid the unnecessary space around the operation table that the side position frame subassembly for the operation table occupies.
(3) First guide rail bolt and fixed part bolt all set up can guarantee first guide rail bolt and fixed part bolt's the reliability that sets up on draw-in groove thickening portion.
(4) The arrangement of the first stop protrusion and the second stop protrusion can further ensure the reliability of the lateral recumbent rack assembly for the operating bed on the first guide rail.
(5) The structural strength of the I-shaped connecting piece can be guaranteed through the clamping groove flanging, so that the service life and the use reliability of the lateral lying position frame assembly for the operating bed are guaranteed.
(6) The first guide rail accommodating space is matched with the shape of the first guide rail; the fixing part accommodating space is matched with the shape of the fixing part. When the side lying position support is used, the first guide rail can be prevented from displacing in the first guide rail accommodating space, and the fixing part can be prevented from displacing in the fixing part accommodating space, so that the side lying position support is prevented from shaking to influence the operation result.
(7) The second guide rail is formed by splicing a plurality of guide rail monomers, so that the second guide rail is convenient to manufacture.

the sliding block is arranged on the adjusting part and is adjustable in position along the length direction of the adjusting part;
the limiting structure comprises a first limiting structure and a second limiting structure, the first limiting structure is arranged on the sliding block and used for fixing the sliding block on the adjusting part after the position of the sliding block is adjusted;
the side lying frame is fixed on the sliding block.
2. The lateral positioning frame assembly for an operating bed of claim 1, wherein the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the first rail by a fixing device, the fixing device comprising:
the I-shaped connecting piece is provided with two clamping grooves with opposite openings, wherein one clamping groove is a first guide rail clamping groove used for being clamped on the first guide rail, and the other clamping groove is a fixed part clamping groove clamped on the fixed part;
the second limiting structure comprises a first guide rail limiting structure and a fixing part limiting structure, the first guide rail limiting structure is arranged on the first guide rail clamping groove, and the first guide rail limiting structure is matched with the first guide rail so as to limit the first guide rail in the first guide rail clamping groove;
the fixing part limiting structure is arranged on the fixing part clamping groove and matched with the fixing part so as to limit the fixing part in the fixing part clamping groove.
3. The lateral recumbent gantry assembly of claim 2, wherein said first rail limiting structure comprises a first rail bolt disposed on a slot sidewall of said first rail slot for abutting said first rail against an opposite slot sidewall;
the fixing part limiting structure comprises a fixing part bolt, and the fixing part bolt is arranged on the groove side wall of the fixing part clamping groove and used for tightly pushing the fixing part against the opposite side groove side wall.
4. The bedside table assembly of claim 3, wherein a slot thickening is provided on a slot sidewall of the slot, and wherein the first rail bolt and the fixing bolt are both provided on the slot thickening.

The lateral recumbent stand assembly for the operating table according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first rail slot is provided with a first stop protrusion, the first stop protrusion is arranged opposite to the first rail bolt, and the first stop protrusion is used for being in stop fit with the first rail to prevent the first rail from being pulled out of the first rail slot;
